We have stayed there many times - but will stay somewhere else next time. We love location. Staff couldn't have been nicer. We had to ask for towels - our closet door was off. Like the idea of new food bar on first floor but didn't love menu.

The staffs were very accommodating but the internet service was horrible. This was the first time that I had to use the my phone internet to conduct business. The clock time was also off in the room. I believe little things like that affect your business. But overall, I enjoyed my stay as usual.

I checked in with twylia I think that is how you spell her name. And she checked me in. This property is set weird. She said to go to the elevators to the left. What I didn't realize is my room was on the third floor which is the same floor as the lobby. I figured it out when I got in the elevator and there was no third floor to pick. My room had the swipe key card. What was funny was I had to man handle the door. They must have recently painted the door because I had to kick it to get it open. ... Read more

I stayed at the Memphis Hilton on a Monday and Tuesday nite at a rate of lass than $125 per night. I asked the clock I was registering with if the room would be the same if I needed one more night. She said, "It should be". Later that day I stopped by the desk and added Wednesday night to my stay. I later found out that the added night in the same room cost me $189. That's over 50% more than the rate the night before ---FOR THE SAME ROOM. And this is how they treat a GOLD MEMBER of Hilton Honors... Read more

Its refreshing to find a full-service hotel that is pet friendly. Being a Hilton Honors members I find there are not enough pet-friendly Hiltons but this turned out to be a jewel after a long day of travel. Being able to checkin with the App and get an electronic key is a plus. The lady who delivered our late night room service dinner was exceptionly friendly and cheerful! If you are in this area with your pet, this is a great place to stay!

Stayed here for one night as part of one of my recurrent US trips, third stay in Memphis in the last 12 months, third hotel in Memphis, and I still struggle to find a real good one. The Hilton is well located, on a nice area, room is good size, and the hotel has a nice Starbucks where you can buy coffee and some snacks....this are the highlights, what for a hotel is really quite poor. - Room is dated, and average clean. I have stayed at this hotel several times and had both good and bad experiences, and I think I have figured it out. This is a really old building: a cylindrical high-rise at the edge of Memphis proper and Germantown. The common areas have been modernized and since my last visit a year or so ago they have added "Provisions" which is a combination grill, pantry, coffee shop whose kitchen also does their room service. They added Starbucks and it looks really good. The issue with this hotel for me... Read more

Being treated like a number instead of a person can be irritating, and that is the way my wife and I felt upon check in when we asked a few basic questions to the front desk. Over rated not what I expected for the prices not very noisy when other are next door and Very loud window cracking around structures. When doors to other rooms sound like they are closing the door to the room I was in.

This Hilton is a little different in the design, it's round. There are over 400 rooms there with 27 stories. We had the 27th floor. The room was fairly spacious with floor to ceiling windows. There is enough layers of window covering to block out the sun and heat. The oddest thing to my companion and I was the bathroom door hits the toilet. You had to push hard to enter or exit the bathroom. That was poor design as I see it. That was the executive suite. We were not told the executive am... Read more

Not far from the Memphis airport. This hotel is near Germantown on the east side. It is a lovely hotel lobby and convention room area. Rooms are in a round area so there is a limited number per floor thus resulting in a quiet environment. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I will return here for a family vacation sometime.

Enjoyed the stay I was there for a school reunion. Everything was great. We used the bar and the executive lounge. The staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is great and we had a wonderful time at the reunion. Loved the stay and the services they offered. I was recognized as a Hilton Honor member but was not offered any special things not sure why not but it was ok.

The staff was horrible and not very helpful. The manager who checked me in held an additional 2 rooms on my card and wanted to argue about it. They finally decided to give me breakfast coupons and the staff there was just as bad.

Went to Hilton Memphis while in town for a soccer tournament. My issues with this hotel mostly have to do with personal preference, but the visit started poorly when check in took almost 20 minutes (did it online, but it still required me to go to front desk). There were only 2 people behind the counter and 6-8 people in line waiting. I specifically asked if I needed tickets for breakfast and the lady said no and looked at me like I was stupid for asking. Not surprisingly, the next morning at br... Read more

I am a hilton honors member and I ALWAYS book with hilton hotel properties. Before writing this review, I reached out to the hotel manager via email to see if they could possibly make things right and make me feel a little bit better about my stay. Unfortunately there was no response. This horrible experience first started when I called to book a reservation for a wedding party. There were problems finding my reservation, it was booked incorrectly and was a major headache for the entire wedding ... Read more

This hotel is pretty awesome. I love that they have an executive lounge. I used the executive lounge every night of my stay. It's a great place to chill out and work outside of your room. You can enjoy a cocktail, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage and watch TV as you work. Candy Franklin made my stay very enjoyable. She makes you feel at home and goes out of her way to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. I will definitely stay here again due to the executive lounge. I feel like every Hilton pro... Read more

This is a Hilton? This hotel is located directly off a major freeway. If you have a room overlooking it, it's essentially like staying in the cheapest roadside inn off any US interstate. Bring your earplugs. Two big thumbs down.

They were many great features about the hotel; the electronic key: the great executive lounge (but the breakfast was grotty); the staff both in the lounge and reception; the spa was excellent and the shuttle to the airport. The less than ... I called ahead and asked if there was a shuttle, I was told no (so I paid $25 for a taxi); breakfast in the lounge was horrible, tasteless and with very little choices; finally, no restaurant to eat dinner but rather a "snack bar " sort of thing. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They have a nice outdoor pool, the bar is very expensive with not a lot of ambiance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do work hard. I got a room overlooking the pond. Nice. Room is nice size, dated but nice. It is a nice hotel for the area.

Restaurant cooks need teaching. Pizza is not made correctly. Bad. Rooms nice but heard people upstairs. Pool area looks like a prison. Bar is bad. Ran out of beer and other liquors why? Ex lounge ok but decor is poor. Not a bad breakfast. But not great. Tipped the gal there and noticed no one else did. She works hard for very little. Tip you guys!

The lobby is very inviting and fresh in appearance; however, the room bathrooms are not very tidy. My bathtub did not look very clean and it was dated. However, the bed was very comfortable. The lobby cafe did not have a good selection of breakfast items and I didn't have time to dine in the main restaurant. The room wasn't very expensive; however, I wouldn't stay here again if I had a choice between this hotel and some of the other local chains.

The staff at this hotel from arrival to departure was very professional and friendly. I would stay at this hotel again. The lobby was clean and beautiful. We checked in late and was still able to get dinner at a restaurant in the hotel. The hamburgers were VERY tasty. Breakfast was very good too. Try the Memphis Skillet. Valet and desk staff. I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly they are. The room was very clean.

You cannot enter or exit this hotel without having to pass a crowd of smokers and their cigarette smoke standing right there by the front door. It was horrible, especially since the hotel itself is non-smoking. If Hilton cares so much about their guests, why make us breathe stinky smoke every time we go in or out? Such an easy problem to fix too - just relocate the smokers area to some other low-traffic location.

The hotel shuttle to and from the airport was a breeze. There is plenty of parking. The lobby is grand. The lobby bar is a great place to hangout. The staff is friendly enough, although there were times the front desk took too long due to lack of staff. The room is large and opens up like a triangle which is pretty cool. The bed was okay but the carpet, furniture and restroom are showing their age. You're a good 25 minutes away from downtown without traffic and there's really nothing within walk... Read more

Booked through Expedia. Checked in close to 9pm that evening. The line was short to check in and was a quick process. The guy who checked me went out of his way to walk me around the corner to point out where the elevators were. My wife and I stayed here for one night during our cross-US road trip in October 2016. Our room (2506) was extremely comfortable, but we had just too many issues. Here they are: 1. We waited ages to check in, as there was just one clerk on the desk. 2. The check in clerk would not accept my Diamond Hilton Honors membership card, as I had "booked through the wrong channel". 3. I arrived a few minutes after 5. My room wasn't ready. Then I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. By the time I made it to my room it was about 20 til 6.

Also, the shuttle staff was nice and all the staff was helpful. Overall I had a nice stay at the Hilton and will stay here again.
