100% satisfaction with room and with the employees. The people there are so helpful, and the room is located just 1 block from Beale Street. I never took my car out of the parking deck the entire time I was there.

Booked 2 queen beds for 3 people and found the room to very cramped. Room & bathroom were clean, just too small. Breakfast area was adequate and the paid parking is conveniently located across the forecourt. Be aware that lots of homeless people frequent the area and this can be intimidating. I could smell & see urine on my car's front wheel when I returned to the vehicle one morning. The city of Memphis looks like it is in a financial downturn as there are many shops that are closed and there... Read more

I've stayed at this hotel several times for work. It's centrally located and near all the fun stuff in Memphis. Getting a room on the higher floors is recommended if you want to go to bed early - otherwise the street noise and music will keep you up. Other than that, this is a great hotel. Nice people, clean rooms, good amenities.

We stayed here one night (and at the Peabody the other night we were in town). The room here was spacious, clean, and quiet. We spent a lot of time on Beale Street, as it's just around the corner from the hotel. Terrific location for anyone visiting Memphis. We also took advantage of the 'Night on the Town' upgrade, and hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us for the carriage ride and restaurant reservations. It was a real treat to stay here! This hotel is the place to stay if you are visiting Memphis for the purpose of experiencing Beale Street. It is just a block off of Beale, and a stone's throw to the Fed-Ex arena as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the clubs and restaurants on Beale, knowing it was a very short walk back to our comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I recommend this hotel highly.

Convenient to Beale Street, FedEx Forum, the Pyramid, the river etc. Walked or took trolley. Breakfast was good each morning. Used Uber once and got ride within four minutes. Parking was $20 but it was right beside the hotel and could leave car for day after checking out. I would stay there again.

The hotel is located by Beale Street and they identify the hotel is in the entertainment district. You do hear music from the bars until late. The hotel was wonderful and in a great location. The staff was great as was the service. I'd recommend this hotel, if you don't mind the bar noise.

I would recommend this hotel for adults. I would not recommend this hotel for families with children. Nothing to do with the hotel or the staff the location is right on Beale street. This location is great for adults wanting a true to life night street party, but not so much for children. No children are allowed on that street after 9 pm. I understand why now. This was our first visit to Memphis lesson learned. The staff was excellent and the hotel was very clean no complaints.

The place was super clean, friendly and helpful staff that accommodated me with an early check in so that I could go and do the tourist thing. The room was very quiet, and extremely clean. We only spent 2 nights here and we were pleasantly surprised of the great location for Beal Street and the friendliness of all staff, the great free breakfast (hot and cold), nice accommodations and pool.

Over all our stay was great. This hotel is located perfectly within walking distance of the FedEx Forum and all main attractions. Easy/secure garage parking with convenient access to rooms. We really loved the easy scan key pads and felt safe with all of the security. Room was somewhat small but comfortable. With the acception of the front desk guys when we first arrived/check-in, the hotel staff was very outgoing, helpful and friendly especially at check out.

Quick and easy check in - we were in the room within 10 mins. Nice clean room with no issues. Great location with Beal Street just around the corner. There are plenty of bars and restaurants with a short walk. Will b back !!
