I love this hotel! It's near a lot of great mid price restaurants and convenient to i40. The staff is always great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Fast free wifi and a quick print business center. Also big points for coffee bar and cookies at checkin. They always make me smile. Also there is a liquor store next door so a glass of wine in my room hits the spot.

Stayed here May 11-13. Checked in late on the 11th, and front desk lady told me wrong side of hotel to park on. Drove around to where she told me, and my room was on opposite side of hotel. Not a huge place, so no worries. I got up to my room, and immediately wanted to get some sleep. Pulled back the sheets, and there were two ants crawling in the sheets. Killed those two, and didn't see any more so went to sleep. Woke up the following morning, and there were ants all over the nightstand. I m... Read more

Great location, close to everything, extremely clean and the staff was the most pleasant you could imagine. Shopping right across the drive, restaurants nearby, it was the perfect place for us. We were visiting friends in Cordova and it just perfect. I would use them again.

The inn met our expectations and some more. We had an enjoyable stay overnight. It is near a Galleria and a lot of nice restaurants to choose from. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The breakfast was typical Fairfield Inn with hot breakfast with scramble egg, sausage and lots of bakery goods. Plenty of fruits. Will stay again if we are ever in Memphis area. Close to I40. Free wifi.

This was a good option for an overnight stay on a road trip. Rooms seemed newer and breakfast included some nice options - fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, fresh scrambled eggs, waffles, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negatives would be that it doesn't have a covered drop-off area and we did kill a couple of ants on the desk area. Neither was a big deal to us, and the positives outweighed the negatives for us.

On day two or our nine day road trip, we again stayed at a Fairfield Inn and again there was an indoor pool/hot tub problem. We just left Little Rock where the same thing happened. What are the odds of this happening in two different cities in two consecutive days? Fortunately Fairfield again gave us access to the pool/spa at a "sister" Marriott Hotel nearby, so all was well. We are wondering if Fairfield Inns are doing away with the indoor spas? Other than this specific amenity, our stay ... Read more

We stayed here with family in two rooms for two nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk employees were friendly. There were cookies and water at check-in, and the breakfast was a nice addition for free. Our only issue was no towels at the pool but the front desk brought some out as soon as I brought it to their attention. Great location by the mall and lots of restaurants, though a bit of a drive from the zoo and downtown.

Fairfield Inn located in Germantown off Highway 64 Exit is our favorite place to stay on trips to visit family in Memphis. Consistent presentation with each visit. No surprises. Staff is friendly, accommodating and on the ball. Breakfast is appealing with tasty breakfast food. This stay was especially notable: Mentioned in Memphis for Mother-in-Laws 95th birthday. On our way out the door to dinner a staff member handed my wife a Birthday Card signed by all Fairfield Inn staff members on duty to ... Read more

This Inn was very well kept, rooms comfortable, and a hot or cold will prove to breakfast very satisfying for most. Check-in staff very friendly, and helpful. On top of this, it is located blocks from a mall, and dining on every corner.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. No charge for rollaway bed which most hotels do. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety but it was free so you get what you get. Pool was small. Room was SOOOOO hot and steamy that door to outdoors had a fan trying to pull air in, ( it's Memphis in July and still 95 at night so that did not help) door to inside was open and made hallway super muggy. Hot tub was boiling, hopefully it's fixed. Staff allowed us to use breakfast ro... Read more

Short overnight stay. Room was clean & spacious. Busy area but quiet inside our room. VERY hot outside so grateful for good AC. Breakfast was the standard but sufficient. Wifi worked well. Several restaurants to choose from. Elevator door sounded like it needed oiled was only issue.

We were taking our son to college and stopped here after a day of driving and stopping at two other hotels that were full. Not sure what to expect , we were pleasantly surprised. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Many restaurants close by. Will definitely be back anytime we drive to visit him.

We stayed here overnight during a two day family reunion. Here are the facts. This hotel is a close to a major highway and a number of great eating establishments and shopping. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I would recommend to the hotel management to have better lighting installed in the bathrooms and maybe better ventilation. I also didn't notice a blow dryer or a lighted mirror. I know that sounds a little petty but for this hotel chain it's should be a standard. The breakfast... Read more

I travel almost every week for work, so I am always experiencing new hotels. This hotel was great from the moment I walked into the door! The hotel lobby was clean and smelled extremely nice and fresh! All the staff members I encountered were very friendly! Once I got to my room, it was very clean and the wifi worked great! I took a swim in the indoor pool which was very clean and refreshing. I used the workout facility and the equipment worked well and it was clean in there as well! The towels ... Read more

Hotel being remodeled and hot water was not available for morning shower. Breakfast was delicious. Gym was being remodel so unable to exercise. Ice maker was sort of noisy. So stay away from rooms near ice maker.

We stayed here last week for 3 nights while visiting Memphis. Hotel is quite new and extremely clean. Bed was excellent, and staff extremely efficient and welcoming. Location is great near several good restaurants. Quiet, too. Kanya in housekeeping went out of her way to see if there was anything we needed. Sandy in the breakfast room made us feel like we were staying in a full service hotel. Would highly recommend this location.

The hotel is a fair way out of Memphis and extensive roadworks did not help access. Our king room was changed to a double queen and price adjusted. All looks a bit tired and ready for a refurb.otherwise OK. Be prepared to grave some dodgy road crossings to get to nearby restaurants

We stayed here for a weekend wedding. It was my husband, 6 month old, and myself. We got a king room. It was perfect for our needs. There was room between the bed and wall for the pack and play to fit. The bed was comfortable and the linens fresh. I was a little disappointed there wasn't a fridge but we made it work. The paint and carpet all look brand new. The furniture appeared new as well. The sprinkler system was rusted in the bathroom but the bathroom was very clean and stocked. There were ... Read more

We were passing through on our way back to Texas and decided to stay for a day to see Graceland and I was glad that we stayed in this hotel. We were so tired and we deserved a clean and quiet place to stay. Staff were nice and the complimentary cookies and coffee by the lobby was cool. Restaurants, shopping mall and theaters are close by. The reason why I rated this 4 stars was for the breakfast lounge that was quite small and it really got pretty crowded that some guests had to eat breakfast o... Read more

Overall a nice place to stay. Clean rooms and well maintained. Breakfast was good and there was a staff member refilling food items as needed. They even offered turkey sausage. The eating area was small however so don't go at the most popular times if you want to sit at a table. The only cons, there is one ice machine on the first floor and there are no refrigerators in the room. Stayed here on our return trip through Memphis and it was much better than the more expensive so called "Best" room w... Read more

Stayed Sat Nov 19 to Mon Nov 21 in room 214. Checked in Saturday, had to wiggle card to get in. Front desk was told & they said they have someone look at it. Sunday morning after breakfast had to have housekeeping let us in, front desk said we are keeping card too close to cell phone & have new keys. Came back 9:35pm Sunday & couldn't get in! Had to wait until someone from another hotel came to "fix" it. Got into our room 10:20pm, decided to go to pool since it's open until 11pm but card wouldn'... Read more

My daughter and I were driving to the east coast and stayed at this Fairfield Inn in the northeast side of Memphis. It was very clean, convenient, with friendly and competent staff. Near tons of restaurants. Nice breakfast. I'd stay there again for sure.

The hotel is located in a congested area and it was difficult to find the entrance to the driveway to the hotel. The driveway to the hotel brought you into the backside of the hotel and it was not readily clear where the front entrance was. The hotel is located about 15 miles from downtown Memphis. There are numerous restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was quick and efficient checking in. I was not initially recognized for my Marriott Rewards status, but was quickly recognized when I ...
