We stayed two nights as we explored the Jack Daniels Distillery and the sights in Chattanooga . The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were delicious with a variety of hot and cold foods. Being tourists, the staff were very good about helping us determine the best scenic routes to take to get to out destinations. Rooms were clean, beautiful view from our window, would definitely stay again.

We stayed in this hotel as we visited the area for a funeral. Came here because of built date even though another one was in adjacent town with funeral Great choice as facility was very clean and the front desk person (Maria) was out of this world. Great place to stay close to I 24

This is a very nice hotel. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel had everything that I have come to expect from the Hampton Inn and Suite. I did find the price a little high because I stayed at a Hampton Inn the next night but it was 30 dollars less.

I have stayed at dozens of Hamptons, but this one is the best ever. Not only new and spotlessly clean, but well managed. Rooms are large, TV is giant, free internet is good for surfing and emailing. Breakfast was fabulous with the best waffle of any hotel anywhere. There were loads of choices and it was well stocked. My only criticism is the room doors don't close quietly and may be disturbing to other guests.

We were in the area for a wedding and selected this wonderful hotel to stay at for the weekend. The Hampton Inn is a year old but looks brand new. Everything was well designed and could not have been cleaner or better kept. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was exactly what we had hoped for. We would highly recommend the Manchester Hampton Inn!

Stayed here for one evening on a recent trip thru the area. Front desk staff, Jay, was incredibly friendly upon check in which was quick and efficient. Room was clean and had a decent amount of space. As far as restaurants in the area there is a Mexican restaurant right besides the hotel, a Cracker Barrel and a Waffle house close by. Breakfast was nice the morning of our departure; even though the breakfast room was so packed we had to carry ours back up to our room. Upon check out we notic... Read more

We stayed at the Manchester Hampton Inn, in May of 2016. It was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly. Job well done. The room and bed were very comfortable. The outside pool was very refreshing. I thought the hotel was brand new, but they informed me it has been open for over a year. Overall four stars ****. We would love to stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgable of the area and able to give information when necessary. If we come back to Manchester for any reason we will stay with them again. The breakfast was excellent.

Loved this hotel. Had rooms inside, no outside rooms. Felt safe. Elevators and trolleys to carry your luggage. Gym nice plus free WiFi. SO clean and plenty of towels etc. We had small fridge in our room which is a plus. Bathroom sink in with shower which keeps it quiet for any one else staying with you. Staff accommodating to your needs. Within walking distance of places to eat, get gas etc. Very new. WE had view of woods which was better than parking lot.

We stayed one night on our way back from Florida. The location was right off the highway so was convenient. Places to eat were close by. The rooms and overall hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable and like that there are NO bedspreads and the blanket is covered with a duvet so you know is changed. We would highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for a hotel.

The staff was a little too "pushy" for my taste. I received a mini lecture about using the official web site to book a room, instead of a "third party site." Then when we left, I got scolded for not checking out properly. I used to *love* staying at Hampton Inns, but these days I'm sort of on the fence, and the staff behavior didn't help. It wasn't overly irritating, just sort of odd or peculiar.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and updated. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was fair. Staff was not keeping up with food and ran out of coffee. If you want a quiet room don't get one near the elevator. Would have asked to switch rooms, but too tired to hassle with, but will keep in mind for the future.

Too expensive for thd area ptob because there is little competition. No food or drink by the pool is a draw back. People did it anyway. At $150+ a night- you bet. Place was vlesn and comfortable. The nearby park was nice

I stayed here one night during a long motorcycle trip. I'd ridden about 575 miles and was ready to get off the road. Highway signs indicated a Hampton Inn in Manchester so I got off the interstate and found this new(er) property. While the lady at the front desk did have rooms and was nice enough, I was floored at the price. Even with my Hilton Honors membership and my AAA discount, the rate was painfully high. I questioned her on that, and all she could say was that they usually fill up. ... Read more

I stayed with my 6 year old son for a week of business and was treated like family! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my every need was met and then some! (Ex. I needed paper for the printer late one night. When I came back to get it, the staff member had warmed a Danish for me and placed it on the desk with the paper.) I was astounded by their thoughtfulness. I can't say enough about how well they've taken care of us!

Check in was expeditious with no issues. Room was very clean and nice. Beds were comfy. It had a refrig and a microwave. The hot breakfast was OK, but only had a few tables for a place with that many rooms. Overall, still a good experience.

This was a nice hotel. The room was very clean, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were very comfortable. My daughter thought about swimming, but the pool was not too clean. It was full bugs and debris. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. I would stay here again, but I did think it was too pricey for the location.

I was worn out from driving so we stopped in Manchester, TN at a Hampton's. We have always used them and never had a problem so I lowered my guard and trusted the front desk. I had others waiting behind me so I felt rushed too. I did a stupid thing. I signed and initialed a blank bill. My fault! The next morning when I got an email from Hampton stating the charge, I went to the front desk to get it fixed. I also needed to tell them about no hot water in the sink and a squeeky bathroom door. ... Read more

Clearly the best place to stay in Manchester. The property was very clean and safe. Super hospitable staff, especially at the front desk for check in. Very nice fitness facility as well. Good selection for breakfast. Room was clean and bed very comfortable with little background noise from other guests and traffic outside.

Stayed overnight on a North-South road trip from IL to FL. New hotel that was very well-appointed and the employees, for the most part, were extremely accommodating. Hotel was completely booked with youth sport teams playing local tournaments. Only disappointment was when we went downstairs for breakfast in the morning (30 minutes before they closed) they had run out of eggs and a lot of other food and didn't put any more food out. first time in almost 20 years of staying at Hamptons a few ni... The location and having stayed at Hamptons before was the biggest reason for staying at this location. The hotel was clean, neat; the room we stayed was clean and well maintained. The service when entering and leaving the location was excellant. The accomaditions in general were excellant. We stayed for the one night, in the area for a family visit. The area was very nice and we would love to come back and spend more time.
