This is the best Hampton Inn ! ! ! I love looking at the Smoky Mts. from my room. Make sure sure ask for a room with the view of the Smoky Mts. My bed so soft on top but firm so it was perfect bed for me. Carl Makes the best breakfast so many choices to pick from. Dana the lady cleaning the rooms was so very nice to talk too. I asked Dana her name so I could put it on here. Everybody that works here is very nice and helpful. So very happy this is a smoke free ! ! !

Always seek Hampton Inns in the areas we travel. Can expect same quality, cleanliness and amenities. Have always gotten same quality at each hotel. Staff and amenities are excellent and I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling.

Some of you will recognize this line from a movie--substitute whiskey for cookies. The hotel was very nicely appointed, service was good, but I was confused by the fact that they do not make their cookies on weekends (ever?) because they are so busy. No one was in the lobby and desk clerk was not on phone. Tea and a cookie is sometimes a nice treat after a long drive.

I am a non-smoker and I was charged for smoking. I also am a Diamond member and when I inquired at the front desk regarding having a clock in the room, the front desk personnel would not retrieve a clock out of another room even though they were not sold out. As a diamond member, I am suppose to be given a drink and a snack when checking in. I had to request the drink and snack and was made to feel that I was an intrusion on the staff at the front desk. having just had a rotten experience with a Hampton Inn in St Louis County, we decided to stay at this inn, because of a prior experience. We were not disappointed. Friendly and very helpful staff. Our room overlooked the minor league baseball stadium next door and we enjoyed watching most of the game from our room. Nice breakfast the next morning, but not as good as last years stay.(primary cooks day off.)

We chose this hotel because it was close to the highway since we were arriving late. Clean and comfy. But. No cookies at check in. lol. I'm spoiled. Because the hotel is located next to an outdoor arena we had to endure very loud fireworks at 11pm. Ugh .

This hotel is friendly, clean and a good place to stay especially if taking in a game at the TN Smokies stadium. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Seemed to be a new location, clean, etc. Service was excellent - the front desk clerk made a dinner reservation for us. Air conditioning did not cool down enough at night. I'm not sure what the problem is with this, but we were on a road trip and at almost every hotel, the air conditioning seemed to be turned up at night, when you need it most. It's just not conducive to good sleeping when you can't get the room as cool as you'd like. And this location was more expensive at $168 plus tax. ... Read more

Other than sometimes intense traffic getting to the hotel, the hotel has no problems and provides a comfortable stay. The beds are soft and the room was spotless. The staff was friendly as well. No real complaints. I would suggest checking to see if a concert is playing at the nearby stadium as this can cause quite the traffic.

I stayed at this Hampton Inn on my way home from a trip to South Carolina. It was late. I needed a quick meal and a nights rest. Ate nearby at the Chop House (excellent). Slept very well in my quiet and comfortable room. I wish I could have stayed for a couple of days.

Very clean, nice décor. Nice view. Convenient for overnight stay before entry into vacation-land of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountains. During the holidays, the hotel looks down on the special drive-thru Christmas lights event.

Clean, updated. Spacious rooms, friendly staff. Bed updated. Close to Bass Pro and Harley Davidson. Your husband will love that. :) Also near some Christmas attractions as well as areas to dine. Right off main interstate.

I would recommend this Motel to anyone. It was beautifully decorated. I really liked my room especially my bed!!! The free breakfast was great. The Hot coffee was the best!!! This a great place to stay when the Smoky baseball team is in town. They have a wonderful light show during Winterfest.

Room was awesome and clean. Loved the huge shower and king size bed. So soft and comfortable. Room was clean and you could tell the staff took pride in cleanliness. Wish the TV was a little bigger. But overall I am looking forward to staying again.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holidays. The staff at this hotel was very friendly. I was very happy with our room. The most important thing for me when I stayed a hotel is cleanliness, and this one was very clean and nice. We visited Dollywood while staying here and it wasn't a long drive at all, I would guess it was maybe a 25 minute drive. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit pigeon Forge.
