The room was clean and had a micro wave and mini fridge. The staff was really nice; they made us feel very welcome. The location is convenient to everything. Price is reasonable. We really enjoyed our visit!

Hotel was nice for the price, but the room I stayed in didn't have a fridge, which was fine since I had a cooler with water, and drinks . and there was an ice machine located around the corner of the hotel. The staff seemed very friendly, and it was in a quiet part of town, several restaurants close by, as well as a gas station. The bed and room and bathroom was very clean.

You get what you pay for. Price was decent. Room smelled musty, had to burn candles! No hair dryer, iron or ironing board, seriously these are must haves when traveling. Did not get new drinking cups daily, water pressure in shower very bad. Totally do not recommend this hotel!

They lovely lady with the great customer service, I learned was the owner. It is locally owned and operated..I always appreciate small business owners! The house keeper Alysa was wonderful the room was very clean. In addition, Alysa always made sure we had all the linens, towels and anything else we needed. Overall this is a great place to stay. In the end it's the people who make it special!!

We went to the Smoky Mountains at last minute. Mistake on a weekend. We saw many hotels had no vacancy's and many who were in old shape and you could smell smoking at front desk told us 110 a night.... I wanted to laugh in their face. Newer hotels are taking over Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge that they rip people off in summer and fall on weekends. We drove down the strip in Pigeon many were not flashing prices like they normally do or no vacancy. We did not want to pay over 80.00 a night for just... Read more

It has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The first thing was the door wouldn't lock. The bathroom was pretty nasty. We skipped our showers in the morning. The bed was way too soft. I don't think I slept at all. The room was definitely way too expensive for what you get. The TV was old time. I think the only positive I could see was the pool looked very clean.

Reserved a night and paid $90 ended up getting in the room and there was what looked like pubic hair in the tub and used soap in the tub. There was hair on the sheets when i pulled down the blankets at bedtime. There is no microwave hair, dryer, ironing board. I've worked for Americas best value inn in Va and I'm sorry to say but they make this Tn one look like the slumbs. The ones in Va are incredibly nice and clean. The lady at the front desk got snobby and said don't let your kids make a mess... Read more

We got completely mislead about this hotel. We where told that is was comparable to the Hampton Inn. No where near. It was 118$ and was a 40$ hotel. It was ok. The staff member at the desk said "you don't have enough sense to understand policy". We had to keep the room and pay the price for using a third party. Getaroom.com was used and never again. 27 min wait time to be told nothing could be done.

The hotel was way over priced for the quality of the room. It was like going back to 1980. The sheets on the bed had to be the original from the grand opening 40 years ago. The TV in the room was a 32" old big box style with bad picture and hardly any sound. The AC/Heat unit was old and when we turned the heat on it smelled like someone had peed in it. There was still trash on the floor when we got to our room. It was to late to cancel and we was on a motorcycle or we would have just slept in th... Read more

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Pillow case and wash clothes were dirty and there was toe nails in the floor. The room smelled like mildew. The furniture was from the 70's. We had to pay for two nights and when we seen how dirty it was, we tried to get our money back for the second night so we could stay somewhere else and they refused!! They threaten to call the law because we said it was dirty. Stay far, far way
