Great property! The views were amazing. The room was spacious. One of a kind resort. The only issue I had was most buildings are three levels high with no elevators. People would dragged their luggage up and down those stairs all day and it was very loud. Couldn't sleep during those times. I had a corner room by the stairwell stay away from the corner rooms.

This resort was simply amazing! The scenery was great and the cabin itself was awesome! The only downside to staying at this resort was the fact that you had to do a timeshare tour which consumed over half of one of our days! The staff at the resort was very accommodating and went above and beyond! There is a market on property but every night they closed about 10 minutes early and if you wanted something at that point you were out of luck!

Could not stay during our week. Had to stay at another place. But it is never the same when we are not at westgate. It's home away from home . Comments to the brave men and women who evacuated hundreds in s short period of time during the fire. The ownership donating to help the workers and families and their smoky strong commitment to get built back fast as They can Thanks westgate.

Hello, we stayed there all the way on top of mountain. Had great views and beautiful property. Will be even nicer as they rebuild after fires.! Only complaint was the gimmick to go on timeshare tour. Was promised 90 minutes and was there 4 hours. The lady that runs the place Sarah was very rude to my friends who were actually on tour. After saying no 29 times to their high pressure sales she sent Glen , the manager over, he told us he was the manager no less than 4 times lol. Anyways it was my... Read more

What a nice place on the side of the mountain. We had a condo on the side of the mountain and we were more than pleased. Had planned a return trip but were saddened when the wildfires ran through. Hopefully they rebuild.

My husband and I stayed here almost a year ago for our anniversary. We were so saddened to hear about the wildfire devastation! Our hearts go out to everyone touched by this tragedy!! Our stay here was after the holiday season so the area was mostly quiet and free of many tourists. The staff was warm and friendly and efficient. We were actually upgraded to a newer "cabin" when we arrived. This was totally out of the blue and unexpected. We were welcomed warmly and then escorted to the times... Read more

We loved it here. Staff was so friendly and nice. We ended our stay with purchasing timeshare. Everyone we talked to was so nice and welcoming. The whole atmosphere is so inviting. So many things to do at the resort

Smoky mountains were beautiful in late October with leaves changing color. Hiking on two of the trails was challenging but enjoyable. Several places to eat at the resort. Condo was perfect for six people . Kevin Brown, maintenance, was extremely helpful in fixing some minor problems.

As owners in Orlando, we got special pricing for a 5 bedroom, 4 unit adjoining condo and went on a family vacation for parents 50th wedding anniversary. This place gave my brother, sister, their children and spouses, mom, dad, their friend, all of us the perfect scenario for spending time together and having our space when we needed it. All overlooking Gatlinburg, with the National Park n the background. The facilities are as great and in the perfect location for access to everything you wo... Read more

Room was dirty, Carpeting had black spots on it as if hadn't been cleaned in years. Behind and next to toilet was a mess. Possible mold or whatever it was. Missing shower curtain and bedding material. Had to call. Looks as if housekeeping never cleaned from the last visitors. Poor overall cleanliness and maintenance. Breakfast was average at best and overpriced. I could go on but I am sure you get the point. The resort did offer to move us to another suite and we declined. They did se... Read more
