We have stayed at this Ramada several times. This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The facility is good. The breakfast room could be helpful to be alittle larger, not many seats and plan breakfast items but it works and helps you start your day. Internet service is horrible when your room is away from the main check in.

Return visit was great. They are doing some repainting of the exterior of the hotel and they are now building an elevator. They removed the gazebo they used to have between buildings and that's where the elevator is going. Free wi-fi is still iffy. Free breakfast is ok. Love the shower head need to tell Wyndham to put them in the Great Smokies Lodge.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few nights in May. We had a 3 queen bed "family suite". This room worked wonderful for us providing privacy from our 4 kids and keeping us all together. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. The lady who booked my room (Stevenie) was absolutely wonderful! Explained that they were under construction and did not yet have an elevator. Had she not have warned me we would've been on an upper floor very upset due to all my kids luggage. Had some minor thing... Read more

Me and my family stayed here for 3 days and 4 nights. We pre booked so we only ended up paying around 55 bucks a night. For the price we could not beat it. The rooms were not fancy by all means so if your wanting a Hilton then this is definitely not for you. I liked how the room had a fridge and microwave as it helped out with lunches in the room. The only complaints I have about this hotel, is the wifi is horrible, and I wish they would designate and enforce smoking areas. People were smoking outside on both sides of us and every time we would open the door, the smoke smell would fill our room. Other than that, this hotel is great, and the staff is great. We will stay again and again. The price is very affordable. The room was clean. The location is perfect.

Outdated property. On the surface, it was relatively clean (no dust, beds looked very good.) But- there was mold in the bathroom and the towel bar was falling off the wall. I've included pics to verify. Fridge was useless, it froze everything in there, and the temperature knob was broken off so you could not adjust the temp. Lots of cracks in the wall, ceiling, etc, basically showing the property's old age. Worst: Internet is completely useless inside the room. Outside, worked just fine. But wh... Read more

Room was clean and a good value. It was close to Dollywood and that was one reason we chose this Ramada. We were on the third floor and we had to use a ramp to get to our floor. There was no elevator. After a long day walking at Dollywood going up two floors using a ramp was no fun. We suggest requesting a room on either the ground floor or the second floor, especially if you have a number of items to take to your room such as a cooler.

If you are taking a car trailer to one of the shows, this is a very convenient hotel. They are renovating (you could see them working last week), but the hotel has barely changed in years. Clean enough rooms, but not the most comfy beds and ok air conditioning could be colder. But, for the price and convenience factor, this is usually where we stay. Maybe next years stay will be nicer with more updated hotel rooms.....

This is a kick off your shoes and relax hotel. We have been here several times. The employees are always nice, and Marianne always has the breakfast fresh and has a good attitude! Leah at the front desk is always a great help when I decide to go on a last minute trip. I feel like family when I'm there.

Generally we enjoyed our stay but would have enjoyed better if the internet was working. Kids had fun with the jacuzzi in the room. The room may need to update their carpets. Some parts are already ripped. The rooms were clean and fresh. Love the fireplace as well.

Not what you expect from a Ramada...much lower quality, older motel... was surprised to see the hot tub running and had a good breakfast... but our room lacked proper housekeeping as we had no cups or sugars (many things forgotten). The carpet and furnishings are old and disgusting and the bathrooms aren't any better...decent beds but your in what feels to be a dilapidated old room with very old designs and just old everything
