Room was nice and clean. Bed slept very good. Hotel is located in a good place just before Gatlinburg. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great! Great place to stay. Would come back again. Conference center was nice also. Would recommend.

Checking in, the receptionist was brisk, but courteous. Shortly after getting in our room found quarter sized bug on wall and took care of that. Shortly after that our dog was chasing and patting the floor and I realized it was another bug, but lost that one as it ran under refrigerator. Later, wiped up some water that had dripped on floor. Towel was filthy. There was no way I was going to take my shoes off and walk on that floor barefoot. I looked at my husband and he said, "you want to le... Read more

We rented a cabin for over a dozen people. On the way to Gatlinburg , we were informed we would not be able to stat there for a couple days because of people being snowed in. We called to get 6 rooms here until our cabin was ready. The staff was amazing a incredibly helpful. They got us numerous rooms, helped us with a late check out. I highly recommend them due to the staff and great prices as well.

This is an older motel, but the location toward the end of strip near the entrance to Dollywood is convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Our Emergency Fuel Tenders are still on site and are very pleased with the experience. The staff are exceptionally gracious and accommodating. We hope all in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas are "on there feet" again soon and are happy we could be there in their time of need. The Ramada Inn staff should most certainly be commended on their attitudes and professionalism - as we are certain they have all been affected by the event in some way or another and it has not shown in their work.

My family has meet here with my brother's family several times. The hotel is very friendly and our stay was very enjoyable. It is a bit dated but very clean. I will be staying again.

For my son's birthday, I purchased a weekend stay at the Ramada Inn South. The hotel staff were so friendly and courteous even to the point that Megan called after checkout saying that my son had left something in the room. They were holding it for him at the front desk. In all my years, I have never had a hotel call and help me with a forgotten item, in fact I have called other hotels before and WAS NEVER able to get anything back. Yes, I encourage you to stay at and support a hotel with this t... Read more

Not what you expect from a Ramada...much lower quality, older motel... was surprised to see the hot tub running and had a good breakfast... but our room lacked proper housekeeping as we had no cups or sugars (many things forgotten). The carpet and furnishings are old and disgusting and the bathrooms aren't any better...decent beds but your in what feels to be a dilapidated old room with very old designs and just old everything

Generally we enjoyed our stay but would have enjoyed better if the internet was working. Kids had fun with the jacuzzi in the room. The room may need to update their carpets. Some parts are already ripped. The rooms were clean and fresh. Love the fireplace as well.

This is a kick off your shoes and relax hotel. We have been here several times. The employees are always nice, and Marianne always has the breakfast fresh and has a good attitude! Leah at the front desk is always a great help when I decide to go on a last minute trip. I feel like family when I'm there.
