hotel was ok nothing spectacular but not awful either. one major disappointment for me was opening up the balcony door to go look at the river and see the campground. There is a campground literally on the other side of the river and you can see the campers sitting there. Coming from a city I was looking forward to peace and quiet but was disappointed. Bed was comfy hot tub in room was nice but as previous reviews state its in a weird spot room itself is set up weird but overall decent stay for ... Read more

We travel allot to pigeon forge for baseball and to just visit Dollywood. The Creekstone Inn is a perfect place for us. We love the Price!!! We love the location especially being able to sit on the deck over the river. It's always very clean and we have never had a problem. This is our first choice of places to stay.

We arrived and was pleased with the room until later after dinner we arrived back and room still was not cool. The next morning went down for coffee and ran into the maintenance guy and told him about it and he said it would be a little while but he would take care of it. Within 30 minutes he was in our room changing out the air unit rest of the stay was comfortable with one suggestion since the rooms are partially divided by the bathroom a fan of some sort would help pull the air to the opposit... I have known this place since I was a little girl. Still has the same feel. Love that the creek is in the back. Only things I would like to see changed is a bigger bathroom, bathtub, which is a little outdated. Other than that my stay has been amazing.

This trip was booked last minute. My husband got off work early and we had plans already for memorial weekend. So I found a package deal. We were told up front it's not a five star Ritz place with all the breakfast trimmings. But it's very clean and that was good enough for our little family. It's very clean we loved we had room #213 over looking a Creek out back camp grounds. Our children loved seeing all the geese. We really liked the cover garage! We were just in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for 9 days and returned home last night. We stayed at the cottage that is owned by Creekstone for 4 nights. It truly was like being at home. The kitchen was quaint, nice living room, bathroom, and bedrooms. Was nice to have the two bedrooms as my husband and I were traveling with our niece and nephew taking them on our annual vacation. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We didn't get breakfast at the hotel, as we mainly cooked in the cott... Read more

We had no complaints of our stay, everyone was friendly and the room was decent for the price! Loved having the balcony overlooking the river! We will return! We stayed on the 5th floor in a fireplace room and although it was tight fit with all 4 of us it worked! Only complaint would be the elevator, it's a little slow! But we have feet so we would choose to walk the stairs instead.

Loved this place! The room was older, but clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the river, which had its own charm. The service and staff were awesome. The WiFi was a bit intermittent, but I got the emails and info I needed. Would go back again, and definitely recommend.

We stayed at Creekstone for 2 nights over this past weekend. While the rooms appear to be slightly outdated, they are very clean and nice. The balcony with rockers was wonderful overlooking the river. A nice added bonus is the fridge and microwave, especially when traveling with kids. Having the two queen beds separated by the bathroom allows privacy when everyone isn't ready to go to sleep at the same time.

Not impressed. Staff was pleasant, but was across the street. The floor was uneven and dirty carpet. Noisy wight go cart track next to it. The pool was across the road and had no bathroom so people had to go bad to their room....or use the pool. Breakfast was a joke.

Booked this hotel back in April. It is an older hotel but it is not bad at all. Rates were reasonable, each room has a balcony overlooking the creek, and it was very clean. The hotel has an average size outdoor pool and provides pool towels and you can check out tubes to be used in the pool or in the creek behind the hotel. Our room was very quiet, never heard noise from anyone else!!

We stayed here with our two grandchildren and we loved that the room had a separation between the two beds and two televisions so they could watch cartoons. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was nice. I wish it had a play area like the camp ground across the river. Parking was not always easy. The continental breakfast was ok it was nice to have fresh fruit offered. Will stay again.

Location was nice, not far from either Gatlinburg or the main attractions in Pigeon Forge. The hotel is older and our room needed some repair. No deadbolt on the door (which looked like it had been kicked in before). Bathroom is very small, but we did like how the bathroom was in the middle so it did provide privacy when sharing a room. By the 2nd night we were there, it smelled like someone had been in our bathroom smoking. The smell must have been coming down through the vents and was awful! O... Read more

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit Dollywood and Gaitlinburg. First the cons. It is older and the rooms need updated. The air conditioning unit did not cool well enough for our preference. The picture is deceiving. It does overlook the river which is really nice;however, there is an RV park directly across the river. Not that there is anything with RV travelers, but there is no privacy on the balcony so we never used it. Also, there is a separate between the balconies but it is not solid and y... Read more

We have stayed at the Two Rivers Landing building of Creekstone Inn many times over the last 15 years! Balconies are great (screen door additions would be great to be able to leave the door open at night and hear the creek). Staff was fantastic! The pictures are a bit deceptive as it leads you to think they are out in the woods. In reality, this is a motel with two levels of parking garage below it. On one side is a river, but just on the opposite bank is an RV park. There were a lot of people playing or soaking in the river. On the front side is a closed motel and a go cart track. My only negatives to his hotel are the terrible parking with no guard rail on the lowest level and limited spaces, and cramped quarters for the 'continental' breakfast of donuts, coffee, frozen waffles, etc. otherwise the hotel was clean and very conveniently located to Parkway. Would've liked a hot tub and indoor pool but the balcony and creek were nice.

It was a clean room, yet the room has not been updated in years. Perhaps if I had booked for more than one night, the staff would have paid more attention. When I arrived , I was told my room will be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. We were booked for a show in Pigeon Forge and would have made the show on tim... Read more

My fiancé and I and two of our friends came down for the weekend. The staff was very nice and helpful. Despite on day 2 the bathroom light blew and it was late day 3 that it got fixed the room was adequate for what we needed. 2 king size beds separated by the bathroom for some privacy. A balcony that overlooked the creek. We slept with the balcony door open listening to the water all 3 nights. The section of the hotel we were in was nestled in between camp grounds and alls we could smell w... Read more

Older motel located near pretty creek. It was quiet as it sits one block off main highway. Staff was nice and helpful. Beds comfortable but towels were rather thin. Price was reasonable. Only offered a continental breakfast so didn't eat it.

Booked a room as a last minute get-away from Hurricane Matthew. The room was nice an clean. The parking was great. THe view from the balcony overlooked the Pigeon Creek an campground. Enjoyed watching them both. We will definatly stay there again. It is a good value for the money.

Inn is old and security is lacking. Our Tahoe was stolen from the inn parking lot. Cleanup service was never completed before 7 pm. Often very little done. Pillows left on floor, quilts often put bed haphazardly.

Good location to all the dinner shows. Very clean and lots of parking. Quiet area and you could use the back streets to get around. They have a continental breakfast every morning. Nice little place..

I really liked the location, view, room, and staff (there was a problem with the reservation thru Trip adviser, the room was reserved under my posting name instead of my real name! Breakfast was a hot mess, grossly overcrowded room, very few tables, I was able to brab some juice, half of which was jostled out of my cup just getting out. My wife got the chipped beef but couldn't reach the biscuits thru the scrum.

Creekstone Inn is a clean comfortable facility. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Luisa did a great job cleaning the room and Regina was very pleasant upon checkout and offered a parting gift which was was very kind. We were unable to connect to wifi on our kindles, but grateful we had our cell phones. We enjoyed the balcony and the wildlife behind. Great location off the main road, but close to all of the happenings.

Enjoyed my time relaxing on the deck, listing to the Creek running right below me. I really needed a fantastic, low key, "Me Time". Can be in Gatlinburg within minutes or at the tail end of Pigeon Forge. Older hotel, just your basic needs. The bed was So comfortable, very clean and relaxing. Staff was extremely nice. Will be going back.

The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were large and comfortable and stocked with everything needed for your stay. The continental breakfast could be better but you could go get your own from some where else however coffee was good and powdered doughnuts also good for what its worth. The only issue is that the rooms are a little dated but no problem to me.

I would recommend this place to stay. Very nice rooms on the water. Beds that I could sleep in and the set up was great for just a little quite time after little man slept. I hate that they are always so booked, but that shows how good they are. I will keep trying to get a stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. We had 6 of us all together (including children). I was worried about noise from go carts across parking lot, but it was no worries. Had a nice balcony. Staff was friendly. Breakfast could of been better, but hey, it worked for a quick bite before heading into the mountains. Would stay again, very affordable.

There were 14 of us staying three nights at your inn. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of our room. The lady (Missy) who arranged our stay went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. All of the staff was very friendly and courteous. The room where the hot breakfast was served needed to be larger to accomodate everyone. We definitely want to stay with you again.

The only reason I didn't choose the highest rating is because of the Wi-Fi problem. We were unable to get Wi-Fi in our room the entire trip. The hotel advertised as having Wi-Fi which was totally false. Other than that, the room was excellent and clean, and the layout of the room was great. Having wi-fi was one of the requirements when looking for a room. I would definitely return if Wi-Fi was upgraded. The staff was wonderful.

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable! They called a few minutes after we got into our room to see if we were satisfied with the room. Upon departure they gave us a small tin of candies. With the hustle and bustle of the city it is indeed a great place to sit on your balcony and watch the ducks and geese on the river!

I spent one night here on my way home. Stayed in the building beside the RV section. I think they call it the River Building. Anyway, it's not fancy. It IS clean, friendly, quiet and right on the river with the Canadian Geese that love to be fed. It was much better than I was expecting. Other friends recommended this place to me and am glad I stayed there. If I ever get to go back to Pigeon Forge I will be staying here. The staff is AWESOME!!!!!! This location has always been our "go to" place to stay and we come on average of four times a year. This last time we discovered that they had built a go cart track directly in front of the building. That was all we could hear the entire time we stayed. We loved the hotel and have never had a single issue here. We were sadly thinking we wouldn't get to stay with them again. However, upon calling the SMR number about another question, I was told by the sweet agent that they have another bui... Read more

This is my third time staying here, at Creekstone Inn. And as always, I was not disappointed. I love that it is, off of, the busy parkway and I enjoy the balcony looking over the Little Pigeon River. At checkout, Jennifer gave me a tin of candy. Got the winterfest package, which included the bear, candle and a tin of butter cookies. When making reservations, it doesn't hurt to look for all the packages, that Creekstone Inn offers. You will be surprised!!!!

I read other reviews and people wrote about how small the rooms were. The bathroom is located in the middle of the room. This helps divide the room, so if your traveling with kids they can watch TV on one side. Yes one of the TV's is smaller than the other. The bathroom and shower is on the small side (but how much time are you going to spend in the room). When I travel, I use the hotel as a place to sleep. The River side balcony is not really private. It is nice to sit out there, but if ... Read more

My wife & I stayed here for the first time this year. I loved the balcony overlooking the river. Watched the geese & ducks every day. There is a campground on the other side of the river and I enjoyed watching the campers. The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Parking was good and I felt secure leaving my truck there. The free breakfast was okay not the best I have had but not the worse. Didn't take advantage of it much. 4 Friends traveling together shared a room with two king beds. Unique setup with bed on either side of central bathroom - balcony overlooking creek - quiet and comfortable. Nice economy. Several buildings are included, also a RV campground. Also spent one night in the "cottage" a single-unit cabin on the river - not impressed with this one - nasty smoke smell - lumpy beds and dated interior - more expense than our original room, and not nearly as nice.

This motel, even though it has some age on it, is a nice place to stay. The rooms are very clean and everything is in good working order. The balconies overlooking the river are great to view ducks, geese, and even herons. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience was parking. We returned back to the motel at nine, and the parking level was full so we had to park in lot next to the office.

This was our first time staying here. The beds were very comfortable. The people at the front desk were very nice. Need more housekeeping. Room was very clean when we arrived. When we came back to room in afternoons it was still not cleaned. They came late afternoon and brought new towels and emptied trash cans. Lighting in rooms very poor. Difficult to read. Liked being on the first floor next to the river. Would likely stay here again.

This hotel is very clean! I like the little view of the stream off back balcony. Only thing I was not a fan of was that you have to drive to the other building for breakfast. Yes both buildings have breakfast but we were told the first building has a bigger selection (waffles, oatmeal, biscuits & gravy, cereal, coffee, OJ & apple juice.) and the other building has really just fruit and drinks. But other than that I will be returning in the future!!!

We just needed a place near the Smokies and this hotels was a good value for Pigeon Forge. The room was a kind of two-bedroom suite, with a balcony overlooking the creek. There are actually two buildings, ours was on the other side of the creek from the main drag through town. The room was comfortable enough, but it was quite noisy, with the balcony facing a go-cart track and main street. It is an easy walk from the hotel to main street and the restaurants there.

This was our second stay at Creekstone, the last time being Christmas of 2015. Pros: Check in was a breeze. All employees are pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Location is great (with one exception, see below). It's on a back road that runs straight to Dixie Stampede and to the turnoff for Dollywood. This helped tremendously with holiday traffic. Beds are super comfy and linens were in great shape. Room was cleaned daily. No weird hotel odors (commonly found in older hotels). We ran ... Read more

I hope this hotel is fine with the fire raging right now. We spent Thanksgiving week in this hotel and were very pleased. The building is not new, but very clean which is something I look for first. The balcony sat right over the river which made us sad we weren't there in summer when we could have gone in. My husband did try to cross, but his fear of cold water drove him back. There is a go-cart track in front, but I never heard it. I could see the hot doughnut light at Krispy Kreme and c... Read more
