We booked this hotel as we were driving home to Kentucky. We arrived about 9:00 at night. We didn't have the most outgoing person at check in but he wasn't rude either. We got a king bed room. The room had a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, dishwasher, fridge, cooktop, microwave, etc. we didn't need any of that as we were just doing a quick overnight stay but I was super impressed. The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. I love the towels. The breakfast wa... Read more

On our way to the Nashville airport, we spent a night here! It was a good rest stop with varied choice of restaurants close by. The rooms are spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. This is a great spot if you need lodging in the Knoxville area.

We attended a matinee performance of South Pacific by the University of Tennessee theatre department on Sunday and decided to stay in the Knoxville area to do some shopping before heading back to our mountain cabin in Cosby which is about 50 miles east. Turkey Creek is a favourite shopping area for us so we decided to try the year old Staybridge Suites off of Interstate 40. We had just gained Platinum Elite status on our IHG Rewards card and I wanted to see if the benefits advertised were true. ... Read more

On our way back from the Orlando area, we know we would need to book a room to break up the long trip home. We could not have made a better choice. This hotel is brand new, very clean, had a great breakfast offering, and had some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Despite a small issue with the hot water in the shower acting like it was on a timer, this place was amazing and I still give it a 5. You won't be disappointed to spend the night here.

A Staybridge near a freeway is never going to be a glam experience, but as a stopover place to truly rest for a night this hotel was ace. Service is nice, hotel is well-designed and feels clean and new, and the rooms are big.

My husband was so pleased with this hotel. He kept going on and on about it! Our room had a kitchen but we didn't need it. I was worried about the highway noise but the darling receptionist at the front desk said they provided sound machines to help with that. She was pleasant, young, dark hair in a bun and I knew I liked her when I heard her speak to someone on the phone telling them that she "could make that happen"! She had been given empowerment so cudos to the management of this hotel c... Read more

We picked this hotel on Expedia and we could not have been more pleased. We had a very late check in and we were exhausted. All we wanted was a nice cool room with a great shower, and we got just that. The room was HUGE, the bed was great, and the shower (pressure) was amazing. We will be back for sure!

Had to stay here last minute, we stayed in the suite with the kitchen and stuff. It was a great studio hotel and very clean. The hotel is secluded on a beautiful property. If I ever have to stay in Knoxville again-I will be staying here. Everyone that we spoke to during our stay there was very nice as well. The breakfast is what you would expect from any Staybridge or Hampton Inn.

Room was perfect for our family, nicely equipped, decorated and clean. Light sleepers be aware there is a lot of road noise we were facing the highway. Other side of hall maybe quieter. Appreciate the breakfast and Monday thru Wednesday buffets included in purchase of room. Nice variety.

My family and I stayed here recently while on a road trip to North Carolina. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in. Staybridge suites at Knoxville had everything we could want and more including stove tops, a refrigerator, dishes, a dish washer, cookware, and a really comfy pull out sofa bed for our daughter. We stayed in a Queen bed studio suite. Everything in the room seemed to be extremely convenient, efficient and just awesome! The "coffee table" in the middle of the room could roll ... Read more

Stayed on our move across the country with 2 grown boys, us (parents), and our 50 lb dog. Staff was very welcoming, room was clean and spacious, and we were able to rest up great for the next day's drive. Free breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, but provided plenty of variety. Social hour provided a couple of free drinks and some good wings too! Would definitely recommend!

I stayed at Staybridge Suites West this weekend. I booked this hotel for its suites. I was very disappointed. The suite was suppose to have a sofa bed. They do have sofa bed, but they are twin size. I had to go buy a blow up mattress. Because both my girls couldn't sleep on a twin size bed. Shower was worse. Water pressure kept cutting out. Not a happy traveler.

After the Holiday Inn was full, they suggested Staybridge, and told us that it was brand new. Finding it was the hardest part, but it's just because the roads aren't well marked. Turn at the cracker barrel and just drive past it, keep going straight, and you'll just run into it. Beautiful layout and the feel of newness greets you at the front door. My family and I stayed here on August 22, 2016. When we got to our next hotel on August 23rd, my daughter discovered that her Sonicare toothbrush (prescribed by her dentist and valued at around $50) was not in her luggage. I immediately called and asked if they had found it. They said there was no one there to ask about it then, so I called the next day. I stay at Staybridge frequently as I travel the states for work... One of the perks are social nights and due to Tennessee law the social isn't so social. You receive a coupon upon check-in for 2 beers but wine must be purchased at $10 a bottle because it is considered an alcoholic beverage. Other than that you can never go wrong with a Staybridge Suite.

This is a great hotel and it's pretty new. The room was well decorated and appointed with good amenities for anyone staying more than a night or two. It's close to the interstate, but our room was quiet. Some backhoe work on the pond in front of the hotel was going on, so we heard that noise early, but I'm sure that's a one time thing. We stayed here one night and slept very well. The hotel was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is right by the interstate, but the noise isn't that bad.
