I try to stay here when traveling I-75 for work. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is generally polite and pleasant. I'm not sure if the pool is open, but they have an outdoor pool with chairs and a fence. I would stay here again.

Lots of businesses at this exit, where to stay can sometimes be hard choice. The folks at the Sleep Inn made a great recommendation for dinner at Puleo's Grille. The hotel has slipped a little since our visit last year. A non working card scanner on one of the exit doors and TV that slipped in and out made the stay not quite as enjoyable as last year. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice treat, we will being making another stay here.

We were satisfied with the room. Comfortable Bed and nice and clean with good water pressure. Check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. It met our requirements for a nights rest on the migration to Texas.

I stay in this hotel from 5/12/16 through 5/17 for five nights. This hotel does not equip an elevator and I could not handle my luggage climbing the stairs, so I request a room located at the ground floor when I check-in. All three exit doors on the ground floor were kept ajar all day sometimes during the night for smoker's convenient because you could not use the room key get back to the hotel (the lock is broken). The insulation is very bad, I could hear footsteps from upper floor not to menti... Read more

Despite some negative reviews my room was spotlessly clean, quiet and the air conditioner worked great. The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Parking was easy and the hotel is convenient to the highway for travelers.

This is not a top of the line hotel - it is quite nice, though. The folks were friendly and forthcoming. The room was comfortable and convenient. It would have been nice if the breakfast had varied a little more; it was sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy every day. They have waffles and frig stuff (e.g. yogurt), too. There was an issue that a side door with card entry that didn't work. I liked the location as it has lots of surrounding conveniences.

My wife and I stayed here for a night on our way to Kentucky. It was an original style Sleep Inn that had been updated. There wasn't anything that stood out good or bad. It was clean, the front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was average for this type of hotel.

My friends and I took a two day trip to Knoxville and this was perfect for the quick getaway. The remodel was very nice and the room was very well kept. Staff was friendly and it was only 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville which was very convenient for us. I would definitely stay here again, and we all enjoyed our stay.

Only stayed one night on our way through and did so because they're dog friendly. Nice room, clean, free wifi and a great breakfast. There are restaurants within walking distance and a outdoor pool to cool off in. Front desk staff was really pleasant and accommodating and the parking lot was big enough for us to be able to park with our truck and trailer.

We stayed here overnight because our power was off due to a storm. The hotel was clean and had been renovated, and the desk clerk was very nice. The location is very close to the interstate, several restaurants, and shopping centers. The room had a musty smell, but it didn't bother me once I was settled in. The room was very clean, and modern, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The free breakfast was good and included scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, pastries, toast, f... We stayed here over the weekend. Booked through Hotels.com (I won't do that again) Our room was an impeccably clean double queen. Very roomy room. We did not miss a tub -I can't understand why a tub would be important. Why would you want to soak in a tub used by strangers? I understand that parents may want to bathe the kids but really? Anywho, the lonesome shower was spacious, clean, had excell not water pressure. We had clean cloths and towels every day. Actually had 4 sets of Bath linens. ... Read more

Stopped in after a dinner for a room. All the reviews showed this in our price range. When we stopped they gave us a room with 2 beds $40 less than quoted online. Breakfast & staff was great. Only downfall was the beds were full size not larger.

I wrote a review of this place 3 years ago and gave it 4-stars. I'll have to give it 3-stars, good for an overnight stay while on the road, or in a pinch. Pros: The staff is friendly and internet is still speedy. Cons: The rooms and furnishings are rundown, the lighting in the room isn't great or working perfectly, and AC is noisy. Late at night, the exterior doors were either unlocked or hinged open, which ruins the advantage of an interior-hallway hotel.

This was the first Sleep Inn I have stayed in. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. We checked in around 10pm, and were greeted by a very friendly staff member. I wish I could recall his name. All areas of the room were quite clean, and the bed very comfortable. I did have a few spots on the bedspread, but could tell it had been cleaned. This should be replaced. I did not use the internet, but it was available. Breakfast was typical of other hotels, but here again, the kitchen a... Read more

Over all it was a good stay. We didn't have a chance to visit pool . Upon checking out my fiancée told then about the toilet and we received a 10% discount which was honorable. Pros: the price was good, good customer service , nice size shower, nice bouncy bed (if you like it like that ) and good location . MOST IMPORTANT NO BED BUGS Cons: toilet seat broke (fyi I wouldn't sit on it anyway so it didn't bother me but let staff know it was broken so we wouldn't be charge ), mattress was torn ... Read more

Found a small spot of mold in the bathroom on the wall . Ask to be moved to a different room . We had to downgrade from a king to queen as that's all they had downstairs and no elevator to get to the upper level rooms . The second room we were moved to the window sill was literally covered in mold/mildew . Needless to say we went to another nearby hotel .

We were pleased with our stay. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly. He offered to help us carry our things upstairs because there was no elevator. The rooms were clean and quiet. We definitely stay here again.

Factually speaking, there was not an elevator as of our stay in October 2016. So, if you have any physical issues climbing stairs, you will need to request a room on the first floor when you make your reservation. I did not even consider a hotel in 2016 not having an elevator and failed to ask at the time I made the reservation. (There are two floors, which is not too bad. However, my mother has physical issues climbing stairs.) In my opinion and based on observation: This hotel has a "reha... Read more

It is a typical Sleep Inn with the large shower. The staff was terrific. The rooms were a little dated but clean and meet the needs. The breakfast was hot and good. No problem staying here next time through.
