My family stayed here in July 2016, could not have asked for better treatment. Very nice staff, stayed on the very top floor in the family suite, the service was excellent. The room was spotless and very clean. The view was absolutely gorgeous! I would highly recommend this resort for anyone!

We stay here yearly for our girls shopping trip - and anyone of our group that visits the area throughout the year always stays here as well. Have recommended to lots of family and friends. They are so friendly and helpful. From checkin to checkout - they are at your service. Greg Oneal of Guest Services was super - and Manager, Heather, solved a slight problem we had in a very professional manner. Thank you to all of you. You won't regret staying here. I highly recommend the Resort at Go... Read more

We had a great 2 bedroom condo that was just a few miles from downtown Gatlinburg. The pools were fantastic for our 3 boys. The trampoline in the front of the property was a huge hit, too!! The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean & spacious. There is not daily mail service, but they do empty garbages & replenish towels daily. By no means is the "luxury" accommodations, but for a busy family it is just perfect!!!! Close to everything.

I'm a 39 year old Mom of a 10 year old daughter and 4 year old son. This was our first time traveling to Tennessee for a mini vacation prior to Christmas holidays. My Mom also went with us. We were greeted at the front desk by Greg. He was extremely helpful and so pleasant throughout our stay! The rooms were very large and clean! All dishes, utensils, and pots and pans were included. We had a one bedroom with 2 queen beds and a pull out sleeper sofa. We were pleasantly surprised that all the ... Read more

We love staying at the Resort at Governors Crossing. We stay here every year the day after Christmas for a short visit to the mountains. The water park is great and the location is easy to get to by using Veterans parkway. We will be back in February to visit with Grandparents. We get a two bedroom suite that will sleep 4 adults and 2 kids with room and privacy. It is now common that we stay and this facility 2 to 3 times a year.

The room was outdated and the bathroom for the 2 bed bedroom was far to small. The indoor waterpark is too small for the amount of guests. Light room service isn't explained so don't expect toilet paper, trash to be emptied or soap unless you ask. Then you still don't get them until you go get them. The wifi is poor. The room was somewhat clean. Although we spoke with a manager, there was no effort to make things right. Someone fell on the slick floors in the waterpark which apparently is a regu... Read more

Nice location just outside of pigeon forge. Fabulous outdoor activities for families with kids. They have a lazy river, splash pad, pool with water slide, really cool pirate ship playground, small putt putt course, and a hot tub. Inside is a heated water park. Rooms are nice but could use an update. Very nice to have a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. We have stayed here several times.

I was evacuated with the wild fires and didn't know where to go. I left with just my clothes on in a hurry. I went to the Resort at Governor's Crossing to get a room. I had no phone charger and they let me borrow one. The next day I tried to see if I had a home to return to. Sally Arangio was so caring and helpful. She made me feel that all would be just fine. I returned needing another night. They accommodated me without any hassle and were very supportive. Sally Arangio did her best to help me... Read more

Great place to stay that is very affordable. Staff very friendly and the rooms are very clean. The indoor pools and slides are also helpful for children during the cold months. There are a few restaurants within walking distance if you didn't have transportation

The property on the outside doesn't look bad, it's in a good location near the outlet mall. Family get together so booked by our retired parents. The rooms are large enough but why is it so dated when you have such a large mass of units that stay full, and are part of a huge hotel chain owned by Wyndam? The furniture is old and worn, the beds are creaky and the carpet is never shampooed and will turn your socks black when walking among it. I stay at several places a year and in Pigeon Forge th...
