I try to use this hotel each time I come home from Florida. I use the coupon from the highway traveller magazine. After an 11 hour drive $55.00 I get a comfortable king bed Wi Fi and a nice continental breakfast includes waffles, eggs, sausage and biscuits pastries, coffee and juices etc.. They are very friendly and offer a good value. They charge you for the safe but will remove the charge if you ask.

Clean, well made up room. Lots of amenities, and they worked. Great breakfast, really good biscuits and gravy, coordinated by Lisa who was most hospitable. Had us on the first floor which we had asked for. USA today available along with coffee in the lobby. Convenient to where we were visiting with lots of quality restaurants nearby.

We needed a quick and inexpensive overnight stay. For the price it was "acceptable". We had loud noises randomly through the night that woke us, the shower had mildew and we would prefer more security. Otherwise the location was good, the bed was clean and the staff were nice. Breakfast was short so we missed it even though we left early.

I almost didn't want to write a review because the staff was so nice, but I do need to warn single women against coming here. I've traveled a whole lot on my own but this was by far the scariest place for me to be on my own. There are lots of single men staying here, workers that like to gawk, stare, harass, yell out, follow you etc. It was mainly a group of Mexican men but there were others too that were staring, pointing, making faces at me, etc. I've never seen this happen quite this bad. This hotel was a great value. The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel is about a block off the highway so there was not any late Night highway noise. Plenty of places within walking distance to eat and a gas station was right next to the hotel. The room was clean and good size. Now this hotel is the type with open air walkways to rooms but I felt very safe at this hotel and will stay again when I come back to Knoxville for business.

My family just stayed 1 night as we were on our way driving home. Clean room when we checked in, mini fridge and TV. Staff was friendly, easy check in and out and typical continental breakfast. Had an outdoor pool but we did not use it. No complaints for a 1 night stay.

This is your basic motel for an overnight stay. I was so pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and comfort of the room. I slept well with very little if any, outside noise. . The bathrooms are small, but the showers are great. This is a great overnight stop.

this is the best location for negotiating traffic throughout the Knoxville area for the money I have found. I stay here often when passing through this area so I can get up and get on the road without having to fight traffic either direction. Close to the interstate and quiet too. Restaurants and gas very close.

Zipping back home to Wisconsin from Durham, NC, we took the long route through Knoxville and bypassed all of the flooding in WV. All other places in this area of Knoxville were sold-out except this Quality Inn. We were surprised to see that the price for a single night was 1/2 the other places but we soon saw why. The beds and the furniture were old and saggy. The rooms smelled musty and the walls were thin. But, it was clean and the breakfast was OK. A little bit of touching up and this w... Read more

Outside of a couple very minor upkeep housekeeping issues we were very pleased with our four day stay here. Quiet and clean. Very nice pool and located close to anything you may need. Would definitely stay here again on future visits.

I checked in today for a four day business trip. The mildew smell is so bad in the room that I am going to check out tomorrow. I will lose my choice privileges points but I can't tolerate the smell. It is so strong it is burning my eyes. The room is clean and the front staff are very nice but this can't make up for smell. Hopefully I can sleep tonight.

Stopped here as a midway point on our way to North Carolina. Cute waterfall with goldfish outside the entry. Check-in was fast and friendly. Lobby was clean and decorated for Univ of Tenn football game. Not a college football fan but this was a nice touch, with streamers and pompoms. (Apparently there is a shuttle to the games from here.) Smoking rooms are available. There are outdoor corridors. There is an elevator and an outdoor pool, vending and ice machines near elevator. Room was ade... Read more

Paid around $62 total for this room. The room was clean and I received a good nights sleep. Sign says Knoxville's best hot breakfast. No meat was served! The had scrambled eggs, gravy, waffles, and cereal. Far from a a best breakfast!!

We have stayed here several times over the last few years for our UT football weekends. We have always found this property to be clean, convenient, and staffed by courteous people who are always willing to go the extra mile for the guests. The game shuttles are easy and convenient.

The bed was very soft. we loved it. They could do a better job of cleaning the rooms. The breakfast could be a bit better. The biscuits were a little crispy on the bottom and the cereal was offbrand. the location was good and the area seemed safe. would stay there again. it is a quality in after all, its not going to be to Marriott standards.

This was a nice, basic room that was convenient to the game. Easy to get a taxi or Uber and several restaurants in walking distance for breakfast/dinner options before & after the game. We enjoyed having a quiet cocktail with friends outside in the patio furniture before heading out and when we got back.

Close to the interstate. New door locks which you just touch with the key. Comfortable bed..lots of furniture crammed in the room. The bathroom appeared to be outdated and a bit of a musty odor but tolerable for one night. Plenty of parking
