Check in is at 3, we got there at 4. The dishwasher was running and there was a dirty dish in the sink. Other than that everything appeared very clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. We were in a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch. It was nice that we had a curtain we could pull. We used it while we were getting ready, so the lights didn't disturb the others while they were still sleeping. Overall it was a good stay. Breakfast looked good, but we didn't make it there. I live in Ohio and had to attend a funeral in Tennessee. I have a wife and four children, so it is always a little difficult finding a hotel that doesn't charge a bunch for 6 vs. 4 occupants. Home2Suites was very helpful for my family and I.

I stayed again at this property in May 2016 for 1 night on business. The property is nice and the fairly new concept is interesting. However, the increased staff at the breakfast had not much helped the chaos during the morning rush since my last stay and the front desk did not recognize my Gold status upon arrival. It would certainly help if they have more than one person attending the reception during the claimed sold out nights.

At this location, the value is excellent for the accomodations. The location is exception for business, and resturaunts are very close.

I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The room was very spacious and well-appointed. It was spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was beyond anything I've seen at a hotel, and was a perfect breakfast to prepare us for our drive back to Maryland that day. I would definitely stay there again, and so would my daughters (in their twenties) who were with me.

I thought from the website that it was another case of photographic creativity but no, these rooms are really that spacious and comfortable! I was amazed and delighted! The exterior grounds of this particular property seems terribly unkept and in desperate need of mowing, but once inside everything is new, clean, fully operational. I will surely stay here again for convenience, but now I will look into Home2 options elsewhere too.

Nice, convenient location, near shopping centers and great restaurants. The facilities and the property itself are very good. There are sophisticated touches all over the building, except the breakfast service. The overall breakfast service needs to be looked at by the management. We stayed here with my Hilton points and frankly I was not expecting much but I was surprised. The room was huge and had a full kitchen and couch living room section. It was very clean. Beds were comfy and breakfast was good. There was some noise from the interstate that is behind the hotel. The fan option on the air unit provided good noise cancellation. The hotel is beautiful and spacious, but it lacked charm, warmth, and friendliness of other Hiltons. Also, the food was not good. It was a heat and serve type of food with wheat grain waffles. I would prefer some moisturize in bathroom and bottle of shampoo and soap bar instead of the dispensers in the shower. Breakfast was nice except for space conception. They have a big table for guest to sit too close so limiting space to get buffet options. that table needs to go and the food options need to be spread ... Read more

Second try with this brand and it is outstanding! Fine rooms, comfortable, and a staff which is highly trained to make the customer no. one! The gentleman serving breakfast is the best I have experienced in quite a while. Items are high quality, well stocked, served, and enjoyed. Promote and keep this man! Numerous fine restaurants and shopping near-by.

On Oct. 1,2016 we checked into our room for my daughter's cheerleading event and we were amazed with our room. It was like an apartment instead of a hotel! We didn't have any complaints about anything and we'll be back!!!!!

The service from the staff was excellent. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and it's amenities. The hotel's appearance was immaculate and the suites were set up better than any other hotels of this ilk we've stayed in. We recommend highly on any trip to or through Knoxville

I stayed in Home 2 suites for an anniversary/getaway. It was amazing. The hotel staff is kind and it had all the amenities we could ever need. We had the queen bed suite and I thought it was thoughtful that they had an optional curtain divider between the couch and bed for privacy if needed for a family. My favorite part was the bed though! Hilton always has the softest sheets and nicest beds. I didn't even use my own pillows because the ones in the room were so fluffy. I will definitely book my... Read more

Staying in Knoxville overnight has always been a challenge for us and we generally avoid it. First stay ever at Home2Suites. Super clean, spacious and quiet room at a reasonable rate. Breakfast and parking is included. Just what a traveler needs.

This hotel was perfect! Clean, very chic with color scheme and furniture. Staff was friendly and helpful, Outdoor area was great to eat at during breakfast and food was better then some other hotels we stayed at. I would stay here again when in this area as it is convenient to the interstate and restaurants as well.

This is a newer property. We first stayed here in 2015 and will continue to return. Rooms are large and clean. Desk is spacious and on wheels so you can move. Full-size refrigerator is handy, plus microwave. There is a privacy screen by the sofa and desk area, so I could continue to work while my wife slept. Breakfast is good, but not quite the selection I expected. It's less than 5 minutes to/from the highway, and close to restaurants and retail. We also really liked the outdoor firepla... Read more

Overall okay visit. Room had a musty smell and could use a good scrub in the bathroom. Staff was friendly let me fetch a gallon jug of shampoo from the front desk. Stated that house keeping had a lock of rooms to clean that day. So they forgot to refill the basics in the bathroom. They didn't offer the standard little bottles. Room was clean.

This place was amazing not only was it extremely clean throughout the property. But the staff there really made us feel welcomed. They went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable from the time that we arrived to the time we left which was 2 1/2 months. The suites are very spacious all of them have a mini kitchen with a microwave a dishwasher and a sink. The Internet ran very smooth which was important to me because I work from home. Have stayed before. Nice stay again. Took a few days to remember that shower head can be turned to allow for more forceful water flow ‚?? duh, my bad! Hot water is VERY hot, so be cautious with kids. Be aware microwave has 2 levels and one gets much hotter than the other ‚?? be cautious and check temperature before removing items. Staff very nice as on prior stays. Small breakfast area, but kept well stocked when crowds present. Great recycling ‚?? thanks!!

This hotel was recommended by a family member who had stayed here several times. The room is quite large with a small kitchen including a microwave, sink, dishwasher and a small supply of kitchen flatware, tableware and glassware. Oh, and a Keurig with a selection of coffee and teas. A counter/table that runs the length of the room is quite handy on which to lay out your things. The blackout curtains keep the room nice and dark for sleeping. The entire room was spotless, and it was quiet. The br... Read more

We have had mixed success staying at suites hotels. Sometimes quality is missing, other times the walls are thin and hallways noisy. So, we upscaled to come here and it worked like a charm. Everything is modern and clean. The room really isn‚??t a suite as such, just a long rectangular room like an ordinary hotel room, except it is a little longer, giving room for a couch between the queen sized bed and the bathroom wall. On the other side the long wall has a minimal closet, a desk on wheels tha... Read more

After driving 12 hours from Ft Smith TX through the hills and valleys of TN at night with 2 small children, it was a relief to finally check in to this beautiful property at 9:30pm. Angel at the front desk was aptly named, she made quick work of our check in process and we were delighted to find a welcome note from the staff and some delicious apples and bottled water waiting in our room. We were in Knox to play ball on Sunday and stayed over rather than driving home late. Home2 Suites are a great motel, unique arrangement of the room, set up for longer stays. Full size refridgerator & microwave, plenty of counter space for suitcases. We always reserve the double queen. Great beds and quiet. Adequate breakfast with lots of healthy selections. Give Home2 a try if you have stayed in one.

The room was clean, carpet spotless, grout clean, and the floor was quiet. Check in was easy. Parking is a plenty. I felt reasonably safe in the area and on the property. I was in room 503. This hotel is just over a year old and is set back in a small "business park" & restaurant area. It does still pick up some of the interstate noise at night, but that would not be a reason not to stay here. Hotel was clean, staff was exceedingly polite & helpful. Cleaning staff hadn't checked the coffeemaker in quite some time so there was a science experiment growing in the filter container but otherwise the room was really nice. The hotel is located at the back of a large lot that must have been a large store or ? that is there no longer so the hotel is a bit hard to spot due to the large offset from the street. There are numerous local and chain restaurants within a walk or short drive and it is just off the interstate. The rooms have a lot of desk space that makes for great work areas.
