A few of my friends and I were en route to a big sporting event in Atlanta and stopped here overnight. We had made reservations days prior. We were all either nineteen or twenty at the time, and asked if our being under 21 would be an issue upon check-in. They assured us that it would be fine. Upon our arrival (late at night), big surprise, we were denied check-in because we weren't 21. This was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was extremely friendly, especially the guy Brandon at the front desk. One of my team mates was sick and throwing up. While the parents watched over her, I stayed in the lobby all night. I got to know the guy Brandon, he stayed up with me and just chatted with me. I would defiantly return to this hotel whenever I come back to Tennessee.

From the front desk to the maintenance crew, this is an incredibly friendly and superbly kept facility. 17,000 children and adults descended on Knoxville for the Destination Imagination Global Finals, yet I never heard a cross word nor saw anything but a smile from this staff. They met every situation with humor and the highest regard for meeting our need. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this as a place of rest and relaxation for anyone visiting the Knoxville area.

Best hotel I have been in a while. Great environment. Went to breakfast in the morning and Talisa was a great server. Made the family feel like we were at home making breakfast as a family in the morning.

I travel often for business and usually stay in these hotels. This stay started off very pleasantly. Don explained a few rates I didn't understand as I booked differently than I normally would and fulfilled all my requests for a room change (actually 2) with a smile. Everyone is very friendly. Very clean and up to date modern hotel. Talisa in the restaurant is amazing. Her personality is an asset to the hotel. Roosevelt, the chief is fantastic. Breakfast was very good.

From top quality food, to fun entertainment, this hotel had everything I needed! Check-in was quick and simple. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I decided to check out their bar, Gibby's, for a few cocktails. I got to enjoy good conversation with the bar staff and karaoke with other guests. I ordered a filet that was cooked to perfection.. better than some local restaurants! The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed.
