Hilton Towers in Knoxville Rocks! They handled graduations from UT and other colleges as well as big wedding party and the staff was great! Location is close to market square area with great food and entertainment as well. Tiffany at front desk handled my checkout and others very quickly and the valet and bellhop service was great experience would highly recommend this location !! General Manager Paul Jordan has great staff as Tiffany greeted me as diamond member!

We only spent one night at this Hilton property on our way home. We took a trolley ride around the University of Tennessee campus, which was very enjoyable. We got off the trolley at the World's Fair Park and walked around that area, having attended the World's Fair there many years ago! It's within walking distance of the Hilton.

My 8 year old son and I are staying here tonight as we pass through to Atlanta. So far, I have been tremendously disappointed. We had to wait at the valet for someone to help us with our luggage. The valet called the luggage guy at least 4 times with no response. We saw him walk by several times before coming out. Check in was fast and the guy was very nice. We arrived in room 1109 and we're happy with the room. The bathroom looks a little gross like they should replace some tile or clean it bet... Read more

Stopped for one night after arriving in Knoxville on the way to Chattanooga. Figure go downtown instead of just staying at the airport or on the highway. There is a fee for even self park and the garage is very narrow. As a matter of fact the hotel is narrow. Just one long hall. The closet is our room was TINY which was ok for us since we didn't even unpack being one night. I think we were upgraded to a river view and yes you could see it but through buildings. We were looking forward to our stay at the Knoxville Hilton. We were very disappointed with the breakfast and snack area that we payed extra for. Our girls were there for tumbling Nationals and we had to end up buying them food to eat for breakfast, because the selection was poor and the food was scarce. Defininately not worth the extra cost.

The property may be undergoing a renovation.. The room was nice and clean but not conveniently located to the concierge lounge which was temporarily located on the first floor. This hotel needs an update to its rooms and customer service, especially for Hilton's most loyal customers. After checking in online, we were "upgraded" from a king sized room on a high floor to one with a Murphy bed on a low floor. Why anyone would want to sleep in a Murphy bed is beyond me. After asking to be switched, we were told they were sold out (but what happened to my originally booked room?) and could go a double room. That room was okay. Nothing special. This hotel is ideally located and well priced for the type of room and amenities offered. Very friendly staff, nice clean room, good location. The cost was steep and $20 per night for parking was a bit much in my opinion. This hotel offers no complimentary shuttle. The downtown location is great, so we were within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Had another great stay at the Knoxville Hilton, excellent staff in all facets of our hotel stay. The close proximity to the UT campus and football stadium makes this Hilton location special. The hotel had some upgrades since my last visit and they enhance the experience.

I travel a lot. I think the overall stay and accommodations were very good. Need a better breakfast selection in the concierge area. I would recommend this Hilton. The other great thing is the location. 2-3 streets over 5 minute walk and you at the square where all the food and some entertainment is.

The hotel was in a great location for our anniversary stay and the Hilton staff was amazing as always. The bed was comfortable and room was clean! The Starbucks staff was awful though. I ordered a coffee and it was given to another customer. That customer put a straw in the drink and took a drink. When he realized it wasn't his he put the drink down. The crew member then tried to give me the drink. I explained to her that he had already drank out of it and I needed a new one. The girl got mad an... Read more

The restaurant is frankly terrible, more the wait staff than the food, the front desk staff couldn't have been less helpful (they're bored expressions were most maddening), the elevators were slow, the ability to print boarding pass doesn't work for some airlines, and the bill was not calculated correctly. And surprisingly, this hotel has no idea what an Express Checkout is. Sure seems like many competitors do - will be going there next time.

So far this hotel is really disappointing. After a 3 hour + wait for our room to be ready for check-in, the adjoining riverview rooms we had reserved were NOT made available to us (despite being told when we first got here and left our bags in the valet area that they were being cleaned and then we would get them). We're on a mid level, not adjoining rooms, but they still haven't taken the up-charge for the riverview rooms off of our bill. They still have the wrong HHonors # in the system for my... Read more

Facility needs to be gutted and redone. The service was great but it was old and looked like they slapped lipstick on a pig. The location is great and if they would renovate by gutting the place and redoing the bathrooms it could be great.

The staff at this hotel is Top Notch. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I sat back and watched a customer berate one of the staff, a young man named Benjamin. He never wavered, never changed focus but continued to try and help the out of line customer and maintained a level of professionalism I rarely see. He then helped our group, his overwhelmingly helpful demeanor never changing, just a genuine customer first attitude. Our rooms were impeccable, housekeeping was extraordinary , the fo... Read more

I stayed in the Hilton for a reunion of volunteers (IVS). The hotel room was what one would expect, at a Hilton - comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly. When my wife and I arrived in Knoxville we were stranded at a closed bus station with no taxis anywhere. It was late at night. I called several cabs but because it was just a short hop to the hotel, none ever showed and we were worried. I called the hotel and explained our situation. Within minutes, the hotel had sen... The hotel itself is absolutely showing it's age - at least in the rooms. However, we had breakfast both days in the hotel restaurant and Varnell, our waiter, was absolutely outstanding. The food was also very, very good (it was included in our hotel room price). Thank you to Varnell for making it such a wonderful experience and showing us how hospitable Knoxville can be.

I would consider staying at this hotel if back in the area. The hotel is clean and inviting. The room also was clean and inviting. I recommend this hotel if staying in the area. Close to dining and shops. At the time of my stay not a lot of traffic/congestion. Architecture of neighboring buildings are very interesting due to their time of construction. Nice place to visit and the hotel was very close to the University of Tennessee Knoxville campus.

Hotel was nicely located. Garage was next to the hotel and seemed to always have space, although I saw people parking on the roof a few times. The room was OK. I stayed in one ending with the number "21" and heard very strange noises all the time. I was 3 rooms away from the elevator, but I think it must have been the elevator or the pipes.
