As a frequent traveler, I stay at may Hilton Properties. This is one of the best that I have found. Easy and friendly Check-in and Check-out. Heather at the front desk is professional and courteous. There is a indoor pool, laundry room, restaurant and workout facilities. The hotel room has a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. The hotel is very easy to access from the highway. I love this hotel and I will be back.

Very nice hotel with nice ambience from grounds to lobby and rooms. Staff were all very pleasant and courteous and efficient. Room spacious and king bed very comfortable. The breakfast is extra as part of a room package or you can purchase. It is prepared to order by a cook on duty who is very pleasant and the food was great. Anything you could possibly want in an omelette he will gladly include! The second morning I had French toast which was excellent as well. Restaurant staff were very ... Read more

Great hotel and staff. Plenty to do and see in the area. Would not recommend going to pigeon Forge. It is an endless strip of Godey dinner theaters and Lord laden fast food restaurants. Drive straight through pigeon Forge and go to Gatlinburg. Wonderful Craft shops and the craftsmen who make the goods.

I have 3 main complaints. First of all the Air Conditioning was constantly on the fritz during our stay. We sweated through the first night quite miserably. Secondly, the beds were awful! Not just mine either, every other person in my business group got up complaining about how achy they were from the bad beds. And this is a group of people that travel and hotel frequently. A good clean updated room. The bath was clean and updated. Aspects of the room's decor were pretty cheap. Plastic cabinetry and styrofoam tops to a table that was supposed to look like marble. On the other hand, a Keurig was present which is nice. The lights, being the new energy saving variety, were too bright and harsh.

I'm a lifetime Marriott Platinum Elite, so of course have always looked for a Marriott-branded property when available for travel. However, recently, have been disenchanted, not just with the flagship Marriott full-service properties, but even more so by Courtyards. I find the beds too hard, and seem to have developed an allergy to something in the rooms, probably a cleaning product. Recently, a few trips have put me in Hiltons for price, availability or convenience. I'm in love! The toilet... Read more
