From the valet it was great then we were checked in by frandly and happy people. Even Mercedes, the general manager met greeted and welcomed us. Our room was perfect and the shower is awesome. Breakfast the next morning we met Ariel, the restaurant manager who was really personable, friendly and sincerely interested in making the guest comfortable and full. Everyone very friendly treated me like family. The room and accommodations were first class. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay close to the University of Tennessee campus. Very convenient near everything

I stayed here n the staff is horrible i asked to speak to the manager and was told macades was too busy to talk to me.The young lady at the front desk didn't seem like she wanted to be there and her attitude was horrible.The room i stayed in was clean except for some mold in the shower.I wouldn't recommend staying there The doors are really heavy.If you're trying to bring your luggage in you better have help cause its hard to hold the door and bring luggae in.Theres construction going on and it... Marcades the General manager was really rude. She kept making everyone else do her job. She wouldn't acknowledge guests at all.I also heard her talking to her employees like they weren't adults, I'll never stay here.The valet stay on their phones.Jamika at the front desk is really rude. I enjoyed my night at the Hilton Garden Inn in Knoxville, TN. It is close to restaurants and also close to UT-K where I attend classes. The hotel staff was great! Valet staff was wonderful - they even warmed my car on the cold morning of my departure. Lovely visit!

We had an excellent experience with all aspects of our stay. The shuttle service was very convenient. The housekeeping staff was amazing and made us feel right at home! The location very very close to most everything you would need!

1. My room #420 was at the corner and the internet was very very slow. And I got disconnected 25 times in 3 days 2. My water bottle cap fell on the carpet of my room and the cleaning people took it away. 3. I also lost my keyboard. Had my luggage sitting at the office desk till 5PM and I asked them to find my lost property and nothing was found. 4. The hotel didn't seem to be that busy, but I was still given the ugliest room or maybe that was my feeling..

Two night business trip to Knoxville, TN area. This was a very nice hotel located downtown with access to everything. Shuttle service to university area and other restaurants downtown. Great staff. Bartender Kayla service was excellent.

Booked the hotel for two nights and left after one. Two reasons I didn't rate this hotel terrible instead of poor. The breakfast was very good, cooked to order. Service in the restaurant was excellent. The valet service was also excellent. It is a pain to use valet, but these guys almost made it a pleasure. Very nice, professional, friendly - good job guys! Always been loyal to Hilton. Spent 30,000 points on the smallest, most cramped room that had incomplete room amenities. Tried to get changed to my room preference. There was space but the hotel attendant would not accommodate. Parking is cumbersome. Do not recommend.
