Great hotel overall, but the noise from the highway was noticeable, not a complaint, really, I should have taken that into consideration. Stayed here twice, and I feel we got a little cheated the first time, because we were given a room much smaller than the second time around, for the same price. I asked if we got upgraded, but was told that nope, most of the rooms are actually that large and come with a counter and sink area(which we didn't get the first time). It would have been great the fir... Read more

We stopped here on our way home from FL. This was one of the best Hamptons we have ever stayed in. Very up to date on furnishings, large rooms, & very clean. The room had both a microwave and fridge. Breakfast was so much better than the Hampton we stayed in on our way to FL (Valdosta, GA). Mattresses were comfortable (pillows were not the best); the fold out sofa was great. Fresh fruits, muffins, breads; good biscuits and gravy, etc. I would definitely stay at this Hampton again. I wish more Ha... Read more

After 13 long hours of driving we were pleasantly surprised to enter into a very modern and clean lobby. If all Hampton Inns were like this one, it would be the only hotel chain I would stay in. The room was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning unit was quiet. We figured out how to keep the fan constant during the night as the turning on and off of fans wakes me from sleep. The staff was professional yet friendly. I typically travel for business and I enjoy quiet time spending most of my evening in my room. I love that there are couches or chaise lounge chairs to sit it and watch tv or be on the computer rather than having to sit on or lay on the bed. It's so great! I would use the hotel for leisure travel as well. It is my favorite. Not to mention the decent continental breakfast and cute lobby!

The room smelled amazing, the air conditioner kept it oh so cool at night and there was plenty of room for us to get ready (bride, MOB and MOH) and we had a lot of stuff. you can't go wrong staying here. We stayed here while passing through to Hilton Head. This Hampton is like all the others: immaculately clean, well furnished, lots of amenities, edible breakfast, free wifi, borderline pricing, slow elevators, and a horrifying level of plastic and paper waste during breakfast hours. On the whole, a great hotel with predictably high quality but not a killer value. Beware: Taxes are fairly appalling at more than 17%, adding $21 to our bill. Generally don't have high expectations for Inns. This property was really nice, definitely surpassed expectations. The rooms were surprisingly well kept, modern, clean, and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Stop over one night on way to Fla. Just perfect in every way. Very pleasant atmosphere, room spacious and well maintained, dining area open and inviting, just close enough away from freeway to miss noise but close enough for easy off and on. Staff just so nice.... As we were leaving the lady who was maintaining the rooms was singing while she was cleaning a bathroom....I have never in all of our travels seen such a pleasant employee. We will be back!!!!

This property is located on the west side of Knoxville and in an area with lots of dining options. Very friendly, clean, new property - I would highly recommend this as a stopover or a weekend stopover.

We stayed here for 2 days to visit my dad. I have stayed in Knoxville before but this will be the hotel I will return to from now on. Friendly staff, the room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was pretty good for a complementary breakfast! My kids are too old but from what I saw the pool was a little small but still clean. Completely satisfied with this hotel.

We stopped here on our way back from Mississippi to Washington DC. We didn't know what to expect. Everything about this hotel was perfect. It was clean. The staff was friendly. The architectural design was well thought out. The decor was contemporary yet not funny. The rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast was perfect

Impressed as the staff was very friendly and very clean in the common areas as well as the room. Beds were very comfortable and had a good breakfast including hot breakfast much to choose from. We'll definitely put this on the list for future stops.
