The breakfast staff in particular, Peggy and Brenda, are always making sure everything is great. Both of these ladies are always making sure everything is fresh and readily available. One time, I was extremely clumsy and spilled some brown sugar on the floor. Peggy immediately went to work first to clean up my mess and second to make sure that I didn't feel bad for making the mess in the first place! Such wonderful service is hard to find! We were on our way home to the Raleigh area from a convention in Louisville, and Knoxville was a good midpoint. The room was immaculate and handsomely styled. Everything was first-rate, and the general attitude of the hotel seemed very positive. Fortunately we had made the reservation ahead, because the place was totally booked by the time we got there. I'm not surprised it was very busy, as it should be very popular for its quality and value.

Through the years our family has stayed at many Hilton properties and have always had pleasant experiences. Hampton Inn & Suites-Knoxville/North I-75 is an exception. Our room smelled terrible and was not clean; and management failed to help us locate a pair of sandals we accidentally left in the room, even though we knew exactly where we left them. Those with whom I spoke had aloof attitudes and did not care to help us. I am very disappointed with this property.

This is our favorite Hampton Inn and Suites we've stayed at across the country. In fact, I hold all other Hampton Inn's to the standard this one has set and many others fall short. They make a 2-star hotel feel like a 5-star.

Convenient to Kingston Pike, the main drag in Knoxville! The staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and there was no issue when I asked for clean sheets because I spilled coffee on them! The room had a very comfortable bed, a microwave and a fridge. The breakfast was very good, hot waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal. Plenty of sides and fresh fruit. Coffee was available 24 hrs in the lobby--- a big plus for me.

This is my second stay here as the boss likes to send us here. Both times my experience has been the same. The staff is very accommodating and I commend them on that. Breakfast is middling but better than many. My problem is with the building itself. Poorly built. Probably just passes code and no more. I routinely stay at a Hampton Inn as I know the room will be clean and the staff helpful. This stay did not disappoint me. The front desk staff were helpful in making dining suggestions, and there are several venues within walking distance. The only "issue" I had was the motorcyclists (10+) who parked under the hotel's canopy for the night. When they left the hotel at 7:00 a.m., their load engines did awaken me from my slumber.

The hotel was easy to find and well maintained. We arrived a day early and luckily they were able to accommodate us. There was a Vols vs Gator game that night and there was orange EVERYWHERE! In the lobby was a huge Smokey dog sign stepping on an alligator, a cooler with a Gator tail hanging out of it and two HUGE bears wearing jerseys. Cinnamon was wearing an orange Vols jersey which probably ensured the win! You can take selfies and post to his FB page. ??? The room\suite was immaculate and... Read more

I've stayed at Hampton Inns all over and this location has consistently been the best overall. The staff is friendly, the rooms are always very clean, and it is very quiet for a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well. I will continue to stay here every time I visit Knoxville on business.

The hotel is very clean and lovely. Check in was fast. Our rooms were very nice and even though it was really busy it was very quite. The beds were so comfy. The pillows not so much but not a big deal. Bathroom was large with 4 of us trying to get ready it was really nice. The breakfast was too notch. Coffee was wonderful. Breakfast was a egg steak pepper mix with cheese oh it was so yummy! The had waffles and fresh fruit mix. Oatmeal and sausages. Plus cold cereals. This hotel reminded me w... Read more

After a 12-hour day trip from Naples, FL to Knoxville, TN on our way to Ohio, we arrived at the hotel around 9:45 pm. We were tired, and the ground beneath our feet seemed to be moving and swaying. As soon as we met the staff, they offered us bottles of cold water. They were something very simple, but they are something we will never forget. The night's stay was quiet and comfortable, and the next morning's breakfast was above-average. Overall, we now understand why this hotel is rated #1 on Tri... Read more

Overall a typical Hampton. Clean, well maintained and quality staff. This one had above average breakfast on Fri, Sat and Sun mornings. Our mattress was great. As most Hampton's do, they have cookies in the evening. This location is about 10 min drive from downtown.

Customer service and all the little extras that Hampton Inn provides really makes it a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, cleanliness, snacks, prompt customer service. Thank you Hampton Inn! After experiencing most other Hotels it is absolutely no decision to make when it comes to the question: Where do I stay? It is a relief to know that Hampton Inn is going to be clean with great customer service no matter what state I may be staying overnight.

We chose this hotel for the location, great reviews, and complimentary breakfast. Since we arrived at 1:30am, we went straight to sleep and didn't get to enjoy any of the hotel amenities. We also missed breakfast because we overslept. But as far as the hotel service and cleanliness is concerned, we were extremely satisfied!

Very close to i75. Easy to get to. Mold found on shower door frame. Informed morning manager. He just looked at me as if I had horns on my head. Did not say a word to me. Checked in was by night manager. He did find checking us in (had pre selected my room), but did not say a word to welcome us, did not tell us he appreciated us as a member (first time ever in Hilton hotels). Don't expect staff to go out of their way to help you!

I travel a lot for work, and as a HiltonHonors member, I try to stay in Hilton properties. The staff at this Hampton Inn is outstanding. It may seem odd, but I could tell that they cared about what they did by the way the mixed fruit was presented on the complimentary breakfast buffet. It looked like what you would see in a hotel which charges twice as much. Then I noticed the genuine concern of the breakfast staff for the guests. Thanks to Mary Jo and Brenda for your good work!

Love the little touches, from cookies and hot drinks in the lobby to popcorn ready to pop in the room. Just delightful.
