This was our second stay at this FFI. Very convenient; right off I40. Check in was quick; they already upgraded us. Hotel was very clean and rooms were well laid out. Breakfast was typical Fairfield. I would definitely recommend this Fairfield if you are in the area.

Was traveling with my children and felt very safe staying here for the night. Hotel is very clean and has a modern lobby. Clean furniture and carpet. Pool is small but well maintained and the kids enjoyed it. We also utilized the workout equipment which was in good shape. Beds comfortable and room was very clean. The only down side is the walls are pretty 2am we could hear our neighbors loud music and voices. After 45 minutes I finally got dressed and walked to lobby to ask if they cou... Read more

Stayed for one night, 1/14/17 Newer style Fairfield. I think it was built in 2013. Easy, fast check in. Lady recognized our platinum status. Her, lady at the checkout, breakfast attendant... everyone we encountered was courteous, friendly, as well as professional. Room was clean, everything worked. Breakfast was very good & well managed. Property has a pool (somewhat heated) & a fitness center, no hot tub though. The only thing we were a bit disappointed is the bed. It was okay, but not as comfo... Read more

Made our reservation the morning of our trip, not sure if the New Year's Eve events might keep us from getting a room. No problems with getting reservation. Arrived 8pm and was met by Ali at the desk. Very happy to see us, professionally prepared with our room keys, and offered help, if needed. Stayed in 311, around the corner and a couple doors down from elevator. Did not hear any elevator noise. Parking lot was not full at all. The next morning it was pretty full. The room was new and clean. T... Read more

We arrived at the hotel and found no one was at the front desk. We waited for about 8 minutes until someone made it to the front counter. I wasn't too thrilled about waiting with a tired wife and 2-year old just to check in. Then we made it to our room and logged into wifi. Room was very clean and comfortable. Around 10pm however I think someone in the room above us started a jump rope competition (actually I think it was someone bouncing a basketball). I can't blame Fairfield Inn for some moron... This was a nice quiet room just a short drive from downtown Knoxville. It was a clean room, and had a friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever in the Knoxville area. Really enjoyed it.

Wow! What a nice hotel! I made the reservation while traveling on the road. Jason checked us in, asking questions to get us the right room for our needs. Everything was perfect, or close to it. The room was spacious and clean with crisp bedding. The bathroom was huge! Breakfast in the morning was hot and plentiful. The breakfast area is bigger than other Fairfields that I've stayed at. Even my husband commented on what a nice place this was, and all he requires is a bed and something to eat in t... Read more

The nicest Fairfield I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean and appeared brand new even though the night manager informed me the hotel was 3 or 4 years old. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

Really nice hotel west of Knoxville but close enough to the city to not be inconvenient. The lobby had a big meeting area and they sold beers and soda at the desk. The rooms were larger than most hotel rooms and had two televisions. The couch pulled out also to make an additional bed. All the furnishings were new. There was free breakfast in the lobby and the staff was extremely friendly.

It was so refreshing to have a shower head that was higher than 6 feet! Breakfast was very nice as well. Two choices of eggs and real bacon and sausage. It would be nice to have a milder roast of coffee. Hotel was very clean and fresh. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
