I have visited this hotel 3 times but my review is based on my last visit. My boyfriend and I wanted a weekend getaway and booked for 2 days. We used Priceline and got an offer at the Extended Stay at Cedar Bluff. We wanted to stay an extra night and the West Hills had a cheaper rate. When we checked out of the Cedar Bluff location and headed straight to West Hills, Mark (the general manager ) immediately arranged to get our room ready, before regular check in time. It took them about an hour t... Read more

The entire place reaks of cigarette smoke both in the lobby and in your room. The carpet is nasty in the room. My wife refused to walk barefoot. The bathroom had mold all over the shower. My blanket had cigarette holes. This place is simply NASTY. I'd have rather spend the nite in the car.

We just needed a place to stay for a few hours on our way to our Orlando home, and this place fits the bill. We didn't check in until after midnight, but were greeted warmly and courteously. We did have to call reception from the front door as the door is locked for overnight. Clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed. What more could you ask for? Would definitely stay there again.

We got this place through Priceline Express for $40 so it was kind of a no-brainer. Although there is a kitchen, there was zero as far s glasses or any utensils. There was also no hair dryer. We had one delivered but there should have been one in the room, as well as basic utensils. Breakfast is as minimal as possible as well. Be advised as well there is no elevator for a 3 story building.Bearing in mind we got it dirt cheap so it wasn't all that bad for the money. It was clean, and close to the... Read more

I would have rated this hotel with a 4 but I thought I'd check out I noticed that I did not help my cooler so I had to turn around and go and get it when I got there I asked the front desk clerk after housekeeping did they turn in a cooler he said no and went down to the room to look for it, it was in there so someone stole my cooler.

The property was under construction due to remodeling, which I was never made aware when making reservations. There was absolutely no parking for guests, due to the back lot being closed and most of the spaces in the front lot being used for cranes, trucks and employee vehicles. I had to park (illegally and without permission) in the car wash lot next door to the property, which meant having to wait until that business closed and getting up and moving my car before it opened. Construction wor... Read more

Very nice place , would highly recommend it to anyone. Only one trouble, the day shift front desk clerk didn't want to check us in. When her shift was over, the next clerk. checked us right in. We a stayed in the king suite. Just a one night stay, but would stay here again.

My family of 4 is here. I booked this for them because I had to stay behind to work. 3 children and my husband are on the third floor... NO elevator. This was NOT mentioned when we booked. The pool they claim to have? It's cemented over. There is black GUNK on the top of the refrigerator. My husband is no diva, he has stayed in some bad motels in his younger days. This is awful. I am so upset and feel completely stupid for booking this place. But when you can't see the place, you have to go by t... Read more

This hotel is close to West Hills mall and tons of restaurants. Each room has a full kitchen. There is no ice machine, but you can freeze ice in the full six fridge. There is a laundry and grab and go breakfast, but you have to request things like dishes and coffee maker (free). Our room was recently remodeled, but the kitchen is a little out of date. I did see two small bugs, but no evidence of a bug problem (no droppings). There was no evidence of bed bugs.

We decided at a week before our Anniversary to take a trip to Knoxville and the mountains. Labor Day weekend and got a good rate online. Room was everything we needed, but getting a third floor room was tough with the luggage. The room was very clean and looked like it was remodeled recently. We're planning a return trip around Thanksgiving, so hope we can request a lower level room. Overall it was a very good stay and would recommend it to anyone.

My family and I stayed for 3nights & 4days here at the hotel and I must say it started off a little bumpy. We had to walk up the stairs , had to get our room switched due to a breaker issue which lead to us having to walk the stairs again (they don't have elevators) with stinking trash in the hall trash cans , and there is no pool or hot breakfast (as on web) . To get to the point; It may have been rough but Samie and the team made up for it by not minding to assist with requests, the team was... Read more

The lady that checked me in was very nice. I will enjoy the full kitchen my room has. If you need kitchen items such as dishes, pots and pans the front office will get them for you. The rooms are very clean and up to date.

My husband and I spent Thanksgiving week in Knoxville. This location was easily accessible and had great parking. The rooms were clean! I love the remodeled bathrooms (I stayed here a couple of years ago on business). Much better looking!! Also, they were so awesome to accommodate a first floor request. I have some slight issues with balance and gait, so getting a first floor room was AWESOME!!

This place is really good for the money it actually has a lot of homey country character and it's very cozy the only thing is I really do wish it had an elevator and a bigger parking lot due to there's only one way in One Way Out but it's perfect for the money.
