As with most Embassy hotels, there is seldom if anything to find to complain about. Great stay, great room, great breakfast. Wi-fi was no issue to hook on my work laptop or my iPhone. The only negative that I had with the stay was my arrival on a Sunday night was not until 10pm, and the bar / restaurant was closed.

I highly recommend this location... I had 4 rooms booked for my wife graduation. Upon arrival, we checked in early to rest after the long drive from Memphis. The hotel lobby is very relaxing. Happy Hour is a very nice treat. The outdoor sitting area is very relaxing.

Many people do not like to stay in a hotel close to an interstate. Especially one as busy as interstate 40 on Memorial Day. Well we did and it did not bother us at all. Beds are great and it is soundproofed. So never fear at this hotel. The staff was so nice - we arrived a little early and with 3 grandkids that had been in the car for a while they were ready to go. The room was not ready yet but they gave us a pool key. Kids put on their swimming suits and we had a pleasant afternoon. R... Read more

This hotel is better than others in Knoxville but in no way up to par with other Embassy Suites. The good - breakfast was great. Lots of selections and made to order omelettes were fantastic. Plus the breakfast staff was consistently pleasant. The Evening reception was also a better than expected experience. Chips with salsa, cheese and grapes plus complimentary wine and beer were all very nice. The bad - they ran out of pool towels and even after inquiring for more at the front desk, I... Read more

Lots of perks and friendly helpful staff. Complimentary cocktail hour every evening and a great breakfast are a couple of the extras at this fine hotel. Nice ambiance combined with a super comfy bed makes you never want to check out. The location is great as it is not far from Turkey Creek but convenient to the Interstate to go anywhere in the city. Can't wait to return!

We were very pleased by the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. It is so nice and modern. However, when it was time to go to slee, we realized that the pillows were paper thin. We both had a horrible night of no sleep.

I came for a family matter, the first person I saw was a young man by the name of Cordel. From the conversation that we started off with, he knew that I was already having a long day. He made sure that my day was soon to change for the better when I checked in that evening. He insisted that I try this amazing place for dinner, then later that night that I try a new pub located close by for a night beverage. From him and his associates, I really felt the customer service along with the great per... Read more

We have stayed at Embassy Suites in North Carolina many times. We chose to stay at this hotel on our road trip because of the great experience we have had with Embassy. This stay was a let down. The elevators are stifling hot. Keep your inhaler handy if you had breathing difficulties. The lingering odor of cologne didn't fade away because there is no air moving in the elevators. The bathroom door didn't close tight. The frosted glass on the bathroom door looked filthy. There was a wad of hair o... Read more

This hotel was pretty nice for the price. It was $40 more a day than the other hotels I visited on my June 2016 vacation, but the fact that the room has a separate space and extra TV for the sofa bed side is great. Plus, the made to order omelet and happy hour separates this hotel from the rest in its class.

We stayed for two nights when we were In town for a family memorial service. We would have stayed longer but the hotel was full and we weren't able to get a room for the remainder of our stay. Breakfast is wonderful! Cooked to order omelettes and waffles, cereal, breads, fruit. During the week they have a evening reception with fruit, cheese, crackers and dips...and free house drinks at the bar. There is also a small restaurant near the bar. I loved this hotel. We had a big 2 room suite with 2 queen beds. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast (omelets, bacon, potatoes, grits, baked goods). The room was clean, updated and had floor to ceiling windows. My only constructive comment would be to improve the water pressure in the shower.

Lovely hotel only 3 years old! Just everything about the hotel is really nice. The reception at night was a little lacking. The original offerings were very good but not enough for the number of people and it ran out. The replacements were just potato chips. Usually they replace with more of the same but not at this hotel. But everything else was outstanding

We stayed for one night on the way to vacation. Clean and roomy because it was after all an embassy. Great location near stores and restaurants. Wall street journal and USA in lobby. Apparently they don't deliver. Bed comfortable. Parking lot not covered and it rained so that was our biggest complaint. Will stay here again.

Completed a major work project, organizing over 200 files and finalizing a presentation during this stay and this was easily accomplished in a well-lit, roomy suite. When I made reservations, I got reservations for more nights than I wished. I was overwhelmed with multiple emails which was confusing and made it necessary to call to correct errors. When I checked out, I could not verify what was billed when I asked the person at the checkout desk. Usually hotels provide an itemized statement which I was only provided by email after leaving.

We stayed four nights. The first thing we noticed was a strange smell in the lobby. Almost a fishy smell, but it never went away. Very noticeable as we exited the elevators every morning. Housekeeping did a great job the first few days, but on our last night they didn't visit our room. There was a bottle of hair conditioner under the sofa and some M&m's too that were there the entire time. One quirk with the shower is the placement of the door. Don't expect to get checked in or out efficiently, to have your reservation correct, to have clean towels after the 2nd request- it take 3 requests. The facility itself is beautiful and comfortable. One of the team asked if they sell feminine products and she was told no. She asked if there was a store nearby she could walk to and was told "we are in the middle of nowhere". No suggestions, just too bad. It was such a weird experience to be had in such an upscale facility.

Too bad my company, who normally allows the Hilton brand, doesn't allow this specific hotel. Why? Probably due to the price per night. HOWEVER, there is a lot that is provided in that fee. The breakfast could easily account for $15 anywhere else but it's included at this Embassy. And the Evening Reception - there's a selection of alcohol that is also included in your fee. Want a lower cost per night, go somewhere else. You'll pay for your breakfast (real eggs, oatmeal, pasteries, buscuits... Read more

We stay here every time we can when we come to Knoxville. It's a great Embassy Suites with the added benefit of southern hospitality. The complimentary manager's evening special and made to order breakfast are both great. Two items of note is that this hotel is near the interstate which is both convenient and a little noisy. If you are a really light sleeper you might notice the large trucks when they pass by on the interstate. On this particular visit the room rate was nearly three times the no... Read more

Enjoyed a girls weekend in July and now planning a weekend here with husband. Love the room layout or at least what we enjoyed. Fairly new, I think and in good, clean condition. Breakfast was a little chaotic , but there were a lot of families and as we all are aware, children are no longer instructed by their parents on proper behavior. That is not the hotels fault, so looking forward to going back now that school is in session. Very nice evening reception........ Love Embassy Suites........ Read more

We came to town for a family visit. The staff were very friendly. We arrived early, and were able to check into our room. The made to order breakfast is good. Did not get to use the pool, as we did not have time. We had a suite. Had a comfortable living area. Little kitchen area with microwave, refrigerator and sink. Liked that you could enter the bathroom from the living area or the bedroom.

Over roughly the last five visits, I have twice either had to wait for a room or I have been checked into a room of a different type than my reservation, due to 'overbooking'. Really disappointed with this. Checking in online appears to render no benefit whatsoever, and it certainly doesn't reserve a room for you, any more than the actual reservation.

The contemporary style of this Embassy suite was fantastic. We stayed on the 3rd floor and our room was awesome. The breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean. The only issue we had was that we were not told we had a package awaiting us upon arrival. That could have been a major problem but we were made aware of the package from a phone call and were able to retrieve the package from the front desk.
