This hotel is way more than you expect! The service goes above and beyond. The rooms are decorated very trendy and the bathrooms are huge. We've been there so much that they treat us like family. It's centrally located, new and clean. We will stay there every time we're in Knoxville.

All the staff at the Courtyard take great care of my guests every time they come in. They go above and beyond to get them what they need and take care of any issues. They also accommodate my special requests for banquet food, which is delicious!

The hotel itself is very nice, If breakfast is not important to you. In the Bistro, There is no complimentary coffee or continental breakfast, and no room service. But you can order to go from the Bistro and pick it up. My full breakfast was packaged with over medium eggs directly in a cardboard takeout box. After slower service than promised, I got back to the room with cold, scorched eggs and they forgot the bacon. When I called the front desk, I was told they couldn't bring the bacon to m... Read more

We had a King suite with a pleasant view on the 3rd floor. The room looked brand new. Every corner was very clean. It had two big HD TVs with hundreds of channels. The bed and the sofa were comfortable. The room was big enough that my six-year-old could run up and down the halls. The bathroom was clean and accommodating with a large, deluxe shower. The staff were very helpful and they have a 24 hour Starbucks cafe right in their bistro. The seating area is large for the bistro and ther... Read more

Loved this hotel, nice spacious modern clean room. Near many restaurants and retail, right off the highway. Did not eat breakfast but they have a 24 hours Starbucks in the lobby. Hotel rate pricey. Would recommend this hotel if looking for somewhere to stay in Knoxville.

The staff at the Courtyard was fantastic. They were all courteous, professional, and provided excellent service. The hotel was clean, and very accommodating. In a convenient location to many activities. We especially loved the fire pit outback and swimming pool. An added plus was the connecting rooms, microwave, and refrigerator in the all was so convenient!! We plan to stay again when we visit Knoxville. Thank you to all the staff, especially the front desk agents, housekeepers Va... Read more

This hotel feels very new and has upgrades not in most Courtyard hotels. It has a very modern fresh decor. The room was large and clean. It had an oddly oval shaped couch which I discovered would fold out into another bed for the room. It had a microwave and mini fridge in a cabinet. The bathroom mirror was lit by lights behind the mirror on the edges. It did not have a tub but rather a fairly large glass enclosed shower. The shower did not have a door but an opening at the end away from ... Read more

Beautiful rooms the decor is modern. Friendly, efficient check in. They have a bistro onsite and plenty of other food options within walking distance. Fifth Third Bank and ATM very close. They have a pool and even a fire pit. Everything is very, very clean. I would definitely stop here again,

Enjoyed my stay and will be back. The one bedroom suite description is not clear as I was looking for the bedroom area to be separated but it is not. The two TVs in the room are too close, if you are not careful you will change the channel/volume on the other TV. Families should just book a double room and have two beds instead of the twin sleeper sofa which is not comfortable. Bathroom is nice and large for family use. Lots of eateries in the area and a mall close by.

My husband and I needed a place to stay after a little white water rafting nearby. This hotel is one that we saw recommended on trip advisor. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Extremely nice staff, room was very clean, and the area was quiet.

We made a late decision not to push on for the evening and stayed at this Courtyard. It is a high rise on a hill and was a little difficult to get to even though near the highway. I would recommend that you get directions before attempting to use GPS alone. Usual Courtyard rooms with remodeled restaurant and a nice staff. Parking was a little different as there is an office building next door but plenty of spaces.

This hotel was very clean & the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable! My only issue was the first day I got back to my room after 3pm & they had not been in to clean. Housekeeping offered to come in right then but I wanted to relax after a day of meetings. Overall, I would stay again.

This hotel was practically brand new when we stayed here in July 2016. Everything was very clean. Great location. It is great for travelers, as it is close to the interstate, but quiet. Staff was friendly - everything felt new and clean.

It was not the least costly, but not near the more expensive places in Knoxville, and still I believe it is a good value for the money. It is a newer place, so you get a clean place without the lack of maintenance that way too many other hotels have. It has a more contemporary design to the rooms and bathroom. Very comfortable beds, better than average size room and bathroom. No useless tubs, but a walk in shower, fully tiled and glass shower curtain. Also very good number of lights throughout t... This is one if the best Courtyards I've stayed in. Very nice rooms. Easy to control room temperature. Superb staff. Good food, by Courtyard standards, and if you want something better the Bistro By The Tracks just across the parking lot is excellent. The room smelled fresh, it was very well laid out and the beds very comfortable! Clean rooms and quick elevators. Parking is a bit tight but not bad.

This courtyard is very new, clean and modern. It is located in a nice suburban area outside of the city with several restaurants and stores nearby. It was by far our best Marriott stay the entire 2 weeks that we were on the road. I am very picky about hotel rooms and cleanliness, and this hotel went above my expectations for a Marriott Courtyard. They had a very clean pool and fitness center as well. The hotel staff was friendly, and the hotel was quiet with mostly business travelers staying.... Read more

This hotel is ok. I had been on the road for 4 days and tried to go to bed early. Just at 4am the fire alarms went off. There was something faulty in the pool area. Every 15 minutes it was blazing again, and it went on for over an hour. Horrible experience. Things happen, I get it. But did they offer up a free night ? NO.

The property is absolutely beautiful, and sparkly clean. It is in a great area that has several good restaurants within walking distance. The staff is what really makes this hotel though. Everything from checkin to checkout was so personalized and sincere. They made a huge effort to make sure everything was spot on. I do not travel to Knoxville much anymore, but when I do, I will definitely be back to this hotel.

We used the Concord (business board style) room for a two day strategic planning session. The atmosphere was excellent, room comfortable and the service was exceptional. The location, service, amenities, and overall atmosphere was perfect for this session. Will certainly plan to use again!

This a new Courtyard. I had an extended room that was laid out very well. It had a walk in shower. The beds were comfortable. The location was good. It was quite. The gym was small but it had numerous bikes and treadmills. I found my new hotel of choice in Knoxville now. The parking was kinda a little far away from the hotel but I get that's the new thing for security since 9-11. The staff including the manager were very accommodating. Can't wait to return.

This is a new Courtyard and it is well done. The room was very functional and well thought out. We especially enjoyed the walk in shower and loved the location of the shower handle (to the far left of the shower head). The dinner was a bit of a disappointment as the meals are very expensive for what you get. But this is not a showstopper - just go somewhere else for dinner.

This is a fairly new hotel and it is well designed with attractive décor so they need to be careful about cleaning it. A new place can look clean when it is not. For instance the bathroom has modern tiles that are textured and dark colored and I would bet that they don't get wiped down like old fashioned shiny tiles. The floor grout lines were already showing dirty grout lines. The in-room coffee pot was very grungy and needed a cleaning before use. The coffee was good quality, however. Being a... Read more

This hotel is fairly new and clean all around. It is located just off of Papermill Drive, convenient for I40, downtown & UT (few minutes drive). There are a few restaurants just outside the hotel (Mexican, Five Guys, Bistro restaurant and a craft beer bar), less than 1 minute walk. The rooms are bright & spacious. The bathroom was large with modern & spacious walk in shower. Whilst this is not a luxury hotel it was more than adequate and very comfortable. The front desk staff were all very... Read more

I am really happy that found this place. There are an enormous number of bigger badged hotels with far less quality. There are plenty of walkable restaurants. My only complaint is that the pool is VERY small and there is no hot tub. I particularly liked the young woman at the front desk. My reservation got screwed up and she took the extra effort to find me a feather free room.

Only one complaint pillows and bed not comfortable and Tv is at an angle. Great oversize chair fits 2 people easily. Great shower, great location. Pool looked small, but didn't use. Great balcony. We will stay again, but will bring our own pillows if the bed is terrible next time. Sorry we probably won't be back. One more chance. Otherwise great clean hotel. Very friendly staff!

I found my hotel of choice in Knoxville. Very nice manager, professional staff (except for the guy working in the Bistro with the Carolina Panthers Jersey) the Bistro is same typical food. Clean spacious rooms with walk in showers. Limited parking. Convenient to numerous restaurants. Average prices the first 3 times I have stayed but prices have increased for some reason.

The property is very modern in design, aesthetically pleasing; staff were professional and helpful. Room and bathroom amenities were surprisingly similar to a more luxurious hotel. All and all it was great---just too bad that breakfast offerings were quite expensive. There were three generations in our party so we ate breakfast elsewhere.

A clean, new and well maintained hotel that caters to the business traveler. We were greeted with enthusiasm by Naomi who upgraded us based on our Marriott awards card, but we had to decline the upgrade as my hubby was so looking forward to soaking in a bathtub, over the airy and spacious shower stall. It is close to many restaurants and they do offer a nice hot breakfast for $11.50. We will definitely stay here again

My wife and I visited this hotel during a family trip for my nephews baptism. A lot of the time, a hotels brand is defined by the staff, and the front desk clerk Russell was everything a hotel would want with first impressions. A true class act, and always willing to help with directions or a recommendation. Easy to check in, grab a drink, a bite, or just lounge in the main lobby which had great amenities. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice, and the staff was eager to help with a smile. Ni... Read more

This is the best Courtyard I have ever experienced. New and modern with a wonderful room design that is perfect for business travel. Impeccably clean. Friendly service from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was great. Great internet speed. Had the opportunity to meet and chat with the General Manager at check out and it's clear he is the reason this is such a well-run hotel. I will be back when my travels take me to KNoxville in the future.

My husband and I ,,have never in my life had such a great stay Ever!!!! Im not exagerating! They are the official hotel of the NFL, and we like 'football night' when they turn on the tv and bring out the popcorn machine! Everyone has a fun and amazing time! I also struggle with insomnia, and when I can't sleep, I hang out in the lobby. I met the Night Auditor named Tonya Castle. A brunette w/ green eyes. I also met Cathy in the Bistro. She has long hair, in a braid and is always pleasant. They... Read more
