Great staff, great breakfast with lots of options. Pool and hot tub "spa". The sheets were dirty, the faucet leaked onto the vanity in the bathroom and the motel is very dated. There were towels in the floor out in the hall along with small bags of garbage. Great staff! Friendly, hospitable, and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast is great (eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, cereal, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and a variety of drinks (teas, coffee, juices, milk)). Only negative is that the pull out soda bed is extremely thin and feels like you're lying directly on the metal underneath and the pillows on the bed are way too soft. We have stayed here many times. Last time we treated a couple of our friends and they loved it so much we're booking 2 rooms again next month. Clean, very friendly and helpful staff, convenient, and great price! There is some construction happening, but hey, that's just to improve the facility!

This hotel provides a delicious hot breakfast like most hotels do. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. A bit outdated but was told that remolding will soon begin. The friendly and helpful staff was a real positive to this facility..

Our stay was pleasant. Could use a little update but for the price it was nice. Dennis was a pleasant surprise at breakfast. Codi at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. If I had one complaint it would be that I couldn't get on the internet because I had an iPhone. We will definitely return because of the service we received.

My husband and I came down from Indiana which is about a 5 hour drive. The first hotel we checked into was not what it said online and was disgusting. There was blood on the sheets and the staff was rude. So I called my dad and he helped find another one online since I didn't have a computer. The agent for the other hotel recommended Country Cascades. We booked immediately and got out of the other one. When we arrived we were greeted by two very friendly people who's name were Heather Taylor and... Read more

This hotel has been rated well in the past however, I did not find it worthy of additional stars. The hotel needs updating. The pool area smells like mold and mildew. The staff is friendly enough. The free breakfast consists of bagels and coffee with powdered eggs. A few fruit pieces to choose from and the standard waffle maker . We were here for 4 nights and quite frankly will not be back.

This was our 2nd time staying at Country Cascades. When we were there last time, we decided this would be our new "home away from home", and we are so glad we stuck to that and came back. From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The front desk staff goes out of it's way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are large with comfortable beds, a place to sit and a place to set your computer up on if you want to. Internet access was good. The breakfast is one of the best we've had... Read more

It was a great stay. The staff, shout out to Rachel and Colten, was very polite and greeted us every time we walked in the door. The room is a little small but clean. I did have a problem with not having enough towels but it was quickly resolved. Breakfast was okay.

Room was very nice; good location. The little amenities made the stay - cider and cookies at check-in; a tin of cookies at checkout. The staff were very friendly and even gave us some tips about attractions in the area. Would definitely stay here on our next visit down south.

Country cascades is a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge Downtown. Nice service, awesome breakfast in a prime location. Cabin is a different thing but if I want to go for a hotel stay at reasonable price this is where I would prefer to go.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful with recommendation on things to do in Pigeon Forge and surrounding area. The location was within walking distance to restaurants, stores and attractions. I would like to specifically point out the service and welcoming atmosphere provided by Gregg Pressley at front desk.

Our handicap room was just $64 coming in on a November Tuesday and staying till Friday morning. We had two reserved preassigned rooms and found upon arrival one was accidentally deleted but Heather fixed the problem and put us side by side across from the elevators on the 4th floor and beside the drink and ice machines. Even though there were bus loads of people there early in the week ...was very surprised being that close to elevators/drink/ice machines it was a very quiet rooms. Rooms were ... Read more

We went for a weekend getaway and made the reservations Thursday and got there late that night. Everything was wonderful. Country Cascades is on of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. Great pools indoor and outdoor, a fitness room and a great continental breakfast. The staff were very friendly and took great pride in the hotel, Rebecca was great when we checked.

We had stayed here years ago and found it fitted our needs so thought we would try it again. They are in the middle of adding another building and a water park. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Although it was right next to the elevator we had our heat/air set on fan was was not disturbed by the elevator or people noise. Staff was very friendly and was ready to help us with any need that arose. One of problems was that it was completely full and the breakfast area on Saturday mor... Read more

We recently stayed at Country Cascades with our two young girls ages 2 and 4. We absolutely loved this hotel! The room was extremely clean, the lobby was well kept and decorated beautifully for Christmas. Our girls loved the indoor pool which was always clean and well stocked with towels. I cannot brag enough on the breakfast which consisted of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt and various toppings, cereals, donuts, pancakes, waffles, juices, coffee, hot choco... Pros: Nice staff, Good location, enjoyed the coffee that was served 24/7 Cons: -The age of the hotel and rooms. We had black dirty spots on our mattress, the carpet and comforters were dingy and made it feel dirty. -I woke up in the middle of the night freezing and turned on the heat. It set off the fire alarm and filled our room with an odor. I turned it off within a minute and we had to keep the door to our room open for a while to get the smell out. I could still smell it early the next... Read more

This was our fourth time staying here and once again it was great. Brought my mom to Pigeon Forge for her birthday and when Becca found out she gave my mom a box of taffy and a tin of pirouline which she loved. Everyone at the front desk was GREAT, Gregg, Becca, and I forgot the young man's name with the glasses were 3 of the best, but everyone was super friendly. One night stay/booked thru 3rd party/arrival date was incorrect. Greg was extremely helpful, took care of everything. There were two young ladies that helped me during checkout the next day. I misplaced their cards! But they were great as well. The entire staff made me feel welcome and eager to help in any way. Room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was great. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days and found the staff warm, friendly and very helpful and resourceful for some personal business we needed help with. Rooms were kept clean, pool was inviting along with the hot tub. Josy and Beeca were also helpful at the front desk. Their hot breakfast offered a wide variety of items and Kyode was very attentive to the guests. They no longer put lotion in the rooms, so bring some. The Cramers, Mpls, MN

Room was clean, well maintained and most of all, had no smell. Beds were comfortable. The sheets were clean fresh. Bathroom was plenty good enough for a single traveler. But the room is secondary to the service. Becca and Rachel went over and above to make sure my stay was a pleasant one. Both are accommodating and want to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I will stay here again. Hopefully when the season is a bit slower. ?????????????????????????

We come down for our anniversary weekend every year and normally stay at a higher priced hotel. Normal hotel was booked so we decided to try Country Cascades and did not regret our experience. Hotel stay was great! The rooms were very clean and each day the maid service did a great job of keeping them clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be very helpful. Very affordable. Very happy with our choice. Definitely will return for another visit!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week at the end of May/beginning of June when we were in Pigeon Forge for our honeymoon this year. We absolutely loved it! The breakfast food was yummy. Our room was nice and quiet. We stayed in one of the king jacuzzi rooms. It had a vaulted ceiling with a huge gorgeous window. The jacuzzi tub was nice too. The bed was extremely comfortable.
