Excellent and very clean and comfortable hotel very close to food, gas, and interstate. Very friendly staff and very comfortable beds, breakfast was very nice with variety. We only spent one night as we were on our way to Gatlinburg, but really enjoyed our stay. The next time we go we will stay here again. A+++

Buffet breakfast had a good variety, but eggs were lackluster. The rooms were large and clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly. The workout facilities were clean and the equipment was well taken care of.

We visit this hotel at least once or twice a year when we are in town visiting our friends or attending a Tennessee Vols game. Hotel is quiet and clean and consistent. Breakfast is just what you would expect and my kids love the pool! We have never had any trouble with any of our stays!

Great Hotel and Staff. Wonderful suite, very clean and spacious. A lot of activities going on in Knoxville the weekend my husband and I stayed. Most hotels booked as well as this hotel. I expected a lot of noise (graduation parties) but we never heard a sound. Breakfast area was very crowded but the breakfast lady kept the breakfast bar stocked and area very clean. I will stay at this hotel next time we go to our friends spring party nearby.

We had a deluxe king room on an upper floor. The bedroom can be closed off with glass doors. It is barely big enough for the bed. There is a second tv there. The living area was comfortable but small. The bathroom is between the two. The shower curtain was angled down too much and kept sliding away from the wall. The facial tissues were a scratchy off brand. The room was nice and quiet. We had a lot of trouble with the WiFi especially at night. Both nights. The breakfast had both regula... Read more

The hotel was nice with a good pool and all accommodations were filled but the reason for staying here over another is the great Italian food next door to it! It was better than Olive Garden. The bread loaves beat any other restaurant--hot and bakery fresh.

... which is the ONLY reason I gave this place any stars at all. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and all deserve (and should get) substantial raises. However, the property is one of the most rundown and shabby places I've ever stayed in and that's saying something. Put it this way, I wouldn't even actually sit on the toilet seat. TMI? Probably, but I'm figuring honesty is the best policy here. As it was, we opted for a red eye out the very next day because the entire team co... Read more

This hotel was great for our vacation with 2 granddaughters. The room was clean, the queen beds are comfy and the indoor pool was small but the kids loved it. Check-in was easy and quick. I highly recommend this hotel.

My family loves to stay in comfort suites and this is the best one we have ever stayed in. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and the hotel was super clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Telling us about the surrounding area and asking if we needed help with anything. there are over 30 different restaurants near the hotel. It has an easy on/off of the highway. The room was clean! even behind the bathroom door. there were sheets ready to go in the closet with a pil... Read more

We were late getting there, but the staff at the front desk had our keys ready and check-in was a breeze. We were on a long road trip and this was our first stop after leaving a family reunion. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We were pretty tired and needed to get on the road early the next morning, so we did not check out any of the amenities.

We stayed here 2 nights last week and enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The common areas were clean and the breakfast area was well-tended by staff. Several restaurants nearby. This was our first stay in a Comfort Suites and we found it to be a good value. The only minor annoyance was the elevator was slow, but we used the stairs and got some exercise.

We stopped in Knoxville overnight traveling from Myrtle Beach to Chicago area because we wanted to visit Market Square. Convenient location just off the expressway but quiet for sleep. The hotel was definitely redone but it is nice. Check in was easy and Kay, who checked us in, was an excellent source of information for our visit, and was very pleasant. The common areas are clean and well maintained. The elevator is a bit slow. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortabl... Read more

Couldn't have had a better stay! Everything was great! We were just there for a quick overnight on our way somewhere else, but enjoyed the time we were there. Everything was clean and comfortable in our room, and service was wonderful for check in and breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Nice rooms, usual breakfast items, good location off of I-75. However, when we checked in the last time, the desk clerk told up that, since I am a gold member, the manager gave us a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite. However, after we checked out the next morning, I looked at our receipt and saw that we were charged extra for the "free upgrade." It wasn't a lot more than my original room that I'd reserved, but it's the principal of it...I should n... Read more

Good location and overall okay stay. Booked through Hotwire and didn't get two queen bags as expected, but a King and pullout couch bad. Our two teenage daughters were thrilled. Was kinda loud at nigh; could hear doors slamming, etc.

The room was spacious and extremely clean. The beds are comfortable and accommodate a family of 5. Breakfast kept my picky 4 year old and 1 year old very happy! The pool is small but heated and there's also a hot tub. Great quality for the price. We would definitely return!

We chose this hotel as a halfway stop on our trip to Savannah, GA. My husband, myself, my sister and my three sons stayed in one room. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The sofa pull-out bed, however, had a very thin, flimsy mattress that was beyond uncomfortable, so if you're counting on this as an option, you'll be very disappointed. We ended up folding it back up and sleeping on it as a couch (although it was too short for that really). You'd be better off bringing an air... Read more

Booked last minute for 2 queens. Checked in to find that the manager upgraded us to a deluxe suite. Super clean room, spacious for our family of 5, beds were a tad hard, pool & hot tub very small. Breakfast was nice. Front desk ladies were nice. Would return if ever in the area.

Booked the room as a pit stop on our way to Nashville. We checked in late, and Ms. Gail was so nice and helpful. There was no parking spaces, so she let us park in front of the building so we didn't have to walk late at nigh. The room was very clean, and comfortable. We wanted to take the pillows with us when we left. The "express check out box", made checking out in the morning a breeze! Will definitely stay here again on our road trips!

We were very pleased with our room, 505. Bed were comfortable, room was large and seemed clean. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Breakfast had a nice assortment. Kids had waffels, I had bagel and there were muffins, fruit, juices, coffee, eggs and bacon. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

We were just passing through on our way to Harrogate for a graduation. We arrived kind of late (10PM) and checked in and were told we were upgraded to a king suite! We have never been upgraded before so this was a pleasant surprise. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room itself was great, very pretty, clean. You just walked in and felt comfortable. Breakfast was also amazing, the biscuits and gravy were delicious! We were actually sad we couldn't stay longer because the h... Read more

This Comfort Inn gives the appearance of an upscale hotel upon arrival. The lobby and adjoining breakfast area are modern and tastefully designed. The room was spacious with a separate sitting area and sofa. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast included both hot and cold items, something to please every age group. As long as the rates stay competitive, we will use this as our go to spot whenever in Knoxville.

We stayed here 1 night on our way home from Myrtle Beach. The front desk staff was very kind. Our room was nice, clean and pretty. The hotel location is very convenient. When we arrived home in northern Indiana I realized I left a personalized throw blanket my mom made for me at the hotel. I called there and they said they had it and would send it to me. I offered to pay whatever the shipping would be. The blanket arrived within 2 days and postage paid. Thank you hotel staff for understanding ho... Read more

We stayed three nights as we visited with family in the area. The room was clean and spacious. We had a 1 bedroom suite that had a separate "living room" type area with a sofa, a desk and a TV. The bedroom area had a king size bed and two side tables along with a closet that we stored our suitcases in. There was a set of french doors that you could close to separate the two areas. Breakfast was very good, pretty much a typical hotel breakfast but they had hot sausage and eggs every morning. T... Read more
