The manager on duty was very helpful in securing a room for me after I left a previous motel one day early because of it's unsanitary conditions. The staff at this motel offered me assistance time and time again during my short stay there. I found my room in very nice order and clean. Breakfast offered a decent variety of foods but I missed having some kind of meat with my meal.

We had an excellent stay. Everything you would expect from a Hilton property for a reasonable price. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. We have family in Greenville and will be definitely staying here for the rest of our visits.

Kudos to the great staff, especially Olivia and Becky. Olivia went above and beyond to make sure our room was comfortable and Becky kept the breakfast area well stocked and clean. Our room was clean and comfortable, no concerns. The breakfast bar was great. We would highly recommend Hampton Inn Greeneville to any fellow travelers and will stay here again on our next trip.

We were hoping for a great experience but it was like a cheap hotel. The bed was OK but as comfortable as expected. The breakfast was very lacking, the only time edible was the rice crispy and see of the bananas. I will never stay again

We had a short stay - checking in at 1 AM and checking out at 11 am. No issues. The beds were comfortable which in many hotels isn't the case. Continental breakfast was good and the buscuits were hot still

Super clean and quiet rooms and spotless hotel. Staff is friendly and ready to help! I couldn't ask for a better experience! The check in process was very smooth and my room keys were already ready for me. The ease and length of time was impressionable.

Hampton Inn that is a bit dated. The Plus I thought was that the hotel is 100% smoke free. But still had that smell in places. Stayed 4-nights and overall had poor quality of sleep. There are restaurants nearby and shopping if you need anything.

After taxes, $175 for one room. This is in a small town and is an older Hampton Inn. There is new Hampton Inn locations in smaller towns for almost half the cost. Also, have a reservation prior to arrival to help keep cost down.

Greeneville was a midpoint stop on our way home. We encountered a situation that required a last minute schedule change. I had already booked a room for Saturday. I called and in less than a minute the reservation was changed to Friday and the clerk was very courteous and accommodating.

We have stayed twice now at the Greeneville Hampton. Both times we have had friendly staff. The breakfast was very good. There were enough breakfast choices for everyone in our family. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and we would recommend it to anyone.

It is a nice hotel but overpriced. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special but they did have eggs or omelets most days. It's on the main highway so easy to get there and a 10 minute drive to downtown. Outdoor pool is small but great for the kids to cool off.

Not a great Hampton. Rooms are run down. Little bugs were flying around my room. Shower is nasty. Front desk staff was unknowledgeable!!! All for $174.00 a night. Unbelievable. There are not a lot of options in this area but I will be driving to the nearest town with a good hotel next time I am in the area.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn on Aug. 3, 2016 so we could move are daughter into Tusculum on the 4th. The room was still very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were very pleasant, and the breakfast was still very good. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a hotel to stay in in Greeneville, TN. It is a little more expensive than another hotel close by that I had to stay in earlier in the summer because Hampton was booked but well worth it in my opinion.

After checking both prices and reviews of all the hotels in Greeneville we settled on this Hampton Inn. But, for a small sleepy out-of-the-way town where there's not much else happening (we were in town for a wedding I officiated) it is painfully obvious, premised on the over-priced room rates, that this Hampton Inn really sticks it to you. But then, when reviews on surrounding hotels gives you an itch just reading their reviews; you've little other choice but to anty up and pay the premium to... Read more

Great hotel and nice area. Things are close like the college! Lots of close by places to eat. We had so much Fun time at the Greeneville Astros baseball. The hotel was easy to get in and out of. The hotel was clean and had a great breakfast! Pool area was really nice as well. Having a fridge and microwave was handy. The grab and go breakfast was a nice touch. We did not use it but it was available if we had wanted to use it.

Spent a night here with my mother and daughter. Beautiful room and very clean. We had ample space for sleeping and our 3 suitcases. The morning breakfast was just what we needed after a long day of driving. Fresh fruit, hot coffee, oatmeal and waffle bar in addition to other breakfast foods. We will stay here again if given the opportunity to visit eastern Tennessee. Friendly staff was an added bonus!

The only problems I ran into was number one there was a busted apple in the elevator that was never cleaned, and they cleaned up breakfast too early. Also the pool was closed even though it was 70 degrees outside, but despite the temperature outside it was October. It was a good stay at a great price! I would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again!

I was very happy with my stay. For the price I could not have asked for more. On my way there I was tired and stopped to see if I could get a room at another Hampton Inn and the price was $60 more! I decided to take the additional 50 mile drive to get to this hotel, for which I had a reservation the following night and they were kind enough to extend to include the current night. I did not regret my decision.
