This was the first time for my stay at this hotel. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Not a new hotel but was very clean, I was actually surprised at how clean the room was. I took a video and sent to my husband so he could see.

This hotel needs updating. Also the pillows are old. The bathroom was dirty & the sink cracked. Tried to talk with manager about another problem, but no response at this time. The outside of the hotel had many weeds in the flower bed. Not kept up. The only person I was able to talk to was the front desk clerk. She said there have been complaints in the past. I will not stay there again.

This hotel is not what I would expect from Hampton Inn. Rooms were small and it seemed like a converted Quality Inn. The hallway smelled musty and maybe they had a recent water issue. I might try it again just because it was less expensive.

This is an old property that is poorly managed. I will not repeat all the issues, just read the reviews. It's not terrible, but there are better choices in the area. Rooms are small and the property is old and not super well maintained. Staff is not engaged. Basically it feels like it's just a poorly managed property.

They recently had the roof drains flood a lot of this place, causing the place and many rooms to stink of mildew. Per maintenance, they have failed to do basic maintenance to prevent this. We were given two rooms, both of which had this problem. After complaining to the staff, half of our party got a new room, while the rest had to go to a nearby hotel. Before we could vacate our first room, they had new guests knocking on our door in less than 5 minutes. We have stayed here before, albeit ... Read more

This hotel was in the perfect location for our needs - about 20 minutes from Nashville and 20 minutes from the tournament we came for. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean. The hotel in general, however, is in need of repair and updating. There were holes in the main hallway wall and the pool was filthy the day we arrived. Would we stay again? Maybe. But we expected more from a Hampton.

There is a garbage dumpster in the back of the parking lot that is probably in slightly better condition than the hotel. At least with the garbage dumpster you know what you are getting. Never had an issue with Hampton's, this one is an exception. It would be a blessing to Hilton if this specific Hampton burned to the ground and was replaced by a garbage burning facility (no offense to garbage incinerating companies).

I needed a place to stay for a night in Goodlettsville, TN and this hotel fit the bill. It's a solid and clean hotel with a basic complimentary breakfast. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The only issue with this hotel is I think the rate is of average value. If you can find this hotel for less than $90 a night I'd book it. If you see prices over $100 a night then I'd see if you can shop around as there are nicer hotels in down the street.
