We arrived cranky from a delayed flight, and everyone's mood improved upon seeing the large, clean room, and realizing that we didn't have to leave the hotel to get food. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A broken hair dryer was quickly replaced. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone.

The staff greeted us with smiles and were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel was spotless and the room, pool, fitness center and everything was clean and comfortable. There was someone mopping, cleaning and ensuring the place was spotless everytime I was in the common areas. Would definitely stay here again!!!

A Hyatt place is always a good bet when you are on road. Room good size. A really good breakfast the next morning is included Staff very friend. There is a pool here. But outside and not heated. We were there in a late cool spell. So too cool to swim in pool. But it looked really nice

I'll start off with the positives. The room was great. Very nice. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The couch is huge and contains a pull out. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was on par with other free continental style offerings. Location is in a very nice area, and easy to find. No issues with noise. Request for crib in room was met without any hassle. My biggest complaint is the way they handle check in. I always pay in cash, and use my credit card to hold on file for inc... Read more

The staff was friendly, especially at check in where I had a credit card issue. They worked with me until we could figure out what was happening. I appreciated that they did not rush me away from the desk as other approached, but instead called someone else up to handle arriving guests. The clerk even comped a meal for me because I had to wait so long...and it was in no way the fault of the property! I guess we sort of bonded because they staff that I met that day went out of their way to remem... Read more

The staff was terrific & went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Perfect location --- between Germantown & Collierville. Safe, clean & in great condition. Only negative was we were skipped over for maid service. But we just got fresh towels from front desk & that was all we needed.

This hotel is consistently busy all the time and the staff works extremely hard to deliver great service all the time. During the week, the business customer rules with breakfast being busy before 8 AM. The weekends can be busy with family and kids participating in local sporting events. Fear not - the staff is usually on their A game to deliver consistently good service.

I would have given excellent service rating, but the maid do not clean our room or bring us clean towels. The hotel is a very clean and quiet for sleeping, we would stay there again. The staff at the front desk were very good and the hot breakfast was excellent.

All together our 1 night stay at the Hyatt Place was a good one. Check in was good, although it was a bit difficult to understand the desk attendant as he was talking very fast and quietly. Not something that really bothers me. Getting into the room, we were greeted with a nice split Floorplan 2 queen room. With 2 boys in tow, the extra room was a welcome sight. Beds were comfortable to sleep in. Our 6 year old did not move an inch from falling asleep to walking up which is very unusua... Read more

The rooms are large and nice. I stayed in a standard double queen room. The room had a sitting area, desk, two beds, a fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer, and TV. The beds were comfortable, especially the pillows. The shower & toilet are in a separate space from the sink and counter. The wifi was included in the stay, and the connection was good. Breakfast is provided and was outstanding. Many different choices for breakfast both cold and hot.

Rooms are big and seems nice, however I found black roaches in my room. This is something I really hate and do not expect when checking in an Hyatt hotel. I found two of them roaming around the bathroom area. This seems to be a problem at this property, I found other reviews indicating the issue.

This property was accommodating, friendly and clean. I was attending my niece's wedding and simply selected the hotel as it was the host for the wedding party. I could not be more happy with my accommodations and customer service. The stay exceeded my expectations in every area. Thank you for such a rare treat. I would highly recommend this property. My niece knows her properties. :)

Everything about the stay was great. The room was huge--except for the bathroom. It is small! The king bed was a wonderful size and the linens were so comfortable. The hotel seemed to be very quiet even though the parking lot was full. I skipped breakfast so I can't comment on that. It's in a great location for restaurants.

I agree with the comment made about 4 days before I took my family to stay here... "If I could I'd LIVE here"! This hotel is great for a safe and clean family accommodation. The staff was very caring and accommodating! The room more than met all our needs! My young grandchildren (ages 5 & 6 yrs) thought they were in a house not a hotel room, due to space in the room, the living area(couch) and big screen tv for cartoons! The beds were very comfortable. Have stayed here on several occasions when in the area. Greeting at check-in is always pleasant and process quick. Rooms are clean, well sized and quiet. We were traveling from Dayton, OH, back to Austin, TX, and stayed overnight at the Hyatt in Germantown. We had stayed at a downtown Hyatt, in Nashville, on our way to Dayton, and had a wonderful experience. This hotel is not within walking distance to anything, but it was clean, comfortable and had the same friendly staff as the other hotel. This is a great place to stay. The free breakfast is excellent, but watch the prices on the food from the kiosks at the front desk. It is way over priced. As usual TV station selection not very good but the Wi-Fi is free and they have good hook-ups for your external devices if you want to watch them on the flat screen in your room.

Two of the cleanest rooms we've ever walked into. We rented side by side rooms and they were both darn near spotless. Even the bathrooms both looked great. This was a quiet and comfortable property. I liked the hot breakfast, although you won't get omelets, it was very good. We encountered 2 pleasant young men in the evenings, but the older gentleman (I assume he was the manager) was downright rude and seemed irritated that we asked about a phone book (not one in the whole place).
