we stayed in a three-bedroom cabin and it was very nicely done, comfortable, and everything was provided that we needed to make our stay a great one. We had several steps to climb to unload our car and then later take suitcases upstairs to the two bedrooms there. We went in early December so there was ice on the steps and railings so you had to be very careful. It was a few miles into Gatlinburg and even further (about 30 mins_ to Pigeon Forge Christmas shows and attractions. I would definit... Read more

White Oak is located about 10 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. There is a Food City before you get to town. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom cabin with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and pool table in the loft. This cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has a air mattress which can be set up in the loft area. They provide dishes, glasses, blender, crock pot, four slice toaster, and other kitchen essentials. The pots and pots were okay. I would definitely bring a non stick pan next time... Read more

Spacious log homes, we stayed in a two bedroom with a game room in the loft. Close enough to the city and a couple of good steakhouses but far enough away not to be in the crowds. Cabin was well appointed with a great kitchen, not that we used it and a a gas fireplace that heated the whole house.

Very nice resort! I had a cabin and the accommodations were a step above other places. The cabin was quiet, clean and very pleasant. The beds were perfect. The welcome center was staffed and very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend this establishment.

Visiting with 3 couples. The 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom cabin is perfect. About 15 min with no traffic to gaitlinburg. Traffic can be horrendous if you travel from here to pigeon forge or Sevierville. Good , very clean place . Would come again .

We visited a couple of years ago with our young daughter and we came back again this year with another little one in tow. We stayed in 150 this time, which is a 3 bedroom that backs up to the woods. What can we say? This place is just wonderful. It's impeccably clean. Really super clean. There's nothing much to complain about for us, but some may consider a couple things negative so I'll give a quick rundown: PROS: -Wonderful pool and hot tub -They've thankfully added a few more things to the ... I visited here on a "girls" trip in August 2016. We stayed in the condos and found them to be very nice. While the lodge is a bit far out, that can be a positive if you prefer a quiet scenic setting. Our condo was a large two bedroom, two bath unit and was plenty spacious and well furnished. it was not extremely well stocked on essentials, so you might want to bring extra towels, dishwasher detergent, etc.

My daughter and I stayed here for one week through my vacation club, Global Connections. Truly enjoyed our stay at this resort, the cabin was so nice, clean and up to date. We felt right at home here, we walked around the resort every morning a very pleasant and safe environment. Went to the pool area almost everyday and used the hot tub in our cabin as well to relax. Pool table was a plus and the view from our cabin window was great. The resort is not far from downtown Gatlinburg and other... Read more

We have been coming here for several years with our timeshare. The place is very nice and well kept. Not in the center of the commotion but close enough to get into Gatlinburg in 15 minutes depending on traffic. The staff is very friendly and always helpful if needed. We will Continue to come here any time we want a mountain getaway.

The log cabin is amazing. Beautifully decorated and it has a hot tub. There also is a swimming pool. Peaceful area. Angela in the office is very accommodating. You can get tickets through her for different venues. About seven miles from downtown area.
