This room will take you back to when you were a kid vacationing with your parents. Room was nice, big and clean. Sink in the bathroom area and outside the bathroom, which is nice when you have people trying to get ready at the same time. Balcony was an added bonus. The pool and kiddie pool were not open when we were there, so can not vouch for that. We only used their breakfast once, standard continental breakfast but they did have Krispy Kreme donuts- YUM! Walking distance to most things ... Read more

We really enjoyed our stay... I called around and Michelle at front desk was so very helpful and friendly.. Spring break week and city was busy.. Many hotels were booked. Michelle was working a long shift and had a room reserved for herself but offered to give it up so we could book it. She couldn't have been nicer. She even fixed my phone when I was having Wi-Fi issues. The room was nice and had a fireplace. Some of the décor was a little dated but room was large and really clean and the bed... Read more

Great price but needs a lot of work in the rooms,we have stayed here a lot over the years . Over the years it has needed work on the outside of the building and looks like they have done a lot to that part. But we found a lot of things in the room that needs help , needs work in bathrooms and lightning. Hopefully they can get these things working so we can keep coming back alot more

I booked a room with a jet tub in the room. Upon arrival the hotel was very outdated and included a hollow wood door that lead to the balcony. This door was not very secure and could see daylight from the inside with the door closed. The ceiling above the tub fell in the first night. We got moved to another room which did not have a jet tub in it. The tub in this room would not hold water without putting a towel to stop up the drain. They would not give us a extra pillow because our room only... Read more

At first glance, this hotel is not much to look at. However, our room was absolutely lovely, the location was terrific, and the staff was delightful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for anyone visiting Gatlinburg.
