The location couldn't be any better and for the price it's a no brainer. The rooms were clean even though the hotel you could tell is older. All the staff was great especially the gentleman working the overnight shift. There is even free breakfast. It's also located just about a block from the Ober Gatlinburg tram (lift).. so it's an easy walk. There are also tons of shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to connect to wifi which I was there... Read more

First of all, our group called the hotel and was told ALL the rooms have been updated since August 2015. LIE! The first room we received was worse then a Motel 6. As I was trying to calm down dealing with nasty carpet, chipped up furniture and a strange smell in the room, I turned on the TV. We had sound but no picture. That was the last straw. Called the front desk, was told we would get a better room and someone would come help us move our things. LIE! After waiting for "someone" that d... Read more

We made a last minute reservation for Saturday night stay in Gatlinburg. Reagan Resorts was one of the few hotels that had a room still available. The lady they have answering the phone at the front desk was exceptional, very nice, helpful and an angelic voice. There were mixed reviews for the hotel so we had our fingers crossed that it would be okay, it was, but just ok. The room we had was clean and it was updated in the bathroom area. We did a thorough check for bedbugs. Lifting all the shee... Read more

We were only in town for 1 night, passing through from somewhere else. I called for a room and the staff was very friendly. The room looked like it had been recently remodeled, except for the new looking carpet was already fraying where it met the tile. Other than that, it looked pretty good. We faced the pool and had a nice covered balcony for when it started to rain. We sat and watched until the rain passed. The bathroom is VERY small, but it functions fine. The room itself was a lot smaller t... Read more

The rooms were petty big. They were clean as well. It was right beside the convention center where we had 3 day tickets to Gaither Family Fest. Many dining choices and stores within walking distance. Continental breakfast offering on weekends.

We really enjoyed our time at the Hotel. Could not ask for better service. Everyone from maintenance, housekeeping, breakfast person to front desk was wonderful. The room was spacious, and nice. Liv e d tge location, which was right downtown. We will be staying there again.

Parking is terrible. Was very convenient location. Our view was the back wall of the convention center. Double beds were not comfortable. Rooms are large with good lighting.Office staff was not very friendly.

Great location, great room and great service. I will stay here again but they have got to get new mattresses. The bed was uncomfortable. My wife and I stayed only one night. We enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg. It was awesome having such a short walk to and from the hotel to all of the sites. This place could not have a better location.

Very friendly staff. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice pool with complementary towels. Good breakfast. Great location, right in the heart of Gatlinburg. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

Great location to walk around Gatlinburg. Remodeled room, clean. Walls were thin, so you could hear the neighbors and the hallway noise, but we turned on the A/C fan to mask most of it. We would stay here again.

Great location with very good rates. Great continental breakfast. Love the handicap accessible pool chair! Had very friendly staff. The only complaint we had was that the air conditioners needed to be updated. The rooms were very clean and neat. Enjoyed the stay and we have found our vacation spot in Gatlinburg!

Staff was very helpful. Left another hotel in town and checked out Reagan Resorts and was very pleased. Stayed there the rest of my trip. Spacious room with microwave and fridge in room. Wifi was great, no problems. The only thing was breakfast could have been better. But with all the pancake houses around not a problem. Location was great. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Great place to stay.

The pictures on the Internet booking sites do not match the actual rooms. Our room had a musty smell to it. There was an iron burn in the middle of the floor. Furniture was really out dated and damaged. The pictures on the Internet are really deceiving. This is not a very comfortable hotel. It's more like a motel.

Ok... Where do I start... 1 when we got to the room it was hot. Tried turning the ac down well it didn't work come to find out they rented us a room that had the thermostat in a entirely different room that was not accessible to us... 2. They did refund is for 1 day the second day. Management was no help . They offered to put us in another room but by then it was to late and really a inconvenience to us. 3. Overall was a good stay, elevator is too slow had to take stairs most of the time. Housekeeping staff was great very clean room and bathroom, plenty of towels and washcloths, the housekeeper that cleaned our room before we checked in was outstanding, I hope that you pay them well. The parking was not that good. but better than most if the motels in Gatlinburg that I have stayed at.

Thanks for a good vacation. We would stay there again. You will definitely have no downtown parking problems here. Our elevator went down our last two days, but we were only on the second floor so it wasn't too bad.

The hotel was average. They apparently remodeled some rooms, ours was not one of them but it was still clean. The location is great. The only negative is the parking is very limited luckily the lady at the front desk allowed us to park in a no parking zone in their lot rather than us having to pay to park it across the street.

While this hotel is definitely dated, it appeared most hotels in the area are as well and some were definitely more dated than Reagan. Some upgrades were recently done though. The rooms were nice and clean and everything worked as expected. We got a pretty good price for being right on Parkway Avenue and the staff was typical southern hospitality...great! Overall, I would stay here again, just don't expect a brand new hotel and modern upgrades and you will be fine.

We had booked a room for a weekend getaway at another Motel across the street from Reagan Resorts. After having an issue with the manager about our service dog, we went across the street and was greeted with a smile and professionalism. We had a great stay, no issues. Very clean rooms, not bad price for the location in the middle of the strip. Everything in walking distance. The continental is not much to speak about, but it is included. We would stay again. ***Military Discount Available***

The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. The Inn was close to the National Park which was what I was looking for. The desk staff were nice. I didn't eat the breakfast so I have no idea what is served. Make sure you get parked early or you may be out of luck. Pool looked nice, but I didn't use it.

We were pretty disappointed when we arrived. First, the room was nowhere the size it appeared in the online pictures.... (thank you photoshop). Second, we only had one washcloth and asked twice before we received a second one. Third, after walking around in the heat and crowds, we decided to get in the pool.....until we saw it. There were a few good things though.... the location was great and the staff was friendly. But we won't be staying here again. Have stayed in much nicer places fo... Read more

Booked last minute. When we entered the 3rd floor it smelled like a nursing home. The room has attempted to be updated but the furniture was scratched and dusty. The hot water in the shower lasted about 20 seconds. Worst mattress I have ever slept on. Needs a a lot of tlc.

This is my second year in a row to stay here. Location is GREAT! Beds are comfortable. My room was clean and the AC is ice cold if you want it to be. Calhouns and Davy Crocketts breakfast camp are a rock throw away to the left out of the parking lot, TGI Fridays is directly across the road in front of the hotel. We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. We have been to Gatlinburg many times and had never tried this hotel. It was a last minute decision to go to Gatlinburg, so we were limited as to what hotels were available. When I booked the hotel, I was told that the hotel was going through renovations and to ask for a newly remodeled room when we arrived. I did just that. I was told by the front desk that they weren't remodeling, they were updating and that was complete. The first room that we were... Read more

My husband & I are from Canada & love to travel to Gatlinburg often, however, we always stay in a cabin. This trip was spontaneous so we were looking for something budget friendly. After looking at a number of hotels in the area, with our main criteria being a private balcony and downtown, we settled on the Reagan Resorts Inn. We read a number of Trip Advisor comments on this property with some mixed reviews so weren't sure how it would rate with us, but, I can safely say we LOVED staying he... Read more

My husband and I went to Gatlinburg for 2 reasons. I had a Mary Kay Cosmetics retreat and the Norton Wholesale Jewelry Show was at the Convention Center. Reagan Resort is right next to the Convention Center, making it very handy - no need to move the car. My meeting was at the Clarion, very easy walking distance (about 2 blocks), again didn't have to move the car. Restaurants in easy walking distance also.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The only two issues that we had were the blow dryer started shooting sparks (the hotel clerk brought a new one within minutes of it being reported) and there wasn't a lot of parking. But we went during leaf peeking season so parking was scarce everywhere. Great place for the money!

Made a spur of the moment visit to Gatlinburg after a hurricane rain-out at Myrtle Beach. Picked the Reagan Resorts to stay for it's central location in town, covered parking for probably 90% of guests. It's an older resort, but well kept, back off the street a bit, so unless you have a noisy next door visitor as we did, it's nice and quiet.. Small but clean pool. Room was clean. Vending was sparse, so take your own snacks. Tv, microwave, small refrigerator, iron and board. Bathroom was clean an... Read more
