Friendly staff, clean, updated, would go back for sure. Only hard part is was on 4th floor and had to go all the way down by parking to smoke. No smoking outside room or on balcony. Great continental breakfast, very close to walk to all shops and restaurants in Gatlinburg, short drive right into smokies

One of the best parts of our trip was our stay at Old Creek Lodge. The hotel room was fantastic, the service was excellent and you couldn't ask for a better location. We splurged and got a suite with a fireplace and at night we opened the windows, turned on the fireplace and just enjoyed the sounds of the rushing creek. The room was spotless the bed was memory foam heaven and they use bath and body works toiletries. We never ate the breakfast because we chose to go out each morning. We'll be bac... Read more

We stayed at the Old Creek Lodge for our anniversary this year. We booked an Executive King room over the phone. When we arrived, we had a two queen room. Everything was booked for the first night, but we were moved to the King room for the second two nights. We were originally quoted the price for the queen room, but they moved us for no extra charge. David at the front desk was extremely considerate and helpful! We also liked the access to the Gatlinburg strip. It was close but not too close. ... Read more

We recently stayed at the Old Creek Lodge in Gatlinburg. Very nice facility, centrally located on River Road one block off Main street with less noise and clutter than the numerous places on Main Street. Easy walk to major attractions. We stayed a few nights, during the first day we hiked a part of the Appalachian Trail and on the second day we did a shorter walk also in the blue smoky mountains. From gatlinburg it was easy access to the national park. In the evening we sat on our balcony and enjoyed the sound of the river. We thought it was a pity that it wasn't cold enough to use the fireplace. The staff was helpful, breakfast had plenty of options. But I missed the possibility of a laundry service.
