We have been to Gatlinburg multiple times. This is the first time we have stayed in this hotel. It will not be the last. Our time there was great. The staff was outgoing and friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The hotel was located close to the main road and everything in town was in walking distance, so the location was great. I would recommend this hotel for any type of trip to Gatlinburg, business or pleasure.

The location is perfect, tugged away in a little street just behind the busiest part of town.Away from the noisiest part of town and yet it is just 5-10 mins walk to 'happening' places of downtown, restaurants and shops! The walk was partly covered(through a car park)so rain is not an issue. The hotel service is great and the breakfast has a good selection! There was ample parking

We booked our stay here thinking it would assure a nice room. I found the rooms to be a little worn and not as clean as I would have expected. We ended up having to switch rooms (because of a booking mistake made by my husband) and the second room was just as sub-par. Overall not the worst hotel I've stayed at and the location is terrific, but I expected a little higher quality from Hilton. Would I stay there again? Maybe...but inclined to look elsewhere next time.

Checked in early and the front desk was very accommodating during our complete stay. We could walk most places we wished to go. There was adequate parking also. The room was clean and spacious. I would certainly use this lodging again. There was a hot tub and sitting area around a outside fire place. The bar was nice and had a happy hour. You could purchase a breakfast or dinner meal if desired.

This hotel is in the middle of everything. It was a stay to unwind at the end of a business trip. Parking is a little tight but doable in my 3/4 ton truck. The room was clean and well appointed and the service was excellent. The night clerk went out of his way for our requests (though they were not excessive) We were able to fit in a quick morning hike before departing as we were able to get an extended check out. Nothing wrong with that, just hard to get enough light to shave, etc. But this isn't a big deal and shouldn't detract you. 3. Friendly staff, great location, quiet, nice, clean. This hotel looks beautiful and was quiet for the location. I was a bit bothered by my room though; there was no coffee, to only window looked into another room, and someone had sprayed bleach on the furniture. Although the staff was not rude, they didn't seem to care about the bleach issue (the smell was horrible.) and although the other guests checking in received a "welcome bag", my family did not. Disappointing given that this is my families timeshare.

It was a very busy weekend, the one right before Labor Day, and we were supposed to stay here. We always check the beds and sofas for cleanliness. There was evidence of bed bugs around the bed(we noticed there was no box springs and that raised a red flag for us) and under the cushions of the sofa. We went downstairs and the front desk ladies were very nice and let us out of our reservation. Perhaps this is not the norm for this hotel, I don't know, but it looked like it had seen better days... This hotel is our favorite in Gatlinburg. Most of the hotels are getting very old in Gatlinburg, and even though this one has been there for a few years, it still looks new. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job, the front desk is very accommodating, and they a do a very good job of making sure you have everything you need. We usually enjoy the fire pit, but it was just too hot for that on this trip. There are 2 reasons I did not give this a 5. 1 is due to the breakfast. It is buffet... Read more

This new hotel is lovely. We have stayed across the street at an older hotel for years. But our trip last week has changed our minds. This hotel was less expensive with the AAA discount with a better location to the main drag. (Within stumbling distance from Smoky Mountain Moonshine ). No free donuts brought to your room, but breakfast buffet for $10.00 or hop over to old Dad's store for a great breakfast sandwich. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a really nice hotel. However, the town surrounding the hotel and entrance to Smokey Mountain Park was plain awful!! My husband and I were so disappointed. The suites have old furniture that needs replacing. The bathrooms do not have exhaust fans so the steam makes it difficult to use the bathroom after showering when traveling with mixed company. The staff lacks knowledge of the area and doesn't know how to help travelers get the most of the town. As a whole, I would say skip Gatlinburg unless you are into cheap amusement attractions, fudge shops on every corner and nothing of any cultural value.

Nice place, mostly clean, except for pubic hair on the ac unit. A little difficult to access the shops in downtown - you have to walk through a parking garage. The price keeps some noisy parties away, and it is mostly quiet families. It's probably the best place in Gatlinburg to stay. Breakfast is about $10 per person, but it is good.
