Let me be the curmudgeon. I did not like staying at this property. But I did like the help. If you want to walk downtown, the location is great. If you have a question, the help is responsive. But if you want a quiet place, look someplace else. The resort was under construction and with windows facing the street the garbage pickup (at 3:30AM) woke us up. Still, in light of the other positive comments it might be that our experience was out the norm. But it was still our experience. And b... Read more

We stayed in a one room villa for 6 nights. The room was spotless, quiet and very comfortable. The amenities were perfect and all working properly. Customer Service was outstanding as the people in this hotel and town are very friendly. As this is a Vacation Timeshare hotel, you are offered some attraction discounts if you take the sales tour --- this is to be expected. However, my suggestion would be not to tie it with getting your parking validation and upon check-in. We were exhauste... Read more

Recently the ladies in our family got away for a little R&R and bonding. We thought the Smoky Mountains would be a great place for that. My mum booked this hotel for us. The property, though under construction was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly, and both rooms were perfect for the four of us. The location is close to restaurants (walking distance), activities, and hiking trails. We didn't have time for my niece to make use of the children activities, but there seemed to be things f... We had taken a time share in Las Vegas and decided to try another one before making the commitment to purchase. This is resort is beautiful. We had a room on the 9th floor-911 overlooking the creek in the rear of the building overlooking the mountains. It was beautiful. The master bedroom had a Jacuzzi tub looking over the mountains and was beautiful. The second bedroom was nice but typical. My family and I decided to take a trip up to Gatlinburg and this hotel has it all!! We stayed in the bedroom villa which included a living room and a full kitchen! Great views from both the back and front balcony. The hotel is located right off the main streets of Gatlinburg making it a convenient and quiet stay! The staff and concierge are more than friendly to help you with any day trips you are looking to plan and are always ready to assist! Fantastic hotel and great city!

This place was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a villa and I was shocked at how nice it was. Not your run of the mill Holiday Inn! We walked into the den/kitchen area which was nicely decorated and stocked in case you wanted to cook and the bed was very comfortable. Very clean too!!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

I've been to Gatlinburg several times now and there is just no way around the traffic! We found that this was a really good location for us because we could bypass much of the traffic, park at our hotel, and then walk around. On the other side, when we wanted to travel to surrounding areas it was equally convenient getting out of town. That's a definite plus in that area. As for the hotel. Everyone was really good. We didn't have a great experience with the concierge but that didn't bother... Read more

We booked this resort for a four night stay. The location is good - only a block from the parkway and it is convenient to the national park and surrounding attractions. We were greatly disappointed upon our arrival into our room. The unit was not cleaned prior to our arrival, no clean towels, bed linens dirty, dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, floors not swept nor vacuumed, no soap, nothing. We stayed here as a promotion for new owners of Holiday Inn Club Vacations. They checked us in early and had our room ready about two hours before scheduled. The pool area is beautiful and it is nice that they offer both an indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzis. The outdoor jacuzzi was burning hot so be careful. The resort is under construction right now so it is pretty messy on the outside but we weren't bothered by noise in our room even though it faced the construction area. The villa was very... Even the Super 8 offers a free continental breakfast. All they want here is your $$$$. Gatlinburg is very nice but way over priced, bring extra $$$$.

With offers of deep discounts on local attractions, we agreed to attend the "60 minute meeting". 120 minutes later of pushy arrogance and passive aggressive comments, we were released.
