Very good hotel (although if you are afraid of open atriums, book closer to the first floor), and great bed. But don't leave a reminder note in your room because the staff thinks it is for them. Never had this happen before, but I had left a note to remind myself to get my hanging clothes and 2 bottles of wine I had left in the fridge. I was not checked out, but leaving that day for another hotel in Nashville. Came in to get my clothes and everything was gone. I panicked because those were my cl... Read more

The rooms are large. We had a separate bed room with a king size bed and a large living area. The rooms are perfect for families. We stayed there on a Saturday night and the hotel was full soccer teams. The hotel is built with an atrium and the rooms face the atrium. Will all the children running up and down the hall the rooms were not quiet and the noise did not die down until around midnight. The breakfast was excellent. We were stopping for only one night on our way to Orange Beach, Alabama. In our urgency to get on the road, a family member left her nice pillow in the room. We contacted the hotel and they kindly checked the room and put it aside for us. We picked it up on the way home, making us very happy! Also, should mention the room was very clean, and the hot breakfast was tasty.

Very nice rooms and overall atmosphere. Breakfast is great. Skip the manager's reception. Drinks were like water. Restaurant is good but pricey. Everything is very clean and rooms have lots of space to spread out. WiFi was terrible everywhere in the hotel.

My only issue was that I couldn't get a receipt for my stay at the hotel, and didn't get one from Tringo, I had to call to get it. I had paid for two rooms, the other person couldn't pay. We both needed receipts for expense reimbursement. Not a hotel issue, but an issue non the less.

We stayed here for several days and thought it was nice. The rooms are well maintained and big. They provide plenty of pillows and blankets for the pull out sofa. We he a corner room which was nice because it doesn't have window facing into the hallway. the free breakfast is excellent/. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past ten years. This is one of the best hotels within the Hilton brand. It has absolutely the best complimentary breakfast of any hotel I have ever seen anywhere. Omelets and pancakes are made to order, and a second omelet station is added when the hotel is busy. It is the finest Embassy Suites at which I have stayed. The staff is excellent, and the hotel is quiet despite the fact that it is always crowded, particularly on weekends. The peo... Read more

I am not one to write reviews but I have had the same experience at the Embassy Suites three times in the last two months. The showers have mold. The first time was one night so I overlooked it. The second time, I complained and maintenance removed the moldy caulk and put in new caulk. The third time I was moved to another room which was better but not great. This is my company's hotel of choice but I don't think I would stay here again. It should be pretty easy to train housekeeping to recogniz... Read more

I like to always like to ignore the bad reviews but I really wish I would have paid attention. I booked a stay here many months ago for a family wedding. I saw they were going through a renovation so I thought we would be pleased with our stay. Unfortunately we had to move hotels because I was completely fed up. Upon checking in we met my parents in the lobby. They had arrived at the hotel prior to us. When we walked in they were upset. All they wanted to do was grab their stuff and bring it in ... Read more

I've waited four days to write this review thinking I might sound too harsh if I wrote it while I was still there or immediately after leaving. I feel cheated by Embassy Suites / Hilton. Our room was NOT clean. There were dirty glasses in our room - fingerprints INSIDE the glasses, one looked like it had dried toothpaste spit in the glass and down the side, dirty glass in the restaurant, liquid foundation smeared on the cabinet top above the mini fridge, long black hair on the shower wall - 2 ... Changes in the last year are absolutely disastrous . The wife and i have used this for a getaway for years. According to the employees there was a change in general managers. The nightly manager's reception was never top of the line alcohol or snack wise . But it was why we came here to unwind . Now it's liquors and rules for no complex drinks make it unbearable. We stayed in this location on our vacation travel to Florida. After an 8 hour trip, tired and in need of relaxation, we found out the pool was under construction. My issue with that info is that we were not informed of this at the time of booking. Kids in a car for 8 hours need to unwind. In fairness, we were told they would rebook us at an alternate hotel, which is a solution but an inconvenience. In the end, they gave us passes for an alternate pool in Brentwood. On my last night I returned to the hotel at 10 p.m. to discover that my bed had not been made and the towels were still on the floor. No one had come near my room. When I questioned the staff, they said that I had a do not disturb on the door. I said no, I left at 10 a.m. and would have had no reason to have a do not disturb on the door. I think they confused me with the room next to mine which did have a do not disturb sign. I was tired and very unhappy to have to sleep in an unmade bed.

I'm a Hilton Honors member, so I know I can expect a good hotel with the usual amenities, but the Hilton Embassy Suites Cool Springs offered some nice surprises. The staff were particularly helpful and pleasant, for one. The restaurant was another - fantastic! I'm fine with just decent food and service, but the cuisine was really above and beyond, excellent!

I was so glad that tripadvisor provided me with a room at a more reasonable price than my members rewards in order for me to attend my family reunion. I was unable to get the reunion rate due to the rate being full. I was informed that I could get the honors rate, but the price was $20 per night higher than tripadvisor. Thanks for saving me some money.

The bedroom has a TV of its own, and the beds were really really comfortable. The thing that made this hotel really stand out for me was the food served here. While traveling for business, I booked my stay here for the first time in several years. The room was spacious and quiet, and very clean. The staff was very friendly upon checking in and when coming to and from the lobby area. The location made for a great spot to run a few miles outside (sidewalks every where - some traffic, so plan your route accordingly) and within walking distance to several great restaurants for dinner. I would definitely stay again!

This is a pretty typical Embassy Suites property - getting a little dated, but overall a nice place to stay. There is a lot of traffic on the weekends with various teams and families visiting. Even staying on the Hilton Honors floor (8th), there was a lot of noise from kids running in the hallways and from the atrium below.
