Hotel was very clean. It is an older Hampton Inn. The bathrooms have been updated but the rooms still look very dated. Good location right off I-40. The breakfast was above average. Great coffee and the service in the breakfast area was great. There was a group of young boys staying on our floor. They got loud but did settle down by 12:00 pm. I would stay here again!

Many Hampton Inns do a good job, but this location is really superb. Rooms are super-clean, well-appointed, comfortable beds with fine linens and, despite proximity to Interstate, very quiet. The included breakfast is really top notch, with quality and healthy foods along with above-grade sausages and waffles if you don;t want to worry about your diet. Cost is perhaps just a smidgen above nearby competition, but the value here is way, way above that competition.

The hotel is fine and they could use some training on some of the staff being a little green. They were all nice and worked at trying and the facilities were good. The event we had required boats and parking is very tight. One gentleman took 5 place and they need to understand making a requirement to unhook and angle park. It take 3 places instead of 5 spots. Parking is very tight here. The breakfast bar I never experienced as we were out early AM and before they launch it. The room and hotel we... Read more

Always a home-away-from-home. This is our second stay here, but since it had been three years, we thought we'd give it another try. Even the smaller Hampton have that same feel that you're being taken care of. Always a good night of sleep, very comfortable beds, good breakfast, etc. Convenient to the freeway.

They must have some kind of understanding with the taxi drivers that they will chuck some unsuspecting and vulnerable traveller off the bus at dawn and get them to pay an outrageous amount to get into the city...I would reccomend that when you book your bus ticket that you make it clear with the travel aganet that the bus IS in fact going to where you want (i.e in my case Colaba)

We wanted a half way stopping point between our home and Myrtle Beach and chose to stay here. We were very pleased with our stay! Rooms were very clean and spacious. We stayed on the third floor and it was very quiet. Pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax. A bonus is we got in early enough we drove through Dandridge TN to the Bushes Bean Visitor's Center. The town is cute and Lake Douglas is gorgeous. We will come back just for the lake.

This hotel needs more flat surfaces for all its well-deserved awards. Their staff is genuinely friendly (not Eddie Haskell smarmy) and my king room with sleeper sofa is spacious and immaculate. The only thing I'd change is my schedule because there's a restaurant on a nearby lake that looks interesting. It ain't a Four Seasons but the next best thing for this weary girl who's on her way to NY (Summer Fancy Food) with show booth in car!

Nice property that has won many awards and they are displayed. Nice and comfortable. My parents room had a window with a cracked seal but that is only complaint. Busy hotel and crowded at breakfast but wasn't too crazy. One suggestion - the little store needs some Diet Coke. Nothing Diet! I shared this with the person working the desk. Would stay again.

We stayed for a quick overnight on our way through the area while traveling to the coast for vacation. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Clean accomodations, and a good nights' rest, even with two small children under 3! Husband complained the pillows gave him a stiff neck, but he had also been driving all day. Great breakfast in the morning! Will stay here if we are passing through on this route again. Cheaper than staying in Knoxville or Asheville, with all the expected amenities of a ... Read more

We were lucky enough to book the very last room available last Saturday night! Our room was comfortable, with clean linen, good mattress, and excellent pillows! The room was clean and the hotel staff incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved our whole stay and will absolutely stay here again. Just 10 miles away from Sevierville and $70 a night less expensive than the Hampton there, is a big savings. The level of quality experienced at our stays at the Hampton Inns reflects a great management strategy not matter what season we happen to be a guest. We feel very well cared-for each time we stay. Coupled with a room rate that we feel is very fair, this makes us search for the nearest Hampton as we are winging it down the highway. Under normal circumstances, we never fail to get the room we want.
