Room was clean there was a microwave and mini fridge in it which is great to have when your in a room for a week. Breakfast was standard for a hotel nothing special. They have a nice lobby area to eat in, it was always clean and the staff were friendly and attentive.

All of the staff were very helpfully and friendly! Easy on and off the freeway, not to far from the city of Crossville. There is a winery across the road from the hotel with a restaurant in it. Area was quite, plenty of parking

We stayed here last minute following a baseball tournament in Dayton. It was fairly convenient to Dayton and in the direction we we were headed. Although our stay was brief, we were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and cleanliness of the room. If we were headed that way again, we would stay there.

This Hampton seemed below typical Hampton standards. The beds seemed hard and the traffic noise was very noticeable. There are a lot of trucks using I-40 through the night, and you can hear them shifting gears as they get on and off the exit nearby. Definitely ask for an even numbered room ( which is away from the highway), if you choose to stay here.

Typical Hampton experience. Nice room in hotel right off of I-40. Easy to get in and out. Nice pool area. If you are a light sleeper make sure you get a room on the side opposite the interstate. The traffic noise wasn't terrible, but could be bothersome for a really light sleeper. Very friendly lady serving breakfast.

Room was OK and staff was helpful. No volume on the TV in the workout room. I asked the front desk fo rhelp and they gave me pat answers, blah, blah, blah. I never felt like they were making effort to provide customer service. Linen is not changed during the week. Very disappointing. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

I wish all Hampton Inns were as nice as this one in Crossville. The staff and service was great--they even told me about the interstate construction problem and how to bypass it. And the hotel is great--large comfortable rooms with nicer furnishings than other Hamptons. Great stop just off I40 going across Tennessee.

This is a very nice, clean Hampton Inn. However, the hotel is located right next to the interstate and if you are the unlucky one to get a room next to the interstate you can count on receiving lots of unwanted wake up calls through out the night from the traffic on the interstate.

This was a very clean hotel (bathroom/lobby/most of room). There was one place that didn't get popcorn vacuumed up and a drink removed from the prior guests on the far side of the bed. It had a wonderful breakfast with plenty of options for adults and kids. Pool was nice and clean. We went to the Cumberland County Playhouse and this was just a few minutes drive to see the show. We would stay at this hotel again!

Booked a King bed room. Loved having options through Hampton Honors app! Picked the room and floor I wanted through the app rather than having to call. Upon arrival I was greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk, she expeditiously checked me in and I was on my way to a room that was clean, comfortable and spacious. Looking forward to a hot breakfast in the a.m. which all Hamptons deliver.

Our stay was great. We checked in online and got our rooms close together. Rooms are very spacious, especially the bathroom. We were there for a baseball tournament and it would have been nice if there had been a washer/dryer on site. Pool was very small so it was crowded with 7-8 year olds both nights, which was fine, but lead to a shortage of towel haha. Dining/lobby area very spacious and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Crossville is in a pretty rural part of Eastern Tennessee and is not nearly as commercialized as its neighbor, Cookeville. This hotel is pretty new but is very plain. I visit family in Crossville often but have never stayed at a hotel until recently. I chose the Hampton as I stay in many of these across the country and it lived up to the Hampton standard and then some, and highly recommend it. The biggest question people have is about its proximity to I-40, and indeed it does face the freeway. Simply ask for - or better yet, check in online in advance - and choose an even numbered room which faces away from the freeway onto a quiet dead-end street. Staff... Read more
