I like microtels , but i have stayed at better ones . The property is always fine , the people make or break the experience . The young man at the front desk Greets me when I arrived last night with a big " WHATS UP " " How You doin " strange but ok that's fine . The housekeeping knocked on my door 3 separate times before 9:30am after I told the first one I was leaving right at check out which is 11am . Never have been much on reviews but companies are getting worse and worse so hear I am . Mayb... Read more

Luckily only booked in for one night, the reception staff were pleasant, shame we couldn't say the same about everything else. Carpets all heavily soiled, ground floor room very claustrophobic and cramped. Our toilet seat did not fit,the bath looked grubby. Bedding was clean,we only slept and showered then checked out as breakfast area very small and full. The general feel of the hotel did nothing to make us want to eat there. Glad it was only one night.

We have stayed here in the past, but it's beginning to show wear and tear. Although the paint was newly done, the room was showing age. The toilet "ran" and it was necessary to remove the top to stop it. The bathroom door was difficult to close. No pen or paper--which I needed.

When I first arrived there was no one at the front desk and I waited for assistance for over 10 minutes. There was hair inside the sheets... In addition to that I was bit by something. The stay was fine thin

I was in Chattanooga a couple nights on vacation and enjoyed my basic and comfortable stay, nice room and what you expect for Microtel. Nothing fancy, nothing bad. Very cordial staff.

The price was right and location good as a stop over on a long trip. The staff was pleasant. The carpet in the hallway was very dated and stained plus there was a broken tile on the bathroom floor. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Not too much to complain about here. Overall the property was clean and great for a quick stay on the way to Nashville. Comfortable bed, well maintained and great price. Parking was scarce the night we were there.

I booked a room for 2 people and asked for 2 beds . They refused to give us 2 beds . I will never stay at another Wyndham property again , they could care less about their customers !! Stay somewhere that values their guests And takes care of their needs instead of not helping them

The website was absolutely misleading. The hotel was very unclean. My youngest son was playing on the floor and broke out in a rash, so that was an unexpected doctor's visit. No one came to clean the room the whole time we were there.

I would suggest finding another hotel especially if you need 2 beds and are checking in late at night. Our family of 4 checked in and they informed us they sold our room. Even though I called a few days before making sure the room with 2 beds were confined and we would be in late. We were left with one double bed for four people! The clerk could do nothing to help us. No manager on site that evening or the next day. We will not be staying here again and will tell others the same - pick another... Read more

Absolutely, positively the worst Microtel in the chain. Smelly, Dirty, Stinky, Rips and SPOTS in the hallway rugs.. The rooms smell like smoke even in a non smoking room. The linens smell like smoke. The best part FREE PARKING> Never, ever will I grace a Microtel again. Spend some money and FIX IT UP corporate america............

We stayed at this hotel because it was part of a vacation package. The carpet in the corridors was filthy. The coils on the hair dryer turned red and began to smoke when it was turned on. The maid apparently pulled the last tissue out of the box, fanned it out, and stuck in back into the empty box. The floor of the shower was dirty (we did not use it). During breakfast, the maid/server was attempting to put food out while holding a cell phone between her ear and shoulder, and she was talking ... Read more

I had booked the room two months in advance but when we arrived they had given my room away. I had to raise hell just to get another room. The person working behind the desk was wearing his pants so low in his hips that you could see his underwear. In the lobby there were always very strange and unsavory characters "hanging out". Weird. The carpet in the hallways was badly worn and had holes in it. The room smelled. Not enough towels plus the towels were so small they would not wrap arou... Read more

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. The hotel is very out dated! First our room was hot. (They did put in a new unit that was much better!). Secondly we had to ask everyday for extra towels and washcloths because they never left enough for 3 people. Thirdly the breakfast was terrible. All they offered was waffles and pastries or cereal. No protein of any kind. Very small breakfast area. And lastly I have never stayed in a hotel that offered no counter space in the bathroom. Only a l... Read more

Had a cousin in town that stayed there, the rooms were clean and nice for the rate. The hallway carpet was in need of cleaning but overall it was worth the price she paid. She felt safe although the there were a lot of works there, they were all friendly.

For the price, it was a decent place to stay. Room was decent and clean. Only had some minor concerns: The staff had some murder show on the lobby tv when my family arrived and kept watching it. They left windows open in the stairwells until we asked them twice to shut them. Most of the breakfast tables were sticky from syrup, but they had a waffle maker! Not a lot of parking since there are so many hotels together.

We prebooked rooms for our ball team where one mother called in and set aside rooms and then each parent called in thereafter to reserve the rooms in their own names with their own credit cards. Not only did Microtel charge the rooms to the parent's card that called these in, but when not all the rooms could be charged to the one card, they cancelled the rooms and our parents lost the rooms. It wasn't discovered until the next day that the rooms had not been charged to each parent so we had to r... Read more

Stayed one night as I was just passing through. Hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive to many more. Upon entering the room it smelled musty/moldy, on one of the beds the sheets smelled clean but had a stain. The bathroom door would stick on the floor as if the floor was uneven. But it was quiet, giving us a good nights sleep.

Staff very helpful, couldn't fault them. Disappointed with Inn, no pool which was definitely needed in summer, and no facilities for guest laundry. The air con left a lot to be desired, so loud kept us awake at night and if turned off then too hot in room. Compared to Microtel in Pidgeon Forge, was disappointed.

Even though this is a budget hotel we have stayed here twice now.The rooms are clean, the staff friendly, felt secure with the security cameras inside and out.relatively quiet considering they were completely booked last night. We stayed two nights for what we would have paid for one night at other hotels.it is in a convenient location.good place for families on a budget. I recommend this as a good photo stay while in Chattanooga

Not a "bad" hotel, just extremely basic. Like other reviews hallway carpet GROSS. The room which they have the "breakfast" is EXTREMELY small. Only true concern I had was not being able to tell who was an actual employee and who wasn't. If you need to lay your head to sleep, it works. Oh and housekeeping has issues putting towels in the rooms. Stayed 3 night and 2 of the night we had to go to the front desk to get them.

I've stayed in Microtel hotels previously and always had a good experience for the price so I assumed it would be so again. When I arrived I waited while the desk clerk checked in a couple and their two young children for a two week stay at $600. When I was given my room on the third floor. I was surprised to find no lighting in the hallway . I couldn't even see the number on the door and had to be escorted by a staff member. When I got in the room the mattress sagged six inches when I sat down ... Read more

We were on our way to Townsend on a motorcycle trip but ran out of daylight. Stopped here and resumed the trip the following morning. It's kind of nestled in the middle of several motels and was a little difficult to find using the phone Gps .. The price wS right .. The room was small but plenty big for us to sleep.. Nice staff clean room we enjoyed the brief stay..

This will be a lengthy review so if you don't want to read the whole review, here's a summary. First room was bad, very very bad. Second room was great. Staff us superb. This is a economy hotel. The carpets in the halls are stained and worn. The breakfast is cereal, waffles, bagels, toast and mini muffins, coffee, juice and teas. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The towels are small and rough. If you want or need more than this. You need to upgrade to a better hotel. The first ro... Read more

We were given our room and the previous occupant had been unable to flush. This was missed by housekeeping also. That was a BIG surprise. No joke. Other than that staff was pleasant and stay was fine.
