The housekeeping knocked on my door 3 separate times before 9:30am after I told the first one I was leaving right at check out which is 11am . Luckily only booked in for one night, the reception staff were pleasant, shame we couldn't say the same about everything else. Carpets all heavily soiled, ground floor room very claustrophobic and cramped. Our toilet seat did not fit,the bath looked grubby. Bedding was clean,we only slept and showered then checked out as breakfast area very small and full. The general feel of the hotel did nothing to make us want to eat there. Glad it was only one night.

We have stayed here in the past, but it's beginning to show wear and tear. Although the paint was newly done, the room was showing age. The toilet "ran" and it was necessary to remove the top to stop it. The bathroom door was difficult to close. No pen or paper--which I needed.

I would suggest finding another hotel especially if you need 2 beds and are checking in late at night. Our family of 4 checked in and they informed us they sold our room. Even though I called a few days before making sure the room with 2 beds were confined and we would be in late. We were left with one double bed for four people! The clerk could do nothing to help us. We stayed at this hotel because it was part of a vacation package. The carpet in the corridors was filthy. The coils on the hair dryer turned red and began to smoke when it was turned on. The maid apparently pulled the last tissue out of the box, fanned it out, and stuck in back into the empty box. The floor of the shower was dirty (we did not use it). During breakfast, the maid/server was attempting to put food out while holding a cell phone between her ear and shoulder, and she was talking ... Read more

For the price, it was a decent place to stay. Room was decent and clean. Only had some minor concerns: The staff had some murder show on the lobby tv when my family arrived and kept watching it. They left windows open in the stairwells until we asked them twice to shut them. Most of the breakfast tables were sticky from syrup, but they had a waffle maker! Not a lot of parking since there are so many hotels together.

Not a "bad" hotel, just extremely basic. Like other reviews hallway carpet GROSS. The room which they have the "breakfast" is EXTREMELY small. Only true concern I had was not being able to tell who was an actual employee and who wasn't. If you need to lay your head to sleep, it works. While the price was right for the room, I guess we got what we paid for. The room smelled like they were trying to cover over bad orders. It may have been the smell of cat urine. With my complaint stated I should says the staff was very kind and helpful at every request. The complimentary breakfast was okay, our stay was for 2 nights and we skipped the free breakfast the second day.

Hidden away even the GPS couldn't find it. Hotel provides the same level of amenities as other newer Microtel properties but although some refurbishing has been done and the rooms are OK, rusty bathroom hinges and traces of mold could have been fixed with basic maintenance. Not replacing the worn out carpet in the hallway was a false economy. A little more attention to detail and way better signage to the property are needed. This Microtel fan was disappointed.

The motel was a little hard to find originally but the hotel and especially the staff were wonderful. We were there for several days and had no issues. We forgot something when we left and the motel mailed it to us (not charge). Can ask for anything better than that. Thanks for a great stay.

I tried calling but didn't get an answer then saw the front desk guy was outside smoking when we pulled up. The building was back behind 2 other more reputable chains. The parking lot was very dark. The elev... Read more

The front desk staff was great. however the client lateness of my room was not up to par. I was really only am I wrong for a few hours and I was traveling along for a wedding so it was not a big deal to me because all I wanted to do is get a little rest but the room was not clean.

I stay here all the time and the prices can run from $47 plus tax to $92 plus tax this is ridiculous....the prices change constantly and the rooms are not always very clean....I think they charge what they want too
