Older hotel in not-so-great area...But room clean and comfortable Nice balcony from room overlooking the pool area. Brand new BBQs!! Used them both nights. Attentive staff-my hairdryer went out and I had a replacement in a matter of minutes! Good stay overall.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast, great price. I've stayed here a number of times while in town for business. Only had one issue during one of my stays. The shower lever was not working. Did not find out until the next morning. Front staff was great with getting us another room quickly. It can be very loud at times with vehicles from the parking lot and people hanging around the cars and talking. If you stay here, request an interior room facing the pool, to avoid the parking areas. Overall, good p... Read more

This is an older property, but well kept, and pet friendly. We have stayed several times - priced right. It is located onvenient to I-75, with lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast could use some work.

Very nice hotel and staff but perhaps not as large as other Laquinta's and therefore the breakfast items were not as varied, like no bacon, eggs, biscuits, etc. But the selection was still very good. Wonderful beds!

We would never go to this hotel again. You're better off staying at Embassy suites. In fact, we decided not to stay at La Quinta anymore, because this was the 2nd La Quinta on our trip that we had a problem with. I've always like La Quinta, so we stayed here for one night when we were moving across country. The carpet in the room was absolutely horrible. Not only was it stained, but it was filthy. The couch and chairs in the front room were stained as well. They put us in the 1st room off the pa... Read more

We arrived late, about midnight. Our first room smelled terribly of urine. We were able to change rooms quickly and without any problems. The room we ended up in was small for four people but it suited our needs. Large bathroom made mornings easy. TV buttons didn't work. There really isn't wrong with the hotel. It's older and reasonably priced. The pool was clean, the other guest we encountered were friendly.

We are learning to budget on vacation. I was really nervous about staying in cheaper motel. Normally we stay at like stay bridge or over $100 a night hotel. Our room her was $65 with taxes included. Micheal was very helpful and everyone super friendly. Seemed to be nice area. Room was clean and nice for $65. Pool was nice and clean. Quiet when we were there. It was as nice as some others hotels I have stayed and 1/2 price. I'm a nurse and am conscious of germs. I felt comfortable here. Nice clea... Read more

Very pleasant one night stay friendly, professional, and reasonably priced for two people and two large well-behaved dogs. We had a pool view room and it was nice to see the pool being enjoyed when we arrived. The staff was helpful and everyone we encountered was friendly. We left early the next morning and all we did was turn in key cards and get a receipt. The pet policy was clear and fair. I would have liked more walking space, but what was there was marked and maximized.

My daughter and I have stayed at this hotel a few times while in Chattanooga for softball tournaments. We always have a pleasant stay with no issues. This hotel is convenient to the interstate and is affordable. It meets our needs while in town.

Stayed at this hotel while playing a softball tournament. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast included-average continental breakfast. No workout room. No laundry facility and we had to wash uniforms. The pool area closes at 10pm. We were not allowed to even sit in pool area to eat and have drinks which was disappointing because we didn't get back from softball fields until late in the evening. Front desk staff, housekeepers etc all very nice, courteous and accommodating. Just an FYI traffic... Read more

I should have read more reviews. I don't prefer hotels with door access on the outside and this is what this is. More of a motel I say but whatever. We arrived and the rooms were ready, the front desk lady was friendly and efficient. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool but when the sun went down it was like an episode of Cops right outside the door. Now I'm sure the kids have heard those words before, maybe not while they're trying to sleep at 2am and just not in such a colorful fashion. ... Read more

We stayed in a 1 queen room. #205. It's all exterior corridors. The room was fairly clean, but very small. Barely any room for our pack and play. Breakfast was very basic, waffles, muffins, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oranges and apples. I wouldn't stay again but it was fine for 1 overnight stay.

Aside from the paper thin walls you come to expect from budget lodging, the room was disappointing. $115 for a Q Double. No fridge, no microwave. AC in room above was leaking and began dripping from the ceiling. The valance and curtains were soaked and the annoying drip on the carpet was just too much. Called the front desk, nothing they could do at 11:00pm and since they were full, we could not change rooms. Following morning, front desk says maintenance declared the water leak to be a cooler f... Stayed overnight while traveling, once we got there our room was unlocked! Opened right up without a key...scary! Desk operator stated the door just needed to be "slammed" and to "jingle the door knob". This was very unsettling. Rooms where very dark & all had outside access. Would never stay again.

The staff greeting us was very friendly and helpful.. After checking into the room the TV didn't work, called the front desk and the staff quickly tried to fix the TV however, no go. He quickly got us relocated to another room close by. The room was average, clean and our stay was pleasant. Only downside the breakfast is low quality - bare bones.

This hotel is showing its age but the staff is great and an ok value for the money. Breakfast area is small but staff did a great job keeping it supplied. Surprisingly quiet for 4th of July weekend. Could not set hour on clock radio, volume on remote did not work, light flicker when turned off. Room was cas clean as possible for an older room. Give this staff a new facility and it would be a 5 easily.

We stayed here for a July 4th weekend trip. We have stayed at many LaQuinta's before, & have always had good luck getting good rooms/service. The staff was top rate - very friendly & helpful. Our room was small, but comfortable & clean. Not all the rooms here have refrigerators, so if you will need one, be sure to tell them that during booking. We don't usually do the free breakfast at hotels/motels, but we did at this one. Food was ok with a variety of selections. I would recommend this ... Read more

I had made my reservation one week in advance, requested a King and that I would have my Chihuahua and wanted a ground floor room. The night before I checked in, I confirmed everything, and I am also a Rewards member. When I arrived, I was assigned a room across from the pool. I stated this would not be acceptable as with kids making noise in the pool the dog would bark and it would annoy others around the room. they then stated the only thing they had left was a queen, I said OK, when I got... Never had 4 towels for the 4 occupants. The pool had a 3 inch black ring around the pool water....DISGUSTING. Both could be simple fixes for housekeeping and maintenance but didn't happen. The front desk staff was excellent! Continental breakfast was good, but there was 7 tables (4 were 2 tops), so most families had to bring their breakfast back to their rooms.

This is an older hotel. We first stayed here in 2004 and it was quite nice. Since then it has deteriorated somewhat. The rooms could stand to be updated. the breakfast left something to be desired. There were only waffles for a hot item other than toast. There also need to be oversight of the breakfast area as a number of guests stuffed their pockets and purses with fruit items leaving none for other guests.

This hotel has most of the amenities you would expect, except for a mini-refrigerator in each room. The 2 double room does not have one. Also, this hotel has exterior walkways which can sometimes lead to more noise. Other than that it's what you would expect in a mid-range hotel.

This property needs some serious maintenance. Got to the room, tried to use the bathroom and the toilet was backed up. Went to call the front desk to request some assistance and the phone was out of order. Had to go to the desk in my pajamas (with a sweater and sandals) and related the issues. Cliffton asked a co-worker to get a plunger who (Mike?) handed it to me. I looked at him and said that I don't plunge hotel toilets. I called 24 hours after I checked out because the I had left two nice shirts hanging in the closet when I left. The cleaning crew said they did not find any shirts in room 237 so there was nothing they could do. I know 100% they were hanging in there so how can you tell me there wasn't any hanging. I know it was my fault for leaving them, but that's no good when they tell you there wast anything there. Issues like that keep you from staying there again.
