I recently stayed here on a one night business trip. The people at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The rooms are affordable and clean. Great water pressure and temperature in the shower. Pool is small and doesn't open until 9am. Fitness center only has one treadmill, one bike, one more machine, and some weights. Vending machines were prevalent. Breakfast was adequate. Lots of choices and nice juice selection. Wish there was cut up fresh fruit (instead of just apples, bananas, and orange... Read more

This is a pretty nice hotel. It seemed like it was older but remodeled. Has a great free breakfast. Bathroom could have been cleaned a little better but I'm picky with being a housekeeping manager. Elevator also was a little noisy.

I wish I could give this place 3.5. It's not a bad place but is not getting the proper level of attention to detail that it should. The bed was comfortable enough. It was quiet on the 5th floor which was great but I had to go to the 4th floor to get ice since ours was either out or just not working. The bathroom was fine with a good shower and seemed to be well maintained. Breakfast was ok. The sausage was not browned at all so I had bacon instead which was good. The eggs seemed to be "t... Was referred here and was not disappointed. Great location for all of the tourist stuff. Helpful staff. Pool is small but clean. Rooms were very nice and modern. We had 6 people and Holiday Inn is always thoughtful enough to offer the family suite that many other chains refuse to add. The breakfast was fabulous with very kind people running it. Definitely would stay again.

We visited this property during the week (Monday -Wednesday) and it was great. The hotel was quiet and with an upper floor room we had a great view. The breakfast was wonderful, pancakes, fresh eggs and the cinnamon rolls were moist and mouth watering. The staff was really friendly greeting us each time we came in or out of the building. The room was much bigger than I expected with a sitting area and a very comfortable chair and ottoman with a side table perfect for a snack or just lounging aro... Read more

We were looking for a place to stay on our way home from Florida, but we didn't want to book ahead in case we drove further. We were less than an hour from the city when we decided to book this hotel online. The rooms were large and very clean and comfortable! The fridge was large with a small freezer (we had 2 full coolers with us) Even though our room was on the top floor on the corner by the highway, you couldn't hear anything. The location of this hotel was perfect. There are choices of rest... Read more

Found this on trip advisor, read the reviews then booked the room. Very nice hotel with nice comfy beds. Great location by several eating establishments. The man that checked us in was very nice and accommodating. One negative would be not much room at the breakfast area. Another would be the high tax rate for the night. Overall a very nice hotel though.

The decor of this hotel is what drew me in as I compared my options on line. This is a new property and is decorated in a very modern style. The staff was super friendly and helpful. When booking on Hotels.com, I chose the option that included breakfast for $10 more which saved us $20. Breakfast was good, and the waitstaff was very friendly. The valet parking is the best deal around at $14, and the valet staff were all polite and helpful. The bed was so comfortable that I did not want to leave ... Read more

We stayed here on the way home from Florida. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, but rough on the edges. Elevators were a bit rough, walls were scratched and dented, and our room only had 3 full size towels for a room that was meant for four people. All things that would not have bothered me as much, if the room price after taxes would not have been $190.00. So if you can get a room rate around the $100.00 then go for it, much more and I don't think it's worth that much.

We recently booked two rooms at the Holiday Inn in Chattanooga at Lookout Mountain. We were coming back from a trip to Walt Disney World and needed a place to stay overnight. The bed was clean but the rooms needed some TLC. There were banged up corners on the wall, grout that was freshly grouted but didn't cover up the dark marks behind it. The shampoo that was for the guests had been used by the previous guests. BUT if needed a place to rest your head for the night, the sheets were clean.

Not wanting to stay downtown but near enough to everything, this hotel was situated perfectly! The hotel and staff are very nice and accomodating. TIP: If you are a light sleeper like me, request a room away from the Interstate. We had to move after the first sleepless night which they were happy to do. They even moved our packed stuff for us so we didn't have to rearrange the plans we had for the day. The rest of the stay was perfect.
