Such a great place to stay. It has perfect location. 20 minutes from downtown and very close to Ruby Falls. Hotel is located on the hill and has a perfect view on the mountains. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Swimming area is very clean and quiet. Gym area is pretty small but definately sufficient. Highly recommended!

The most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in! I was in back pain for 3 days after and was unable to enjoy my vacation. The breakfast was very nice. Room was overpriced and I shouldn't stayed here. It won't happen again!

I've stayed in somewhere between 10-15 Hampton Inns. This was the best - especially for kids. The pool here was awesome for kids. Workout facility had higher quality equipment (Precor) than most hotels. Location was excellent for lookout mountain. The rooms were nice, no better or worse than most Hampton inns.

The hotel is somewhat difficult to find but well worth the search. The rooms are what one expects from a Hampton Inn. The staff is terrific. One time we left our car lights on. We asked the front desk for a number to call for help. Instead the lady at the desk said the hotel had a portable charger. We use it and within minutes were on our way. The breakfast area was clean with hot eggs and cold milk. While the hotel is a few minutes from downtown, it's an easy trip. An all around gem.

The hotel overall was disappointing. The mattresses are not comfortable at all, the highway noise kept waking me up so I was not rested at all. Two pools; indoor and outdoor. The outdoor pool has a slide and a sprinkle area, great for children. The indoor pool would have been great except the first night it caused the fire alarm to go off and the second night the pump was broken so you could not use it. There is a good assortment of breakfast items but the quality was not good. The location ... Read more

Stopped in Chattanooga from Pigeon Forge for an overnight stay. Chose this hotel because of TripAdvisor reviews. Upon arrival, check-in was easy and early, 1:00! Room was extremely clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were EXTREMELY soft, and offered no neck support. The pool area was inviting and crowded due to a large group staying there. Even though their group was large; they were very respectful of others. We peeked inside the inviting indoor pool and exercise facilities... Read more

Bathroom was nice and well stocked with towels, soaps, shampoos, and even mouthwash. Room was very neat and clean. Comfortable and spacious. Pillows were comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Hilton Diamond member: The hotel is a little over four miles west of town, so anything you want to do is a short drive. However, the hotel is relatively new, the amenities are great (huge breakfast area, indoor AND outdoor pools) and the staff are super-friendly. Save a couple bucks and be willing to make a 10 minute drive.

Our room, a king, was comfortable and clean. Our view was blocked somewhat so I suggest you ask for floor 3 or 4. Two pools available. One only 4 feet deep but with slide. Found it interesting as the parking lot had 2 spots to plug in electric cars, this is the first time I've seen this at a hotel. I stayed here for a weekend birthday get away. I enjoyed my stay very much. We had King suite that was clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant, attentive, and greeted the guest promptly. The hotel is close to a Walmart so it was a quick drive across the street for last minute forgotten items. I wish the hotel was a bit closer to downtown ( 10-15 minute drive away), but other than that it was perfect.

Came to Chattanooga for a family vacation, and after reading lots of hotel reviews, decided to book here. From A to Z this Hampton gets high marks. An exceptionally clean hotel that's convenient to everything, this is the place to stay. Expected services ran flawlessly and extra requests were handled with ease and courtesy by a friendly and competent staff - Sam and Sammy know customer service! Great hospitality, great breakfast, great stay... look no further.

Great hotel and location ... Friendly, helpful staff ... great options for breakfast ... quiet ... terrific price. We've stayed at Hampton Inns for many years. It is our motel of choice. This one is ideal for tourists new to the Chattanooga area, with easy access to Broad St. and on through downtown Chattanooga's sights.

Decided to take a weekend trip to Chattanooga, mostly for the festivities at the attractions on Lookout Mountain. The price and location were right, as was the brand (HHonors member.) We were warmly greeted when we arrived around 8pm on Friday for check in by Sam and Sammy. Our room was as expected, with "the best view in the building,"per Sam. Everything was clean and seemed very new. Breakfast in the morning was your typical, nothing fancy continental. We did not use the pool facilities, so I ... Read more

This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in! The hotel itself is very aesthetically pleasing, but the staff is what sends it over the top! My family and I stayed here for 3 nights while on vacation. Our room was VERY clean, coffee was good, breakfast was great, views were beautiful, and the pools were awesome. My boys loved the outside pool slide! Sam and Sammy at the front desk are what made our stay the best though. They were always friendly and always interacted with our boys, which made ... Read more

We stayed for a family vacation while visiting lookout mountain. The location is great, within 10 minutes of attractions and downtown without all the traffic. Also very safe place for families with small children. The staff was very helpful and genuinely nice. The room was very clean and very comfortable beds. We will definitely be back anytime we are in Chattanooga.

From the General Manager, desk staff and housekeeping, they out shine any other Hampton Inn's around. Whatever you need, they are there to help you with. Always a smiling face. The other Hotels should learn from this hotel, they definitely want you to return and they show it with their actions on how they treated me.

We lucked out getting this hotel, our trip was last minute and we found a room here. I always like Hampton Inns, so it was a good bet. The Trip Advisor reviews helped convince me, too. The location was super easy to get to, just off I-24, you can see the hotel from the interstate. Then, when you're in the parking lot, LOOK UP, you can't miss Lookout Mountain! My husband and I were looking for a nice, affordable place to stay for a quick trip to Chattanooga (Rock City, Ruby Falls, Walnut Street Bridge). This was in our price range, with great reviews, so I decided we would give it a shot. An easy 10 minute drive from downtown, this hotel sits up on a hill. Very clean in the lobby and our room, personable staff, and pretty view in the morning. The breakfast area was a good size, and the waffle makers were a huge plus. The Hampton Inn is a perfect location to see Ruby Falls and Rock City for the weekend. The hotel was clean! The breakfast is the usual free breakfast that comes with hotels. But one thing that is NOT on their website is they are undergoing renovation of their rooms right now. I had the unfortunate experience to be across the hall from one of the rooms being renovated. As a result I was awakened very early on the weekend. The hotel did all they could do to help me but the it was booked solid the ... Read more

We stayed here for just one night. The check in was simple and fast. Our room was clean and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but I am not a fan of the textured duvet covering the comforter. It's not soft on the skin. Also the comforter is a little too heavy - the choice was sheet only (too cold) or heavy comforter (too hot). We did our laundry at the guest laundry which was clean as well. Breakfast was a pretty average hotel breakfast - I do like ... Read more

Took a bit of time to work out my room since the first one was supposed to have been non-smoking. Was bounced around between various units simply because the ones they placed me in didn't have two beds (traveling with kids) or smelled of smoke. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the main lobby was nice but the rooms were a little sub-par for a Hampton property.

We arrived at the hotel, which you can see plainly from the freeway, very late in the evening, but the desk clerk was very friendly, efficient and quick, so we were in our room sleeping in no time. The bed was a bit hard for me because I prefer really soft beds, but my husband liked it fine. We turned on the air conditioner to drown out the freeway noise, so that wasn't a problem, but if you are a light sleeper, ask for the rooms facing away from the freeway.
