Building, room dated, but suitable to excellent. Good value. Accommodating staff. Close to tourist destinations south of the city and in the city: Lookout Mountain and Civil War National Battle Ground, Visitor Center on I-24, et al). Highly recommend the visitor center on I-24. Only hot food for breakfast was a huge pot of prepared oatmeal. Ample yogurt; regular and raison bread for toast, two choices of cerealâ?¦

We stayed here overnight while hiking in Chattanooga. It's an older property, and my experience with Days Inn tells me that many of their hotels are not in the best shape. This is a good location, the rooms are clean, but amenities are just so-so. We had problems with the lav, which were inconvenient, but no adjustment was made to our bill. Noise can be a problem as I-24 is just off the property. But you are very close to Raccoon Mountain hiking, biking, and sightseeing (one of the best views of... Read more

While they advertise as a smokefree hotel and threaten to chatge for any evidence of smoking, our room had burn holes in several places on each bedspread, not recent, as they had frayed edges from washing and a fist-sized hole in the blanket. The carpet appeared new, but the room air was stale...no doubt the walls and HVAC unit still have smoke lingering from days past. We arrived late from our travels, so notified the front desk attendant of these details and we we chastized for not surveying... Read more

Our king size bed was firm and very comfortable for us with lots of small pillows. The ice machine was easy to find. The location was just off the freeway so quick to get to. We did not use the very small indoor pool. The breakfast offered toast with butter and jam or peanut butter, oatmeal with toppings, juice, milk, coffee, and yogurt. There is a small coffee maker in the room as well. The t.v. and internet worked nicely, as did the shower. Towels were small and rough but ok. The room had no f... Read more

After reading reviews, and after having had a terrible prior experience at another local hotel in the area, I was pleasantly suprised! We arrived for check in the evening of 6/15/16. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant, and helpful. The outside of the hotel could use a paint job as it appears very dreary and uninviting. The door to our room closed and locked but did not appear to seal very well because you could see light from the outside when it was shut. This didn't cause any problems with our stay however. Location to interstate and downtown Chattanooga was the main reason for choosing this location online. However, the facility needs major overhaul. Bathrooms need updating horribly along with some basic plumbing repairs, mattresses need to be replaced and fitted with actual fitted sheets, and the place needs to be treated for bugs. There were a total of 8 bugs on the window curtain in the room.

Very loud. Police activity. Room door didn't shut properly. Tub was stained so it appeared dirty. Drunk people at the pool.

This is a Wonderful place to stay. Convenient to downtown and all attractions. They highway in front of the motel leads all the way downtown. There's a Walmart and restaurants near by if needed. Pets welcomed.

Our room had just been sprayed for bugs. There were dead bugs on the floor and the bed. You would think they would clean after extermination! We were moved to another area and were told there had not been a problem there! We found no bugs and pray that we are not carrying any home!

The room was clean, and had some modest upgrades. Marble shower walls, bath countertop, carpet and a fresh coat of paint. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping could use a little additional training as there was only one packet of sugar for in room coffee and the guests before us left drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was surely a "Continental". The front office and breakfast area were closed as they were under renovation, so a room was used for both. I booked through Trip Advi... Read more

worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There were black pubic hairs on one bead's sheets and an old blood stain on the other bed's pillowcase. Filthy.

Room was good. Find a spider Web with the spider behind the window's curtain. The carpet looks new but you can see were the cut the fabric to make it fit

This was a pet friendly room with 2 double beds. It had a mildew smell and the floor was very dirty. We were just passing through for 1 night but even for a stay a brief as this, I do not recommend this hotel.

First off, the night manager that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. I found the bed comfortable, however it bowed in the middle. We stayed on a busy weekend, so the price was steep for a motel on the outskirts of town.

This was exactly what I wanted for a pit stop on my road trip. It is easy to find and just off the interstate with a clean comfortable bed for $60. Check in was easy, despite the office under construction. I was disappointed that you can't check in on the app. The room was clean, but nothing fancy. The TV was difficult to use and I had no idea what the channels were. Met my expectations for a safe place to check in late, sleep in a comfortable bed, and continue down the road in the morni... Priceline would not give location till booked and paid. Location was too far from where I needed be. This location is under heavy construction so office is in a hotel room. The breakfast in the morning was toast and watery oatmeal and two wilted oranges .

The room was clean, hotel convenient to local attractions. Check to see if the hotel is finished their remodeling before you make a reservation. The breakfast area is in one of the hotel rooms. Too crowded and no selection for breakfast.

This hotel was a good price. They have been undergoing updates so that should make it nicer in the future. There isn't much room for dog walking if you are traveling with pets. This is important to us as we always are traveling with pets and try to find pet-friendly hotels. The breakfast is continental but they do have hot oatmeal if you need to have something hot in the morning. Overall, the price was good and this is pet-friendly so it met the needs we have while traveling. The rooms are com... Read more

We stayed in room 114 pet friendly Smelled like dog. Cob webs in corners of entire room, shower & window. Horrible amount of dust and lack of rooms being dusted. Air conditioner was loud and had to shut it off. Breakfast was cold and all carbs. No hot foods, meats, etc. Only Oatmeal. No bavk up generator. We had no power all night due to storm.

Bugs all over the room, manager on duty when I checked it a day early said it was because of the trees. No Bill adjustment was offered or given. I either had to sleep with bugs all over the room or pay to NOT stay there. I left 15 hours before checkout and was still charged for the full 2 night stay. Not happy, but the only reason I got was that bugs were common in that area.
