THe hotel staff was amazing..but the hallway floor did not get cleaned over the weekend of sunflower seed skins even after we mentioned it. Nor did the cable get fixed and we stayed here specifically for the cable ugh‚?¶. the food was a nice touch in the evenings‚?¶a quiet place to stay ..they were full with graduations and horse racing.

I picked this hotel because I am familiar with the area. It is in a generally safe area. It is off the main highway. So we had a very comfortable quiet stay. Parking was adequate, the room was clean, and food was slightly better than average for lobby breakfast. Definitely would stay here again.

My short stay extended to about three weeks. The property was in close proximity to restaurants and groceries. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The late afternoon lite meal/beverage was a great added bonus. Breakfast had a nice variety and had something for everybody's taste. The one negative would be the housekeeping. Some days were good and other days it was definitely lacking. Also had a slight problem with internet access at times.

This was probably the dirtiest Hilton property that I have stayed in. It is in need of some updating. The room itself is a good size (We had a King bed Suite), but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of it. Luckily we were in town for CMA Fest so we didn't spend much time in the room. Also, because it was CMA week, they were fully booked so we couldn't even switch rooms. Staff was nice (albeit slow), breakfast was ok. Location was nice. Free wifi was barely useable. This is the only hotel I've ever stayed at that has no control over guests blaring their music past 10pm. My kids couldn't sleep with all the loud talking and noise from the courtyard all 4 nights that we've been here. Other hotels have outdoor pools and courtyards but must have policies in place for the comfort of its guests. Don't stay here if you need to get a good night's sleep!

It is with deep regret I need to report that my "go-to" hotel in the Nashville area has gone bad. I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions within the past 5 years and have left several outstanding reviews of this same Hilton property. My current stay was from June 7th to June 14th, 2016. On Saturday June 11 when my husband and I returned to our hotel room, we found the door to our room obviously opened approximately 4 to 5 inches. The staff, including the manager was RUDE!! The rooms are not very nice. The food was terrible. But more importantly it is LOUD!!! You can hear every time a person above you moves. You're surrounded by parking lots and/or a road. You can not rest here at all. Try the Hilton Suites in Brentwood or the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro. You will be SO thankful. This place DOES NOT live up to Hilton standard you expect!!

Rooms are runned down compared to the photo's. The rooms look dirty. We had to ask to have our rooms cleaned. The windows to our room which was on the second floor had no screens and opened up which is a safety hazard if we had little children. The complementary breakfast was more insulting than anything. There was no food when we came down and finally when they did bring food out it was awful. These rooms are overpriced and not worth it. I will never stay here again.
