We usually stay at the Marriott but they were too expensive and I didn't want to use pts. So I am Hilton card holder also and found this hotel was a little cheaper. Fearing the worst since we have stayed at the marriott for over 15 years I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend this Hampton. Extremely clean and friendly and helpful front desk. As the saying goes - it's hard to please all the people all the time -- however, this hotel and staff did just that! From the booking of a large room block, to the check-in and 3-day stay was seamless and our group enjoyed and appreciated their accommodations and 5-star staff! An extremely positive experience. Hotel is clean, service is premier. Excellent choice in the area!

We only had one day during our 5 night stay where the housekeeper must have gotten distracted and forgot to restock our coffee and bathroom amenities or pick up our dirty towels. We always had clean fresh comfortable beds and felt very satisfied with the staff at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious and the service staff was so friendly and efficient! My mom, sister and I stayed here during our recent trip to Nashville for the CMA Fest. Hampton Inn is always our go-to for hotel stays! Our room was fairly small in size, but overall clean, quiet (despite roof construction) and comfortable. There was a full length mirror outside of the bathroom, but we could've definitely used an extra light nearby, as 3 women attempting to get ready at one time can get a little hairy! We go to CMA every year but this was our first time using the Hampton Inn. We will definitely stay there again. During the CMA all the hotels raise their prices and it's very hard to find an affordable hotel that you will want to actually sleep in. This Hampton Inn is a short drive to downtown. We hit traffic only once, on Thursday at 5 (during rush hour). So don't be afraid of the commute. The people at the desk were attentive and very friendly. We loved the hotel! My fiancé and I stayed here Friday and Saturday nights while we were in town for a wedding. The staff was super friendly and great when answering questions. While the room was cramped (dresser/fridge at the foot of the bed, couch next to bed, etc), it was the perfect amount of space for my fiancé and I. The bathroom was very nice, as well. There were 'to go' bags on the check out counter with no explanation. Very strange. Staff stay in a back office and only come out to the desk after you stand there for minutes and make annoyed looks at the security camera.

The hotel was clean and we had a good overnight stay. Breakfast was good. All of the people we encountered in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Plenty of close food places, gas stations and small shops for any needs that might have occurred.
