The hotel is in close proximity to the airline and general aviation terminals. Easy access to major highway and numerous restaurants. Courtesy van was clean, in good condition, and operated by a safe, courteous driver. Checkin was effortless with a courteous and knowledgable front desk staff. The Hampton Inn Alcoa staff define the value of the brand at this hotel.

My stay at Hampton in Knoxville was very relaxing. Hotel was very clean. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone! I was there on a business trip for a week. It was my first time traveling to another state and Hampton definitely eased my nerves staying away from home.

Stayed here for one night while on business in the area. Hotel is right across the street from Knoxville Airport. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Reported a small problem with the room and front desk clerk apologized and got on solving right away. Room was clean, although starting to show some wear. Breakfast was Hampton average. Being near the airport you do occasionally hear a plane, but they are few, and pretty much gone by late evening.

Stayed at this motel to attend Highland Games. Had a great stay at this Hampton. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Conveniently located to restaurants and other needs. Is by the Airport but no noise problems. Complimentary breakfast was above other motels I have stayed at that offer same. Enjoyable stay. No fridge in room was my only issue but very minor point. Would recommend.

Very nice motel. Wish it was pet friendly! I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. Good variety. Beds were comfortable. The shower was a little small, but that is because I'm a little large! Lol.

Very clean, friendly front desk staff. Complimentary breakfast is great. I was only there for one night but slept like a baby. Love that the have coffee and tea around the clock. They also have fruit and water, not to mention all the restaurants in close proximity to the hotel.

Chose this location mainly for price for a trip to Knoxville. It is 10 miles out from the city center and said it was near the airport. Never heard planes & it was a quick trip to Market Square. Friendly staff.

Bed was completely uncomfortable. We stayed in a king size bed in April and it was adequate, but these two full size beds need the mattresses to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. We thought we were receiving two queen size beds and a refrigerator but that was not the case.

We were in town for a wedding, and the location of this hotel was very convenient. There were several dining options nearby... the pool was well maintained... and the service was very good. It is an older Hampton, but appeared to be well kept.

This hotel has a friendly staff and is well-kept. My room was very clean both days I was there and the bed was very comfortable. Good air conditioning - nice on hot days! The location is convenient to a few restaurants. I forgot a toiletry item and the staff gave it to me so I didn't have to drive anywhere to get it!

I am a Hilton diamond member and stay mostly in Hampton Inn hotels. I have never had a stay were my room didn't get cleaned. The first night my bed was made and the towels cleaned up. The second night only the bed was made, NOTHING ELSE. My trash was never emptied, my shampoo and conditioner not replenished (I don't travel with those as I use what the hotel provides). I went to the front desk and they were fantastic and sent someone up to clean up.

Stayed here because my flight out of TYS was delayed until the next day. Staff was great at my last minute check in. Hotel was in a great location within walking distance of a lot of eating places. Room was clean and sufficient in size. Was a way better price than the Hilton at the airport.

The hotel is very convenient to the Knoxville airport and to many restaurants within walking and driving distance. Most of the restaurants are fast food, but there was a Mexican restaurant less than a block away (just past Taco Bell and Clayton) that had a large covered patio (with a view of the incoming planes). The location is functional, not picturesque. If you don't need to be near the airport, you may want a hotel in a less commercial district. The Hampton offered coffee, hot tea, cold tea... Read more

Flew into Knoxville airport for a short hiking trip in the Smokies. Hotel was close to the airport and relatively close to the Townsend entrance to the park. Typical no-frills, great value Hampton Inn experience. Simple, clean rooms with free breakfast, fairly quiet even though it was close to the airport. The only real noise was from rolling suitcases due to the early morning departure of several flight attendants and pilots. Worked perfectly well for our needs, and we would stay again if we ar... We recently stayed at this hotel Mostly because we were flying out of Knoxville airport early the next morning. We found nice clean room, good breakfast available at 6 am next morning, nice shuttle service picked us up at the rental car drop off, then shuttled us to the airport next morning. Special thanks to Lisa at the front desk she went out of her way to refresh coffee station even late in the evening for us.

Poor interaction with night time desk clerk. Took two trips to front desk to get a room key that worked. Wasn't greeted as a HHonors member. Was not told anything about the hotel upon check-in including the time of the breakfast. When asked for the breakfast time, I was told from the desk clerk that he "thought" it was from 6-10 am. Breakfast clerks very rude when I arrived at 9:55 am for breakfast. Food was cold and not replenished on either day that I ate it.

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn Knoxville Airport on Oct 1, 2016 after our wedding. The room was very spacious and well decorated. It was a large room with everything you would need at a hotel. The flights coming in and out of the airport did not bother us at all. Honestly, i don't even think we heard any of them! The attendants at the front desk were super friendly and the breakfast the next morning was really good!

I crashed there for one night to do my expense report and catch my flight the next morning. The hotel is only 1/2 mile from the airport. Upon check-in I setup a late check-out and a courtesy shuttle to the airport. Apparently, the messages did not pass through to the morning clerk. The room was very comfortable. The internet was fast and reliable. The late checkout finally worked and the shuttle was on time with a good driver. The staff was very helpful and polite. Good hotel. I may be back.
