Booked a four night stay here, rates were cheap but so was everything else. "Suites" (and I use the term lightly) are small with an a/c window unit that blasts cold air so loudly it's hard to sleep. It also blew the faint odor of old cigarette smoke. Carpets were stained badly and I never stepped barefoot on it. The bathroom was a good size, but the tub was chipped and the when you closed the door to use the facility there was much filth in the corners. The mirror is not well it. Our room held ... Read more

The first thing you have to understand about this property is that it is an extended stay blue collar kinda pace. The staff is warm and friendly and helpful wth directions. You won't get a full buffet breakfast or anything except coffee and muffins. The room was plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 dogs. The bed was comfortable, the sheets and other linens clean and nearly new. The property does have a tendency to be a bit noisy. Workers (remember it's blue collar) come and go early in the morni... Thank God, we were not expecting much. This was just a place to lay our heads. The staff seemed so lost. The clerk had to ask her manager out ice... ice? I mean something like that should be in the Hotel 101 training manual. The beds were low rate. Being so close to Knoxville and the Airport we expected a little better quality.

This hotel.is very difficult to find and once you do you may wish you hadn't. Broken bed with a leather chair in the room that was all torn up. The carpets and worn and dirty. There is nothing about this hotel that would bring us back to it.

We spent a weekend here and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome. The property is conveniently located to major thoroughfares and there are a number of restaurants and services within walking distance and also plenty of other dining and shopping locations within a short drive. The access road is behind a main road keeping traffic to a minimum and although the property is across from the airport, there were no noise issues. There was plenty of parking available an... This is the third or fourth time that we have stayed here and have never had a problem until this trip. We booked a smoking room which was small, smelly and the furniture was torn. I was told that a remodel is scheduled for next year but they need to do it now! Please take the time to look at the pictures that I have posted.

Stayed here twice over the past two years when I was in town for family events. It's not bad but there are definitely areas for improvement. Pros: Location is close to the main road and there is ample parking. The area is safe and relatively quiet. Staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a pantry with snacks and such and payment works off the honor code; no need to bring cash and you just check yourself out but filling out a form to charge the cost to your room. The guest rooms are prett... Read more

My question dropped on hotel's e-mail about a shuttle from Knoxville airport was immediately responded by the manager. One needs to call the hotel upon arrival and the shuttle will be there in ~5min. That's very convenient. The windows of the rooms or of the fitness area cannot be opened. The fitness area has acceptable equipment, the smell on detergents from the laundry room however is not very healthy while exercising. The price of the hotel was 108 USD / night but there was no breakfast. In... Read more

We came into Knoxville for a college visit. We booked this hotel due to use of timeshare points. While I read mixed reviews, i can assure you we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, the bathroom larger than expected and the kitchen an added bonus. We were concerned when we walked up to our room and found it directly across from the elevator, but in the 3 days we were there, we heard it one time. Very quiet room. The other very nice thing was the whole hotel smelled nice. Turn... Read more

I arrived late in the evening without a reservation. The young lady working could not reduce the rate so I had to go on-line and book the room to get a better rate than she could give me. For the price of $131.00 you would think that they would at lest have a continental breakfast. After getting checked in, I went next door to Ruby Tuesday for dinner. When I arrived that was a young man sitting right outside the main entrance in a folding chair drinking from a 12 pack of beer. There were trash b... Read more

I spent four months at this hotel while on an assignment. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful.I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. One of the best things was the outdoor pool and grill area.

The front desk staff was great when checking in. Then it was downhill from that point. Being in the mountains, it was cold in the room. Turn on the heat and it was it set off the fire alarm. That was not good. Being on the second floor, the third floor had kids that we later learned that was jumping on and off the bed. That lasted this 2:00am. Terrible stay. Request to speak with the manager. No go. We did not get any calls from the manager nor we called back 7 times and we are still left to get... Read more
