If you enjoy water falling through the ceiling. No tv, cable doesn't work. Owners could care less about customers. Then you are in for a wonderful stay. Remember to be grateful as the cost is really cheap. So don't complain, but bring a towel and a book. Super 8 is as cheap with no issues and they care, to a certain degree more about people staying in their hotels. Also, owners treat their employees really bad.

If your a lite sleeper this plCes is not for you. Very close to landing strip. Other than that it is ok. Breakfast was ok. No meat, eggs, gravy, biscuit, doughnuts. Coffee staff was very friendly. Bring a fan to help drown out the noise of the planes landing and taking off in the middle of the night.

My sister, my son, and I got one room and my niece and her two boys stayed in a non smoking room. The non smoking room was $8 more because it was in the "better" part of the motel. We got my niece's stuff into her room and got her boys settled into bed. My sister, son, and I went to our room on the other side of the motel. When my sister opened the door roaches ran down the far wall. My son went into the bathroom and roaches scattered from the bathtub. There were roaches in and on the AC / heat ... Read more

Got a room at a great price and it looked comfortable enough. The lady at the front desk was courteous and helpful. They have smoking and non-smoking rooms, good parking for trucks and internet connection was good. But!!! As I was getting ready to sleep, I saw a bug near the bed and thought it was a beetle (which would have been bad enough), but in the morning, I was covered in bedbug bites. Totally gross and extremely uncomfortable! It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would definitel... Read more

For the money nice place to stay. It is clean, staff is nice, everything works. According to reviews I read there were bugs. I NEVER saw any bugs. It is an older hotel, nothing fancy. Yes, the wi-fi works. So many places say they have free wifi-fi but it never works. I slept great, was awoken by birds singing in the morning. Will be staying here again.

I stopped at the Alcoa Inn since we stayed there a few years ago. I paid for the room and was horrified by the first room, I went to the desk and asked for another room and it was full of bugs. I refused to stay in a bug infested room, the woman at the desk refused to give my money back at first, but I complained so loudly she finally returned my money and I left.
