The Chelsea Villas The Chelsea Villas, located directly across Ocean Boulevard from the main resort towers, feature two- and three-bedroom condos, balconies and an outdoor pool and whirlpool in the center courtyard. Many of the villas were refurbished over the winter of 2008. Villas` guests enjoy the intimacy of the smaller property with a private pool, PLUS they have access to the water amenities located within the main resort buildings.
